RV dump station review:We stopped in on December 3 to dump our tanks on our fifth wheel RV. The water at the dump station had already been shut off for the season “by corporate” according to the not so friendly lady behind the counter… completely understanding that the water is shut off for the season for freezing purposes, we were still charged $10 just to dump. If the water is going to be shut off, the price should be adjusted accordingly. After traveling two years around the country full-time, we have never been to a place that charges $10 for a dump and doesn’t even include water.There were three dump stations so I imagine in summertime, this could be a very convenient stop if you’re willing to pay the $10 fee instead of just finding somewhere else along your route that doesn’t charge (because there are a lot - just use Campendium!).

This Flying J has gotten really expensive for drinks. The location is convenient for getting gasoline. But don't bother buying drinks from here unless you want to be ripped off. They have a Denny's at this location as well.

Me and family went there recently to do laundry and get cleaned up and relax watch little TV in lounge area and giving them business and next thing some older woman made us leave because I'm not a trucker right now but I used to be year ago until I got diagnosed with illness and paralysis, and she would tell me we had 15 minutes to leave lounge area or she was calling law enforcement for absolutely no reason at all..I'm done going to any pilot or flying even when I get back on road..they were rude mean very unprofessional to drivers,they should be reprimanded for there mean ways and lack of caring..

Half the time the pumps are broken, the app rarely works so you have to go in anyway. The rewards is a complete joke. They don't allow rewards points to be used for fuel in your personal vehicle. If you eat their trash food for every meal then it might be helpful but otherwise it's pointless. Extremely disappointed!

Dirty shower and parking lot. trash had no been emptied, hair all over the shower. toilet was not cleaned. the employee was too busy on his phone. no dennys. ihop coming soon but for now just pizza and that stuff. only giving 2 stars cause lot is big. lots of parking spots.

I'm not impressed with this place. My company switched my fueling to this location recently. Rewards will not work at the pump, costing me an extra 10-15m per visit of which I do twice a day. The parking lot is always a mess as most truck stops are after the ridiculous government E log mandate. To me, I do not feel safe walking around in this facility, but I have no choice but to take my chances for now.

This was absolutely the WORST place I ever worked at during my time in retail services. I was a former employee here & I had to leave this place because of poor management yesterday evening. I was left unsupervised for 2 hours with another cowoker, I was discriminated against off my race being the only one written up after 2 months of being hired in, people were running off my drawers when I wasn’t there. Candice assigned me 2 drawers to myself due to short staff without my permission until I got there, then tells me my drawer is short $60 & that it will be another write up if I didn’t have evidence. I wasn’t properly trained they were purposely leaving out details and I was the only one that kept getting called to the back when I wasn’t even a month in this job, and Candice Cain the GM of this location has lack of compassion and empathy for the people who work for her. This place needs to be shut down & Candice Cain needs to be fired. Hopefully someone can contact her boss Riley or report this information to corporate because I have no idea what their number is for them. The office was left open and unlocked and I have proof. I also have proof that we were left alone unsupervised for 2 hours

One of the best places to shower at Flying J. They actually clean and water pressure is great. And they stay on top of cleaning the showers. Very nice shower attendants!!!

I Love the deals they offer us Truck drivers but that lady Dawn (Karen), is definitely a Karen. She has the biggest additude problem, unprofessional, and just a nasty person. 🙄 Karen needs to retire.. FAST! I will never understand why people have CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs with no customer service skills. Dawn is a KAREN!!!!

Can't even go sit at the bar in IHOP workers have there boyfriends and his friends hanging out with there kids Waiter stands around and talks to friends and don't care about costumers and and there was no food out in the flying J at 4 pm this was a good place at one time not any more

My rewards card has been hacked 3 times. The representative claims to not know why this is occurring. It’s inconvenient to call them to get my stolen points back. On top of getting a new rewards card. I just want to get my fuel, take care of business and keep running.

To the resting Area of Truck Drivers - Management:Driving for long hours- days is not an easy job and we as truck drivers, we need the resting areas to be available to us. There are times that we have no time to use the rest room- and take a shower but when we do, “Unfortunately” it is “CLOSED”. It is unacceptable for the resting area (to take a shower) to be closed. It is unacceptable to have the bathrooms dirty-filthy; it is unacceptable to be treated this way because we are a customer as well ( our companies purchase the gas needs from your station-area). Please take this into consideration because this is something that needs attention.. It is not FAIR that we are treated this way..

Entire water system is down. No water for filling tanks or dump station. Sold me an RV dump station pass and told me "lots of people just dump and don't flush". Find another place this one is gross.

the showers were clean but there's barely any food behind the counter. none of the good homemade food at the other flying J's and the chicken behind the counter looks old and burned. then the IHOP is too busy working at half capacity to take a to go order from a trucker. what's the point if a truck stop if there is no good food. just go to the loves across the street and spend your money there.

I read a recent review by another driver who says this location doesn't provide addtional hot food on 2nd shift or showers after dark, so I put that claim to the test. It's true they stop offering showers if they only have 1 person on shift qualified to run the fuel desk due to call outs. The same goes for the preparation of hot food/restocking cold items on later shifts for the same reason; they cannot leave the desk unattended for the length of time needed for those tasks.This is an issue for the truck stop as they also need to allow for staff breaks and other requirements or emergencies. If regular employees cannot show up then managers need to come in and cover the tasks so the truck stop can offer all the amenities and safety for customers and staff it is expected and/or lawfully required to provide.

Great service, food, showers, and games! They literally have everything from food such as fresh pizza, hot dogs, nachos, to stuff you might need for your car or even medicine if you're sick. They got two nice bathrooms and 9 showers which is great for long road trips. Highly recommend this place for a quick stop for anything!

Clean. Staff let's you know when they are open to keep the line moving. The wings are a definite buy! Meaty and crispy! Spicy or not. We also get 9 each. For a quick hot meal this definitely is a one stop gas, drinks meal place.
