I really really am very disappointed with the Corporate of Family Dollar. The Manager is always on the phone, Or out smoking a cigarette, she brings her personal business to work with her. There was a Milk Delivery when I was there, nothing was put away to the departments it should go to. Milk is a MUST! I have made 4-5 complaints on the Manager, she is rude and apparently dissatisfied with her job. She has also banned a few ppl from coming there and also lost several Customers due to her Attitude and Rudeness. I also know of a few darn good workers who quit due to all responsibilities were put all on them due to Manager not wanting to do her job. There's always stuff in the Isles to trip over, nothing is put away and 95% of the time, no supplies or General Merchandise. This is the worst Family Dollar I have seen or shopped at! I always seem to spend $50-200 every time I have been in this Family Dollar in Grand Junction, Mi 49056. This Place needed to be a Dollar General. At least you can get fresh produce and the stores are well stocked. We the People that live in Grand Junction, Most people have no Driver's License to go elsewhere so they walk or try to find transportation. As it is a very Small town, If that's what you call it. Keep this in mind, there needs to be a more friendlier Manager who likes Her/His Job and Glad to be there with all responsibilities of a Manager's Job. This Town and We the people deserve a Nice Clean, Stocked Store. We need Items just like the rest of people do. Most of the time, Especially on a Hot Humid Day there's not even any Ice!!!! Holy guacamole this place is a mess! I mean every single aisle piled with boxes, carts, random products. Empty shelves. So much disarray that you cannot even remember what you went in for as the chaos of items everywhere make you want to start organizing and cleaning. I sincerely hope that it was just an explosion of inventory that were not aware they were receiving and not the norm.

Those of you complaining about how this store is run I should let you all know that this is probably what the Dollar General that will replace the school will be like. If you don't care, you really shouldn't complain about the place that's feeding you.

The dark haired skinny girl was a big help really appreciated the help..store was lil disorganized..but the bathroom was very very nasty .if it wasn't for the girls help. This store would rate a 2 if not 1

It was great seeing a family dollar store. I wish there were one in Gobles again. I shopped there all the time. Many people were unhappy went they left. I won't go in Dollar Tree. Cheap items in there

The cashier Kendra was very rude. An item was on the clearance rack and she stated it was not on clearance. There were several if the same item on the rack. She stated they just don't know have anywhere to put the items so they put it there. Grand Junction, MI

I know they are not always able to break larger bills, but the cashier took pity on me. Made my day! The only bummer was the giant crack in the floor that looked like the Earth was about to open up and swallow you whole.

I was able to pick up transmission fluids, but there gallons of milk cost $ 3.25. Just have to get it in town.
