This place is awesome! I love dropping wally off and knowing he is having a great day, its awesome for when I'm having work done to the house because strangers really stress wally out. They are kind and helpful. Grooming and self service dog wash on-site, great hours and prices. You can watch the dog cam to see what your pup is doing.

I have never brought my animals here only because have no need to at this time. But I did bring a kitten my son found in to be scanned for a Microchip and the young women at the counter were so kind and helpful. He wasn't chipped but they took pics and even posted on their Facebook about him. Wonderful place. They love animals.*we've named him Ryder. Left.Drake is 17 in December. Right.

The best! So loving with our baby! We have done boarding and doggie daycare here and every time they are amazing. Our pup runs off her energy in a safe, clean space! If you have any hesitation just walk into this place and you will understand they treat you like family right from the start and your pup will automatically become their baby too. Just the best!

While I typically like this place, one bad incident changes my view.. I took my dog there for her 9am appointment for a bath. They verified my phone number, and told me they would call when she was done. It usually takes about an hour for my pup, so I was going to go into work late. I waited... and waited... and waited. I tried calling multiple times after I hadn't heard from them for over 5 hours, but nobody answers the phone there. I finally just showed up there and was told that they tried calling and texting me multiple times. Turns out they were calling my deceased fiancee's phone that has been inactive for over a year; I have taken my dog there since his passing and they always called my correct number. Why give my phone number when I drop her off if they aren't going to use it? If you couldn't reach me, why not call the number clearly on her collar? I received no apology, no nothing. This is very disappointing! At least show some compassion for my dog if nothing else! Not sure if I will return - my dog likes it there, but customer service is seriously lacking! At least have someone to answer the phone at your business, and this would have been easily avoided

The Lucky Dog team is amazing. Need training? They got the BEST. Need grooming? Again, they've got the best. Need boarding? I'd never leave my 4 legged family with anyone else! Your pooch driving you nuts? Daily drop-in daycare (drop off by 10am) is the best! Run,run,run... play, play, play then sleeeeep at home. LOL I call it daycare syndrome. All zzzzzzz for the night. Peace and quiet.

My pomeranian could not have his haircut with the clippers because it made him to nervous so this very nice young woman took the extra time to cut his hair with scissors. He looks fantastic and smells great too!!

We’re new to Lucky Dog but I’m so glad we found it! I love that my dog can have playtime while we’re out of town, rather than be in a kennel all day. She comes home so much happier than she did from the other boarder we used to take her to. The employees are also great and very helpful. Will be taking my pup to Lucky Dog from now on.

Had a great first time experience here! My Doodle came for a haircut, was very well taken care of, and was completed in less than 2 hours. The lobby is beautifully decorated, clean, and the staff were polite. Can’t wait to return!

Stacy is the the best! We have a rescue pup and Heather is absolutely AMAZING! He was never groomed and he allows Heather to groom him. The training facility is amazing also!

I couldn't find the location and ended up calling. I was told they normally are open on Saturday but we're not open yesterday and I could come back on Sunday between 9 and 3 to bring in my dog to have her nails trimmed. I brought her in today on Sunday at 2:10 and they said they didn't have anyone to do it for the rest of the day and that the groomer had already finished for the day. What the heck. No reliability.

Excellent services, at first I was trying to give a self bath to my dog but the service wasn't available at that time, so I ask for just cut the nails and they were super nice and got my dog nails, unfortunately my dog was rude at the moment, and still I have a great service, so I'm Thankful for that. I'll recommend this place 100%.

We have been going to lucky dog since my puppy hank has been 3 months old, and let me tell you we love it! Everyone is so friendly and they love your dog as if they are their own! Just pulling into the parking lot my dog gets so excited he won't stop until he's in the building. I can't recommend them enough!

Very nice place for your fur baby. Staff is friendly and place is very clean. They have daycare as well as boarding. Big dogs are kept separate from small dog. They have a app to download so you can look in on your fur baby during their stay.

When one of my smaller dogs grew terrified of nail trimming and she developed bad tartar - and a dog who LOVED other people more than she even loved me, suddenly hated going to the big box store groomer - I suspected that she wasn't getting the services I paid for, and was getting treated roughly. I had to find a new groomer. I lucked out when I found Lucky Dog, right around the corner from me!I absolutely love Lucky Dog. Here, I trust that the staff are just as knowledgeable as the staff at my veterinary clinic....pros at what they do: I can not say that about the bog box pet stores' grooming staff. They remember my dogs when I bring them in for grooming, and my dogs love them - THAT is how I know my dogs are well-cared for while they are here.I have used their self-serve dog wash for our Lab (AS FOR SLIPPERY FLOORS: it's tile - it gets wet...THEY provide a huge shelf stocked with lots of towels, I grab a few extra and lay them out on the floor where I'll be walking to provide more traction - so wear safe shoes and use the towels). I have had them grind my Lab's nails, they are quick and it doesn't cost much at all. I have taken my two poodle-mix dogs in for grooming here, and it ends up being $40 less than what I paid elsewhere. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and I know my dogs are cared for when I leave them here. I won't go anywhere else for our dog's grooming needs. They get my dogs clean, and give them a thorough, quality grooming.Lucky Dog does a much better job, a more thorough job grooming my dogs, they are more careful and caring with my dogs, and the cost is nearly 30% less than what I used to pay taking my dogs to the big box pet store groomers. I'm just sorry I didn't discover them sooner. These people are true dog lovers, and I know they are patient and loving with my dogs.

Heather was the best dog groomer. My dog is almost 15 and with age has had many issues come up. She loved on my dog and my dog responded to her in a way that has never happened. He responded to her better than anybody including me and my family.

This is a great place! We've boarded our dog there a couple of times and they've been great. Friendly staff that love dogs. You can also view your pup via an app to see how his or her day is going.We've also had him groomed a couple times and Lucky Dog is now our go to place. Nothing but good things to say.

We have taken our St. Berdoodle here twice to get groomed. Both times we have been very happy with the results! They are very kind, professional, and take great care of the dogs. Our dog looks (and smells) amazing!

The owner is very kind and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and welcoming. My pup just had her first day and it went well. I could watch her on the camera, which was reassuring since we had a bad experience at another daycare. We will definitely return in the future!
