Seriously the BEST home improvement store in Gaylord! Every time I go in and need help, they are amazing!Michael Gentz, Project Specialist, didn't give up when the part I needed was not listed in the system. He called Anderson directly and got the info so he could order the part for me. Thank you so much for helping a girl out!

Unbelievable experience! We have damaged cabinets installed with a $200 gift card issued. We had deliveries with cabinets missing. We had cabinets to damaged to use. We have mismatched cabinets due to them being sold out while we waited for return, refund, reorder. And today I found out my last cabinet was returned and refunded by the Gaylord store due to not fully listening to me. We bought flooring, drywall, lumber, doors, lights and everything that goes along with those items last year. This year we bought kitchen cabinets, lumber, lights, benches, appliances and everything that goes along with those jobs. In early May we had taken three weeks off and scheduled help to finish our house. Today because my cabinet was canceled and sent back due to not Fully Listening to me we sit still unable to finish the floor and install the last cabinet. When I called the store today to see if it had arrived I found out this had taken place. After explaining this to the assistant manager, she confirmed that is what I had asked to be done. (Top about to blow) I am waiting to hear back from the district manager now. Last Friday as I was passing through I stopped to see if myorder had arrived. I was told it would be there on Monday. Monday afternoon I drove 100 miles round trip to get my cabinet and it wasn't there. After shopping I decided I would buy a larger cabinet in exchange for the one that wasn't there. Explaining to the manager I would build out the wall 3 inches. As I only had three days left to finished this job. He told me because I ordered it online, he couldn't do that. I would need to cancel that order and buy the new one. I told him let's do that. He said he couldn't cancel it while in transit. I could buy that cabinet and return the one when it arrives. I paused and said so there is nothing you can do for me today? No. I paused again and said I guess the job will have to wait again, I'll go home and wait for delivery, turned and walked away leaving the larger cabinet there. My cabinet came in at 1:30 AM Tue morning it was canceled and returned by 8 AM. When I called this morning to see if it had arrived so I could pick it up, I learned this. No one called me to confirm before doing this. So here I sit waiting to reorder again! I only wanted to cancel the order upon his suggestion so I could leave with a cabinet to get the job done. I left with no cabinet saying I would wait for delivery. He took that information and without me present returned my order???July 2, 2023 - I picked up my last cabinet today. Home Depot was very pleasant to me and helped me out with an adjustment on the cabinet. It has been a long journey but the last chapter is being written.

The best store in the world!! We went to get a trash can but the one we choose dont have a lid, and they gave us the chance to upgrade to the next size and pay for the one without the lid.THAT IS AN EXCELENT SERVICE!!!KEEP GOING LIKE THAT!!!CONGRATULACIONS!!

We had great service at the carpet section once we chose our flooring. Chris (the soon retiring guy, very nice) and Dave were attentive and tried to get our order through. In fact, we left the store believing that everything was accomplished. I expressed reservations about the balance available on my credit card and was surprised that the full purchase was authorized. That was a transaction on a phone call initiated by store staff.Unfortunately. Three days later we learn by email that the order was stopped & we needed to call 📞 the card company. As I had anticipated but had been guaranteed 💯 coverage by the phone call, the card did not have sufficient credit 🤔 to cover.We could have dealt at the start with providing cash for any balance. This put a stall to our process. Fortunately, all was corrected & approved. Delays & disruption from an email made it unpleasant for a bit with some angst for us.

I’ve got more projects up my sleeve and I will return for more! I live down a dark private road and plan to install three new solar post lights along the way. This will be a warm welcoming site when coming home at night.

Posting this so the manager will reach outDelivery instructions said to call 30 min before delivery as the shingles were supposed to go beside the garage. Driver called me and said he was 8 minutes out from the location. I told him my wife was dropping the kids off at school but would be to the location in a few minutes. Driver called me 10 minutes later and said that there was no garage at the house. I told him to go down the driveway and he would see it but my wife would be there in less than 10 minutes. Instructions also required a signature. My wife pulled into the subdivision the house was at as the driver was pulling out and he didn’t stop when she was flagging him down. 68 bundles of shingles were placed in front of the garage blocking it. The driver knew he was to get a signature but wrote my wife’s initials instead. Not professional.

Received a call back on windows being installed and options and a set up date for our bay windows and it was an awful experience. Whoever is in charge of calling people for Home Depot and scheduling window options and installing- you need more training.I informed her that both me and my partner are the home owners and we would both be here when the person (window expert) arrives but that I would be leaving during the meeting at some point due to having a quick errand I had to run. She then made it seem like I had to choose- I let her know that I was fine with whatever my boyfriend would choose and she still chose to be snotty about it. I ended up just saying no thank you then and we will find another company if he can’t make the decision without me- she made a smirky sounding okay thank you and goodbye.

I want to say how upset I have been with Home Depot from what happened to me at the store 2 weeks ago. I have shopped at Home Depot for 20 years and have purchased all my garden and home improvement items there without any issue until recently. I just had granite countertops installed with Home Depot and was very impressed with the whole process. Two weeks ago I went to the Gaylord store and had a few items to return and did not have the receipt for all of them. That has never been an issue before but this time I found out that I was flagged as a frequent returner and was insinuated that I was stealing from the store and not allowed to return any items without a receipt. The clerk tried to help but explained that a third party company handled that. I felt like a criminal and was very upset and still am. Most things I purchase are not unique toHome Depot. I can go to Lowe’s going forward where I will be treated better. I am sure that some people do abuse the returns but you are losing good customers as well. I enjoy being able to get my things without being hounded by employees. I bought 12 16foot pieces of trim and they were pretty flimsy and wanted to break and a worker pulled out a roll of clear packing tape and taped them up to make them stronger. Super helpful and appreciated. Also, after checking 3 major home stores Home Depot had the best price for what we were looking for.

Wouldn't do an even exchange on a 2 year old defective delta faucet with a 10 year warranty. I have to deal with delta. Never had Home Depot do this kind of thing before. Menards yes, home depot never till now.

Random visits....poor customer service. Im felt like im bothering them, and they answer me before im even done with my question. Ordered a stove a few years ago, and the one that was delivered wasn't what I ordered. I had to take it because my stove quit and I was taking care of my Mom at the time. I needed to be able to cook for her. Wish we had a Menards up here.

I always go to home Depot for the tools and they have a decent selection. However the staff is some of the most unhelpful staff. Over the weekend two employees were showing each other fish pictures and ignoring another customer asking for help. Took they two minutes to even notice.

Would be a zero if possible. 3 out of 4 workers when asked where the lint catcher is told me by the washing machines. The 4th person said they do not carry them. I asked why? I got a shoulder shrug. Customer service thumbs down. When at Lowe's multiple people ask if you need help, home Depot employees do not do this.

Great installation work and was able to be put on a cancellation list. Amber with Home Depot and Rosa with AIS were able to get my installation moved up due to a cancellation which otherwise would have been another five weeks out. Very thankful for all the help on both parties ends.

Its always rather clean.But wish the dang people that worked there would be able to point you in the right direction. We will ask then they will tell us what isle to go to. We go to said isle than most likely the items are not there. Its rather annoying. Other than that, the place is what you need to get you lumber and more.

Walked in the door and immediately was told to take a bag of light bulbs because it was Earth 🌎 Day. You can't beat that deal. Bought chicken wire, and I was out. I was in and out in minutes.

It was a good day shopping. They had a cashier. She was friendly and real helpful to a elderly lady in front of me. That's help you can't get at self checkout. Cashiers name was Susan. Time of the transaction was 11.57 8/30
