We have been taking our Samoyed to Pristine Pets for the last few years. We have only good things to say about them. Virginia~ the owner treats our dog like he is one of hers. They always do a great job grooming him and this is very challenging breedto groom. Highly recommend

This place is awesome! The staff is professional and nice. They do an excellent job with my Shih Tzu. The price is the best around. The staff really care about the pets. I’m glad I found them. Booking an appointment is easy.

This is the first groomer I've found that bathes and cuts my doodle to perfection. Other places have given up easily on any matting and immediately buzzed him. Pristine Pets takes their time, does an amazing job, and is affordable. I will always recommend Pristine Pets to doodle owners.

I absolutely recommend this place! The owner is super sweet and friendly and she did an incredible job on my little yorkie’s hair. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other places, but luckily I’ve found pristine pets!!

Virginia is so helpful. She always fits my fussy cat in for a nail trim. She is so calm when my little girl has her fit during her "mani & pedi" - it is very reassuring that she is not shaken. Try Virginia for your pet's needs!

Was told you trimmed cats nails..I bring my cat in...they took her back to a small room with a dog in there at the same time..a big dog at that 🤔 naturally my cat wanted nothing to do with it...the groomer was we quit rude. my poor cat looking at me like what the😡

Bizarre, untrustworthy, unprofessional, rude, inept. I will never take an animal near this place.I scheduled an appointment for my older cat and they didn't tend to her for far too long and were clearly either incapable of, or refusing to even attempt to help, let alone finish the job.Pathetic.

We just brought our beautiful golden babies to Pristine Pets, they are anxious and hate being groomed! They came out beautiful, happy and well cared for! This groomer is experienced! As many times as they have been groomed they weren’t cared for to this extent, even their paw fur was trimmed beautifully and looked great!

She’s been quite accommodating but multiple times we’ve had to take back the dog to have something fixed…e.g. buzz cut the dog but left the tail completely uncut (I don’t want the dog to be looking like a clown!)

She did a good job with my dog hair cut. But she didn't blow those hair off my dog. When my dog got in my car her hair was all over me and my car seat. The shop do have a smell..not sure what is going on back there.

My original groomer mis-scheduled me for the last time, I was in a pinch as I was leaving town for 2 weeks. I call and she got my 2 little babies in that morning, she did a great job on my teacup yorkie and my bichon. I made another appointment for my other 2 pets. Glad I found this place. Thank you!

She was very nice. She tried really hard to cut my dog's hair. My dog came back and I noticed flea dirt on her stomach a few days later.

I took my Shitzu for the first time to Pristine Pets last week and when I picked him up he had a small knot on the top of his head. I called to complain and she had the nerve to say it was already there, which it wasn't. I asked her why wasn't it mentioned when I picked him up and she said she forgot...BS. The knot is hard now as the days have gone by, which signifies the sore is getting old. I touch the top of his head all the time and that wasn't there. It looks like they went too deep with the razor.

After taking my dog to a different place and walking out because it was disgusting, they were able to fit my dog in right away and gave her the best grooming she has ever had. She also got to roam around and play with the other dogs and loved every minute!

Groomer is really nice. Shared some information about proper cuts and now I ok now what to ask for when I take my pup to get groomed. Also my dog smells amazzzzing.

Not the best groomers in town, felt they were bit aggressive with my dog. The cut was good, but customer service and treatment towards my dog concerned me.
