The staff is friendly and they do a great job. They are old school. They keep visit details on index cards and don't take credit but that is part of the charm. Call early for an appointment, they are booked pretty far out but that just goes to show how loyal people must be!

My dog wasn’t bathed, but he was cut/chopped. Saying he’s to bad and stressed out, he’s been groomed before and never had this problem. 🧐Talking about he mite need to be sedated to get grooming 😒I was so disappointed when I saw him😫

I have been to Mr. B's a few times prior to this and had no problems. Saturday I took my dog and I know I specifically asked them not to pull the hair out of his ears because he is prone to ear infections and not to shave him with clippers on his belly and man parts because he gets clipper burn. Its really busy up there so I leave not thinking anything else about it. I picked the dog up and I looked him over briefly, he looked fine. I left a $20 tip. He gets home and he's acting weird not his normal self, really passive. I take a closer look and he's all red and irritated on his man parts and the hair in his ears is gone. The next day he has sores on his penis and in his ears coupled with what looks like actual burns on his testicles. I called back up to the shop and spoke to the owner. She tells me I didn't tell her not to pull the hair out of his ears or that he gets clipper burn so don't shave his man parts or belly with them because she didn't write it on the card. So now, on top of you hurting my dog, you tell me I'm lying because you didn't write it down. You tell me your groomer has 30 years of experience and Samson has not had any problems before. He has not had any problems before, but I'm calling you about this visit and you act like I'm lying. It's ok. My bouvier and the 3 others my family own will now be going back to Scrubbers in Royal Oak.

Mister B's is a great pet salon in Garden City. They're so good with the doggies that come in and even talk to them while performing their services. That is something that helps ease anxiety in my girls. They are cash only so keep that in mind before walking in on your first visit. Support small local business. 🐾

My family has been taking our pet children here for 15 + years and they have ALWAYS been amazing! The staff is super friendly. They treat you like family and they take great care of our animals. They always come home and trot around the house like kings! I will not take my pets anywhere else!

Worst place in town, never will go again. Tore a tag off his tail because they didn't even bother to feel him all over. I tried them years ago. My poor dog came home with.many nix. Years later gave e them another try, sorry I did. Horrible. Bev Manasian

Wow. My dog looks like it's just left the dog show. The grooming is way above average... They did an amazing job! the pricing is fair, It's cheaper than some places I've gone and im getting way more bang for my buck. They don't charge individually for everything, it's one out the door price which I love. And they brought my dog out to check before paying to see if I wanted anything changed or adjusted. I asked if they could trim his ears shorter, which admittedly was my fault for not mentioning it to begin with, and they immediately took him back and made it right. It's clear they sincerely care about the quality of work they put out and it shows. There very committed to the health & well being of the dog unlike most chain grooming salons, something I value extremely as my dog has health problems that require a gentler touch. Could not be more happy with my decision to try them.

They’re so sweet and patient with my dog. I have been coming here for a nail trim and a sanitary trim for a couple years. When we first started going my dog was timid and aggressive about her spa day but the ladies here used extra caution and loving voices and now she’ll lift up her paw for them

This place and the staff is amazing I've been bring my dog here for some time now. She knows when we are coming here and who shes coming to see. She calms down and sits and waits all the way. Then when shes all finished she ready to bolt and go home and bark all the way home, lol. Fantastic place I couldn't give it a higher rating even if there was more stars. Give Mister B's a shot I doubt you will regret it!

Today was my first time here, and they did a great job. My dog is a senior shih-tzu with medical issues and only has one eye (that is blind). I brought him in for a groom and it only took a couple of hours. When I came back, he looked so clean! Unfortunately they let me know I wouldn't be able to bring him back because he was very scared and uncooperative and that taking him to a vet would be my best bet. I felt really bad for my dog but I'm appreciative of how they handled the situation and still did a great job. Thank you!p.s They only take cash or checks I believe.

Stopped in just to see and to get a price for what I wanted. I was stocked they had an opening and the price was SUPER reasonable... They did a GREAT job and my normally extremely nervous lil furbaby was handed back to me cut EXACTLY how I explained and was very calm. Will be returning again for sure!!

Was looking for a groomer after moving back to Michigan and a family friend recommended Mister B's. We have a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix and previous groomers have informed us not to cut the hair on his back too short or it won't grow out correctly. When we dropped our dog off we informed them not to cut the area and to trim him up everywhere else. When I went to pick him up I was extremely disappointed and upset that they cut his hair so short. His hair is now growing back horribly, it's hard and crimpy like. I will never be returning and urge anyone who wants their pets genuinely taken care of to not go here.

Been a customer since 1974 and have always received EXCELLENT care. Mel cares for a my yorkie poo whose blind perfectly. Alray kept a great Pet Salon and Michelle has continued to keep it exactly the same. She is the new fantastic owner of Mister B's.
