Service here has become trash. It's been a few weeks but I'm finally chilled out enough to write this.I go here with my wife all the time to get and treats, flea meds, toys and food etc. Basically everything.. for our very large malamute dogs. I am handicapped and I can walk with a cane, barely. I pulled up outside of the store close to closing time, not quite 8 yet, and it takes me a minute to struggle out of the car the girl that works there literally watched me from the door, struggling to get out of my car and hobble up to the door with my cane and then she locked the door in my face as I reached for the handle, then she ran back inside like she couldn't see or hear me. Absolute trash employee, should be fired. Won't be back if I see her working the register, plenty of other affordable options available. My doggos could care less where I get their food, now so do I.Happy shopping. I hope the owners see this.

Always been happy going here for the last few years.. It's one of the only local places I can get live food for my Ball Python, and they have great prices on supplies I need for our cats and dog as well.. Only pet store I ever visit these days... I definitely recommend it..

Wonderful pet store.....This is a Mom and Pop shop but they know how to run the business. Even though a small shop, their prices are great. Got a 3D background for a 10g tank for just $10, which is a great price. They have a very cute pet mouse Cody at this place is always great to deal with.My go-to place for feeder fish from a very long time. The feeders are always very healthy and at a dozen for a buck. This is one shop where I dont ever have to quarantine the feeders before feeding. The family is great to deal with and knows how to keep customers coming back!!

Great store with an even better selection of food to feed all of your fur babies. Finding Fromm's is not the easiest and they have both the full line of cat and dog foods. I've never felt overcharged for anything here and in fact, they will give you loyalty rewards to help save you a buck or two. They do have a few pets for sale but nothing like cats or dogs. Think betas, fish, hamsters etc. Parking is open and the location is right off Ford and Telegraph.

Been coming here atleast two times a month. Today I got my dogs food then I back tracked to the toys section and the worker cut me off through the doors asking if I needed help which felt awfully as if she was blocking me from the entrance as if I'm gonna steal stuff. Wasn't fond of that personally. Might of read it wrong but it felt an awful lot like she was assuming I was gonna take off out the door with a 50ln bag of dog food

Great selection of products and dog food for our pooches. The folks working there are knowledgeable about your animals and friendly.If they do not stock what you're looking for, and they know who carries it, you'll be sent that way. They offer a great deal on dog food; buy 9 or 10 bags and get the next bag free.

A bit more expensive than other stores for food and litter. But great for good priced bulk items. The manager is friendly sometimes and the opposite other times. There is a newer employee now that may raise my rating. He is very friendly ALWAYS! He is super knowledgeable about rodents and reptiles besides dogs and cats and always very helpful! I wish I knew his name to mention him but he is an excellent addition to the staff and I spend more money there now!

For a need to go quick in a hurry place, this is good but you are going to pay extra. I only go in for bird food but they haven't been having it in stock. Occasionally ill pick up a couple cute dog toys.The reason I originally stopped going in here was because they roped off their parking lot so the coffee customers couldn't park there. I find this petty especially in a small town.

They sell mostly just supplies, so no guilt passing kittens and puppies, although they do have fish and sometimes tadpoles and dwarf frogs etc and occasionally a bunny or guinea pig or bird. Lots of supplies to choose from, cheap as well as high end stuff, items for less common pets. People who work there are awesome, glad to support a small local business. In the summer they occasionally host rescue/adoption/low cost vet care events.

This is a nice family owned pet store. Great people work there. They have a wide selection of dog/cat/birds/ small animal/ outdoor bird/squirrel/etc. Pond food for Koi...collars/leads/bowls/beds/gates etc. Products: shampoos/brushes/skunk off... Toys galoreGood prices! Helpful people. Tropical fish too!

Always clean. They are knowledgeable about many types of animals. Very helpful family owned business. You can beat their prices, it's the only place I shop for cat and dog food. My Selene (dog) loves shopping for her snacks. She loves the raw hid and pig ears!

You won't find better prices on the dog food! They carry the better brands of dog food, will price match and have a good selection of dog treats. They also have the buy 12 bags get 1 free program from the distributor. I like that's they don't sell garbage dog food. Animals allowed inside.

Love mom and pop shops. This place has decent products... but staff seems bothered to help. I was interested in purchasing a rabbit. I asked to hold it outside the cage to see the temperament and I was told this wasn't allowed. I had to purchase it first. I am not going to adopt a pet that i cannot hold first... how will I check if it's healthy up close? How will I know if it's a biter? I thought that was very rude to be denied my request... especially because store was dead.

I do love getting all my wild bird seed and suet in bulk here. Helpful staff can load it in your car for you. Cat and dog food available, but not as large selection as competitors. Good to support the small businesses though

This is a great pet needs store. This little store stuck in the corner of Telegraph and Ford Rd. This little store is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the big box, and prices are comparable as well. Friendly service is the tops!

This is my how-to place for anything pet related. They have great prices on, well, everything!!! The staff are always kind and wonderful, always a great help. They are a locally owned and family owned business as well so shopping here helps support the little guy. But you'll almost never go wrong coming to shop here for all your pet needs. And they even have some pets available for adoption from time to time, though I'm not very sure how often this occurs. But cant reccomend it enough.
