I placed an order for pickup. I ordered one item which was a box of diapers, I’ve sat outside waiting for over 40 minutes! I watched at least 10 cars come after me and get service! I called multiple times the phone is going straight to voicemail! I could’ve gone in and got the diapers myself at this point! My child is screaming from being in a car seat for 40 minutes. I will never do Walmart pick up again.

The older lady with the white and red guarding the door should realize if she had to check everything not bagged then a receipt should automatically printed, sorry I don't want a bunch paper in my wallet, sorry I didn't know the "rules" that seem to only apply at her doors

Don't waste your money on Walmart+. Pickup takes hours beyond the scheduled time. Delivery may not happen for a full day past the scheduled time. The shoppers seemingly try to find the most shriveled, moldy, and otherwise unusable produce. The substitutions are illogical: you bought 2 kinds of soup, but one is unavailable so I'll give you 2 of the other. How stupid! Even if you cancel only a few months in to your subscription, they won't refund you any of the cost of Walmart+. 👎👎

I have been waiting in grocery pick up for over 2hrs. I was told my order was ready for pickup before leaving and heading to the store. The phone number listed in the grocery pick up area rings directly to a voicemail. I called the main store to check status, spoke with an incredibly rude man. He tried to correct me with the duration I have been waiting and then simply stated that they're working on it. I'm hungry, I miss my family and I just want my groceries.

A lot of the Assocates are rude and act like you are inconvenience them if you have a question. Most of the time none of them know where anything is at. They whip out a phone and try to look up the item you are looking for, which at any given time could take them up to 10 minutes. Their prices keep going up on everything especially since their remodel. You know it's getting bad when Meijer is now cheaper then Walmart

I did a pick up order for today this was also placed last night , pick up time from 4pm-5pm. arrived for pickup at about 440, still currently waiting its 530pm what is going on? This is a joke. This location has become more and more of a joke. Called a manager was basically blown off like it’s just another day.

They were rude and non helpful when I called about an order that was messed up through their pickup and delivery service. They gave me poor responses and were acting like one minute of their time was to much to ask for just pure rude and unprofessional also in stores the vibe is just dark hate this Walmart and do not recommend shopping here or online from here. Do better as a team and corporation especially when my child’s items are involved.

I feel very racist here, they stopped me from checking the receipt without looking and checking what was inside the card. There was a white woman behind me showing them the receipt but she said, "no, you're fine". I don't know what's going on here, just because I'm Asian? i will never come back here again and go to sam's club next door, because they check the bill for everyone going out. Used to be a great store, but it no longer is. Chronically understaffed. Stuff is locked up. I get you need to prevent theft, but I an not going to wait 45 minutes for you to have someone unlock a chromebook. I am not going to wait 5 minutes in the self checkout for someone to check my ID. Quality, selection, pricing, and service, especially service, are all worse than 4 years ago. It's a shame.

I'm grateful to have a shopping center in my neighborhood. However, quite often; especially lately- they have been wiped clean of several items I go specifically to Meijers to purchase.

This review is based on Walmart as a giant machine that clearly makes a ton of money with curbside service. These poor people are so overworked and underappreciated. You have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a pickup order and it's not these poor people's fault. They are so kind and hustling their butts off. They are just incredibly overworked and it's sad. Walmart pony up pay for more people to provide the service that everybody is using and paying for. You should do better taking care of your employees. It's a shame

I found a jacket I liked. When I went to buy it, it came up not on file. The cashier said I couldn't buy it cause he couldn't ring it up. He didn't ask anyone to help him.

The employees were all very professional and knowledgeable with some smiles and witty but not mean just having a good time kidding around with the customers. The only thing that is really annoying (and it doesn't have anything to do with this store) is the app for scan and go along with other cool features, once again I scanned everything clicked on checkout and all of a sudden my cart was empty!!! No idea why but not the first time, they really need to overhaul the app I use a similar one at Meijer and never have trouble.

Welp, it's a Walmart. This location is pretty good though, it's one of the cleanest and most well stocked Walmarts I've been to, and the employees here actually do things and help you instead of seeming to hide in the back, staff here is 10/10! Also the people that make the displays for the pricier clothes and the bed area need a raise because those look amazing every time :)

Ridiculous, as usual. I had a return, two people in front of me, but 3 people returned that was there previously to bring up something they had to go get. 20 minutes for that,,, BUT,,, DONT THEY GET CARTS??? Carts everywhere, many taking up parking spaces. 2 amigos just sitting in the rain. God I wish I didn't have to go to Walmart.

Walmart Sucks, especially if you order online! Products seen & descriptions of any product and Walmarts descriptions are not correct and are extremely fabricated!! Walmart will take your money as quickly as they can from Credit Cards or bank debit/visa card! Don't ever expect your hard earned money back, even when your packages were never delivered!! Everything I have purchased is a Piece Of Junk!! No One speaks ENGLISH when you call into there supposivie Customer Service and in store Customer Service and Mangement in place at the Hill Rod location in Grand Blanc, MI. Is a Complete Useless attempt at leaving anyone want to return to there location of this Store!!My Suggestion to Corporate is to do a Complete Shutdown or Takeover with New Mangement which needs to be like when they opened one of there first stores in Ash Flat, Arkansas!!

This store is terrible! Always packed, and never stocked. Can’t find parking if is 10am on a Tuesday, let alone a Sunday afternoon. Produce is subpar and the go and grab ready to eat snack are always left out for hours!🤢

Decided to go back and try a second time shopping at the Grand Blanc, MI store. Was surprised how much cleaner and organized it was. Was disappointed though that even though I had checked online for Morton 20pound salt blocks for my water softener and it showed that it was something they would carry, it was not available there or at two other Walmarts. The staff had no idea if they would get anymore. It is very difficult for seniors to put those 40 pound bags in their car left alone carry them down to a basement to put in water softener. I hurt my back this last time trying to put the 40 lb bag in the car. It is expensive to have the 20 lb shipped to my house.

I’m just not a big fan of Walmart.....seems like something strange always happens to me here or I encounter someone who is just off but maybe that is something that happens at every Walmart. The store today was sweltering hot and yet the garden section was extremely cold. I don’t know why they can’t restock on days where it is there lowest traffic days. The store personnel are extremely friendly. Majorie in the garden section is always helpful and friendly. She is an extremely hard worker.

Pushed the call button at the jewelry counter 4 or 5 times! Finally went to customer service to have them page someone and had to wait in line there for 5 minutes customer service lady was really slow.
