I'm not sure, but I think sometimes when I call I get the Pharmacist himself, and I just gotta say he's always been very nice on the phone, fast and thorough. Even when I'm finding out I can't get a script yet because it's out of stock, not ready, or too early, he's always sympathetic and explains things so it makes sense. I appreciate the understanding.

Been using this pharmacy for a while now and not only are the staff knowledgeable and helpful but will also go above and beyond the scope of their job so long as it is helpful to persons health and does not violate any laws or regulations. I understand that between insurance, Legal and how the doctor writes the script "every 8Hrs PRN is diff then up to 3 times a day. I get other meds that comes from a special pharmacy and when I took the med list up to pharmacy about possible interactions with other meds and conditions they did admit they did not know but to call back in a day so they can look into it rather then accidental misinformation. One time my ID was left behind and they called me to let me know. I have been sick for many years and have used a multitude of dirrent ones that I compare with.

My boyfriend and i were driving HOURS to Michigan and The lady cashier was extremely rude and I dont appreciate her sarcasm. Definitely deserves a one star

Traveling in MI and worst experience ever. Had to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru behind 1 car and even after calling to verify my prescription was ready and the doctor called it in 3 days prior still did not have it ready. Had Publix call to get them to fill it. They will get it right. Walgreens=worst

What a waste of my time. Waited 30 minutes in pharmacy line to check in for a booster appointment. Then they had to re-enter all the info I did online and had to fill out the forms I completed online. Waited an additional 30 minutes sitting in front of the pharmacy for my booster. So much for having an appointment.

Every time I go to the drive thru to pick up a prescription, there is only one car in front of me, but it’s ALWAYS at least a 20-25 minute wait. I don’t understand why, if they know something is going to take more than 5 minutes, they don’t just tell those people to come inside. It’s getting ridiculous to just wait and wait and wait.

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist in my entire life! She was rude entitled and very unprofessional, to the point I’m filing a complaint with the state board against her license! Her name was Rebecca and she threw my prescription at me, told me to use another pharmacy and that she had “44 years experience so try me hunny” was her responses when I asked her why she filled three other prescriptions before filling mine since I was there first! Then she began trying to insult me regarding the type of medication I take. She also violated Hipaa by yelling to the entire pharmacy about my medications. Her job is clearly too much for her and she should be fired immediately!

I wish zero was an option! Had a script called into at 11am and was a priority and it's still not done. We even called and they said 20 mins 45 mins ago..... Now I have to suffer because they're going on a break soon. And I'm in extreme pain after surgery. About to switch my pharmacy as this isn't the first time this has happened! The pharmacy couldn't even find the prescription at first... check your fax machine!

Unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option. 11/8 and probably many days before and after the entire store stunk of urine! Every corner of the store it was just as strong. Didn’t buy what I came for everything seemed filthy and stinky I did not want to bring home with me.

DO NOT LET THE FEMALE PHARMACIST WITH THE SHORT HAIR GIVE YOU A SHOT OF ANY SORT! See what I was left with, a Staph infection. Not only did she give me a Staph infection she gave me my flu and Covid shot in the WRONG MUSCLE in my arm! Which after the red rash left I had two bruises. The male pharmacist claims she has the proper training and certification, but somehow I doubt it. I will without a doubt make sure to tell anyone I see in the pharmacy that may be planning on getting a vaccination about her if she's there. I think I'll post it on Twitter also so Walgreens main gets ahold of me. I had to be put on an antibiotic, steroid and antihistamine. My doctor even said what was she doing? Or did she not know what she was doing, she shot you in the wrong muscle.! DO NOT LET THE FEMALE PHARMACIST WITH THE SHORT HAIR TOUCH YOU WITH A NEEDLE! Zero stars should absolutely be an option.

Absolutely amazing service!!!! I've watched these employees deal with some of the most rude customers with a sincere smile on their face and sincerity in their voice major props to the crew...I couldn't do what you guys do so I am super grateful you do what you do!!!

Used the online photo service for a local pickup at this location while on a business trip. Within the hour I had the merchandise and was able to use a coupon to help reduce the cost even further. Thank you for helping make our gift for a coworker. Would visit and use again if back in the area.

The store manager is really helpful and responsible, I was charged a wrong amount of money by one of the cashiers, however, I called the store the next day and the store manager was very willing to help and quickly checked the transaction and confirmed that they charged me wrong. The store manager agreed to refund me by sending me a check and I received it in just a couple weeks.I was very impressed how soon and how responsible they are handling this problem.
