I don't know what was going on but there were random sizes everywhere. It did not seem organized. I have to agree with others that the men's section is very small. Unfortunately the bathroom baby changing station sheets were empty and there was blood on the bathroom floor. Staff was friendly. Prices are rising at all Goodwills.

Great place to shop.They have a lot of great deals going on, especially certain tag colors with a certain percentage off. I will shop there again and the staff members were very polite.

This used to be the nicest GW in Grand Rapids, but has gone down hill very fast over the last few months. The men's section continues to shrink, and now only encompasses a small corner, most of which is t-shirts and shorts. Gone is the big selection of men's jeans and pants, as well as the suits and blazers. Everything is unorganized. It's disappointing to see this once really great store become so terrible in such a short amount of time.

Super rude cashier this morning! Wow! She should not be in customer service! Not a cashier to be found when I was ready to check out either. Normally when I shop here people are friendly and courteous but not this morning. July 21, 2021 at 9:10 AM.

Goodwill is a great place to find quality stuff at a reasonable price. This store is neat, well organized, and the service was great. I bought a 8-pk of glasses for $4.99, a like new ceramic dog bowl for $1.99 and a bolt of upholstery fabric, enough to make curtains, for $2.99. It would be more than that a yard at a fabric store. I also got a nice leather purse for $4.99. At this price, I use it until I'm bored of it or it starts showing wear, or the season changes, and then go pick out another. I would highly recommend this store.

Most of the time, prices are fair. Lately I feel things have been priced higher.Usually clean. Well stocked. Nice employees.

Kinda annoying to get too, as the parking lots are not connected. Also the way the clothes were separated was strange to me. Two different sections...both had women's sweaters. Why not put them all together? Either way it was alright, not the most exciting but definitely not the worst Goodwill I've been to.

I love Good Will. I can always find something for the house or my husband. Sometimes I find something for me. When I moved I got a lot of stuff for my new home. Highly worth checking out.

My grandson needed a backpack to finish out the school year. I found a really nice one for seven dollars! Also a couple of glasses that match a set I have that you can't get anymore.

They need to have a sign stating they DO NOT accept debit cards only and make sure their staff is aware of that!!!!! This was the Knapps Corner store never had problems at any other store

They had a lot of good stuff. I felt awful for the handicapped lady that went into the store and they did not have a wheelchair available for her. She seemed to have wanted to do some shopping with her daughter at the store and they did not have a wheelchair available for her

Store is easy to get to with a lot of regular and handicap parking. Store is handicap accessible. Store is very spacious with a large variety of everything. It is a place I will definitely return to.

The majority of the goodwill stores I goTo have excellent service. The one at the beltlineOn theNortheast side lacks kindness. Or maybe the cashier that left as soon as I was readyto be waited onon was bias.

You know. Its a goodwill they are all great. It comes down to the staff and this location does not let us down in that department. Don't forget to check out the books. Always hidden gems.

I love the selection. And I was able to find 2 pairs of pants for a decent price. Oh and a sweatshirt! The "new" Goodwill on the East Beltline is great, and close to my house!!!

I am losing weight, haven't meet my goal yet. So buying used clothes is the way to go. I got 2 pairs of jeans, 3 shirts and a Tiger jersey for 30 dollars. Everyone is friendly at this one, I usually stop at the Standale one once a week, make it to east beltline about once a month
