Friendly staff, I really appreciate that when I’m completing the check out process that the cashier always offers to have someone help me with transporting heavy objects I’ve purchased to my car. Being 4’11 and under 100 pounds, this means a lot to me! Thanks for all the times I’ve been assisted with getting heavy cat litter or whatever else into my trunk, great considerate customer service which is hard to find these days!

It was a lovely experience as I brought my GoldenRetriever in for a self service wash. It was very clean and extremely easy to use. I especiallyenjoyed the set up for washing. The water and soap (several choices) are set up much like a self carwash so water can be used alone or with soap. The water was a comfortable temperature. Plenty of towels and brushes for scrubbing.An associate was able to clip his nails on the spot which made it very convenient. I will use Pet Supplies Plus all the time and chose to purchase the $25 wash card for 5 washes. It's already reasonable at $10 but $5 a wash can't be beat. I even got him a tasty treat on my way out. Very pleasant experience.

We are so glad we ran into this store while in the area! We don’t even try to go to any other locations anymore. This store has the nicest & most helpful employees and it’s the only location that has the one frozen product we need regularly always in stock! It’s very important for us to have it as it helps regulate our little’s blood sugar.

They used to sell the best cat furniture, now it's all designed to fail junque. Not the fault of the individual stores, but for me it doesn't leave a lot of reasons to go back.This store was somewhat cluttered, but not terrible. They did seem friendly.

They always have what I need in stock, along with many other options. The employees are very welcoming and helpful, and they always offer assistance in getting my purchases out and into my vehicle. It makes me feel appreciated as a customer.

The Pet Supplies in Farmington Hills I have been shopping at since it was built. The employees are very helpful and courteous. If I have a heavy 50 pound bag of dog food, they carry it out for me, even if I do not need them to. Very helpful employees.

Shopping for a collar and dental cleaning snacks with my friend. She found what she needed and was helped by friendly employees which helped her find what she needed.It's a bit crowded but they met her expectation. It was great seeing pets and there owners. Especially nice if they are already out for a walk!

I like supporting the local owner of this PSP. He's very helpful. The staff will help you carry heavy food and litter to your car. The prices are always good. And they carry brands I don't see in petco or the other big box stores.

I always like buying my dog food here. The people there are always friendly and I can always get a coupon to help pay for my dogs 33Ib dog food! I enjoy the repeated savings!

I am not big on writing public reviews but I was so impressed with the staff and ownership here that I cannot get out of writing this one. We took Sage our first ever pet (8 month old Border Collie - Lab mix) here 2 weeks to purchase a Petsafe no pull harness (and a few other things). The staff and owner were remarkably helpful in assisting us with getting a harness, collar, and tag. Sage chewed out her harness today so we went back expecting to fork up $$$ to replace it. Chloe (one of the staff) was not only remarkably helpful in picking out and fitting the replacement but also replaced the original at no cost under their replacement program. Great local business! Thank you Chloe, and the rest of Pet Supplies Plus. Hope you are reading this!

Didn't let my 4 year old use bathroom on weds night 745pm 6/23. Boy and girl to busy flirting in back of store. I spend a lot of money here every month. I'll never come back. All 3 local petstores have restrooms. Get with it pet supplies plus.

There's some cool cats but just like all corporate pet stores these animals did not get care that they need and deserve, so many dead fish in containers. It's just sad. Staff is nice.

Wish these types of places would inform their employees on what they're actually selling! This girl tried selling me a Pictus Catfish as a Common Pleco... then had the nerve say "there's no difference between the 2" after I dropped some knowledge on her.

Beware of buying fish from this location. They use color enhancing bulbs making reds look more red, pinks look more pink and so on.FALSE ADVERTISING!I drove 30 min out of my way after work because I was in this store earlier in the day looking at a red devil cichlid. When I came back to purchase it I noticed a white oscar with a pink tone and asked the sales rep to turn off the lights. When she did the red devil turned yellow. Total waste of my time...

Ordered online for curbside pick up and never received a come get your order email. Drove to the store and called, order was ready but was never sent a email....the young male was NOT wearing a mask or gloves and touched several spots on car before I told him to please place it in the trunk. I'm upset he didn't have a mask on because he had my catfood bag on his shoulder against his face. My boyfriend has asthma and I really don't want him to get covid. Dissappointed....

They have an extremely helpful and friendly staff. A very large selection of items for cats and dogs. Probably the same for other animals. We try to take advantage of the sale items when we can.
