I hadn't been in there in years. Never disappointed in their service and their selection. Sandy my cashier is a absolutely the nicest person and very outgoing. It's definitely worth making it a regular stop! And can't forget Hailey and Shelly the night time managers. Super nice and all the staff is extremely helpful 😃

The store is wonderful, I got Panini's for dinner from the deli. Worse I've EVER had! I don't know why they changed the selection,but HUGE MISTAKE! If it ain't Broke, DON'T fix it.

Large grocery selection of just about everything - wine & liquor, meats, produce, bread, etc. Plus a fresh salad bar, deli and cafe area where you can sit, eat, relax. There's also a Starbucks within the store. Free WiFi. Great spot to chill, have a bite to eat, drink, and pick up any grocery items you may need.

This location incorrectly advertises an ATM. When I asked two different workers about ATMs and cash back, they quite literally turned up their nose at me. I did not feel welcome here, and I was highly inconvenienced. I will not return.

This review is to help those with mobility issues.Use the entrance on the right when entering the D&W Fresh Market. You will find the mobility scooters in the air lock. It is one of the shortest walks of the other grocery stores in the area.If you go into the entrance on the left, you will have to walk all the way over the the entrance on the right. Pretty easy to get in/out quickly. Good selection of gluten free, health foods, etc. Store is clean and staff are very friendly. Love the self checkout lanes! I shop here whenever I'm in the area.Only concern is turnover. Checking expiration dates, especially on things like yogurt, is very important. Sometimes it's a month out. Every once in awhile it's a week past. Just be mindful of expiration dates and it's a great place to shop.

Best cleanest well stocked D&W in all of GR. Great staff, helpful, quick, friendly and even when I like to shop late at night.Bottle return alway clean, nothing sticky or smelling bad. Always a trash bin for cardboard containers and a spotless sink to wash your hands. Floors always clean even after a shopper has accident, never a lighting issue and not once has there been a cart left in the way inside or the parking lot. BEST GROCERY STORE IN MICHIGAN.

While the store was clean. I was able to get in and out, the cashier I spoke with was pleasant. The prices are RIDICULOUS… I was on a mission to find the 3 pack of Biscoff White Chocolate Ice Cream Bars. Sold out at Meijer where they were priced at $4.99. Sold out at Target where they were priced at $4.19. There were 3 boxes left at D&W. I was excited until I rang them up. $8.29. There have to had been a mistake. I asked the pleasant cashier to do a price check and there was no mistake. Lol! I’ll stick to doing my shopping at the other end of 28th st.

This location is my favorite Our Family store ... they keep their shelves stocked and organized , and they update their sale items very quickly compared to other locations !Hope , Dani , and Evelyn are always very kind and helpful whenever a customer needs assistance ... I've seen plenty of examples , even while I've been waiting for assistance myself !Their Deli/Meat departments always have good fresh foods ... and they stay on top of their discard dates , ensuring that you are always picking something fresh !I don't use their Pharmacy , and I've never been a customer with their Starbucks , but the employees for both always seem to have a warmth and kindness about them.I would definitely recommend using this location for all your grocery needs !!

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go shop there. I've had a horrible experience. When you scan your card using iPhone, the checkout lane crashes so the lady there helped me and scanned my items. I couldn't see the prices as they scanned them. After I payed with credit card, I discover that I was charged more than I should've. They had sale tags which were not honored. She seemed overworked and stressed so I just left. This place clearly has horrible management and I suspect won’t be in business very long.

Just called the pharmacy to see about getting a covid booster shot. We were told they are open till 7 no appointment needed. Got there at 6:35, the store was empty, no one at the pharmacy but was told since she was the only one working she didn't have enough time to do it. I have never had a bad experence at this pharmacy until tonight. I have a suggestion for this person, when someone calls about scheduling a shot and you say you're open until 7, why not say you stop giving shot's 30 minutes before closing or 4-hours whatever works

Good location, nice layout and not overly busy. However, I have purchased spoiled coffee creamer and margarine days before expiration. Expired shelf products are frequently not pulled. I live close by so I go here for convenience. If you don't mind the higher prices and checking expiration dates; the benefits are easy parking and avoiding crowds while shopping.

Had to wait like 10 minutes at the self check for five items that took a minute to scan because APPARENTLY an employee has to approve a blueberry purchase (???) and they all ignored the flashing light as long as they absolutely could. Great store!

Love shopping here. It’s a quiet and a very relaxing experience that you can’t find at the larger stores. I stopped shopping elsewhere because I am in and out in 20mins and never have to deal with a long line or crowded aisles! I love the sushi and other unique deli items plus they have a great selection of Michigan made products and special diet options.

The D &W Fresh Market is a great choice for those who are looking for specialty foods in addition to the staples needed in your home. We appreciate the gluten free items available in the store. We find the prices are a few percent higher than some nearby stores. But, and this is the point here, this store's fresh foods, meats, and deli are outstanding.

This is my primary place for grocery-getting, despite the slight uptick in prices from competitors, yet D&W consistently has good coupons to put to use.As with most grocery stores in the Covid era, there are sometimes massive shortages of supplies, especially if you venture in during off-hours when everything has been picked over. So, be conscious of when you schedule your shopping trip.The location is great for getting in and getting out compared to Meijer where the crowds and lines can be overwhelming. Thus, it will continue to be my preference.

I love the clean store and that it's very close to my home but the prices are very high compared to any other grocery store in and around the grand Rapids area. If you like the convenience and don't mind paying the extra money it's worth it.

I rarely get to this store because I live on the other side of town. But I love coming here because they have a wide variety of gluten free items. The store is always super clean and the employees friendly. I can't wait to enjoy my gluten free Ginger snaps 😍😍😍

Very nice market with a pretty good sized selection. Came for a deli sandwich over lunch, and their pre-made sandwich prices were much cheaper than the Meijer down the road. There was also a line at the counter for ordering hot meals, which I think is probably a good sign.Overall enjoyable environment with a clean store and good prices

A great clean, friendly cafe/deli area with full salad bar. Plus an added bonus of a comfortable eating area with fireplace and Starbucks a few feet away! Also with a lot of options made in house, it feels like I am eating healthier.

You want great Sushi you must come to D&W.clean but $$ . I must say it very sad The Family had to give up best family store to spartan store all be cause one son pass way and son inlaw let it go.all the hard work dad did for his family and the employees went down the tub and let the best manager and worker leave.D&W use to be best classes store and best teaching of business, how to treat customers with respect. Back in days if you worked for D&W any business would hire you .you knew customer were right you were wrong but still had to have smile on your face no matter what .and you had to be clean and your hair was done nice . It was great experience and health benefits were best. Sad those days are long gone. I look at the employees today clothing they look dirty.no white shirt or navy blue or black dress pants men no ties . What happen to classic looks in all the store jeans tie shirt .look cheap.!

This is my favourite supermarket. Yes, it's small but very convenient and with a great parking space. There are never too many people and you can shop lots of fresh produce. The meat and fish arfea ara also quite good.

Great helpful staff. Clean and a goid selection of products. Love the meat department with the fresh counter so you can choose what you want without having to settle for prepackaged meat. The staff at the meat counter were really helpful and knowledgeable.

10.29.21 Have gotten really poor quality produce from this location before. Today bought 5 Affy Tapples for my family… cutting into them, they were very mushy, old apples… realllyyy!!!? Not buying produce here any more. 😐
