I’ve been buying microgreens from 1st Microgreenery regularly for about two years now, and highly recommend them. Chris carries a good selection of “standard” microgreens to suit most everybody (broccoli, radish, sunflower, pea shoots, arugula, and cilantro), and is always open to growing a specific type of microgreen you’d be interested in (he has grown carrot, fenugreek, etc. for people in the past). It’s always nice to chat with him at the Fulton St. Farmers Market, too.I like that you purchase the fresh live plants to harvest yourself, rather than the pre-cut microgreens. It gives them a little more shelf life.My only suggestion is to more openly offer plastic-free options, such as having the plants without the plastic sleeves so customers can put them in their own reusable containers.
