I was really excited to try this place out, and my in store experience was great. Everyone was pleasant, informative, and helpful. The store was clean and well kept. They had a good variety of products too, definitely something for a wide range of budgets. I was sadly disappointed that some of the prepackaged flower was subpar at best with a lot of stems and leaves, so it was a disappointment being unable to have a guarantee of the quality. This was the entire contents of a 3.5 pack.

This is my third time here and all three times have been an amazing experience. I had Chris the first time, Amber, the second time and Shannon the third time. Everybody was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The inside of the store looks amazing. So professional yet welcoming! One of my new favorite places to go?

Best prices in Escanaba. Probably the best prices I've found anywhere. Customer service is always phenomenal. The staff is very helpful. The quality in flower isn't always there. I've had excellent flower, but I've also purchased stuff that's incredibly dry, and even some stuff with seeds. But overall, I've had a great experience with Nirvana

Wow! What a great experience. The service is outstanding and really personalized. I was looking for a low THC high CBD and was not disappointed. Blows Illinois out of the water. I will be back :) Thanks to Mara for being awesome!!

Great place!!We moved from Florida and their system is terrible, no one knows anything about what they're selling. Great deals great selection great prices Robert was great even knew how to properly pronounce my last name. Was just back today 2/9/24 and Mathew was great helpful and super fast. And while he was back there getting my things Mario they call him was super polite and came and talked to me while I was waiting. Super friendly environment. Everytime I've have been here, Travis has assisted me. The sigh of relief I get when he's the one that helps me is extremely comforting. I have a particular feel of the things I want/need and am also anti-social. His honesty on products and the effects of said products are phenomenal and extremely informative......... From just being in the building and not feeling weirded out, other co-workers seem to be decent people.

2 nd visit free gummies with my purchase my first perchase love the breeze watermelon. It a month maybe two old and and still tastes like watermelon. Second visit They were so kind and so informative the guy new what he talking about and helped me under stand what I was getting how much and was great and easy to talk to. This time I got the muah meds green apple runtz disposable and it’s just as good as the free gummies sour green apple. Grandma love them lol

Craig was a huge help for my husband. My husband is rather green (pun intended) when it comes to what he wants. He got his usual gummy choices. But, Craig was able to get him to try new candy such as chocolate bars. I myself, get the same thing everytime as I am a daily smoker. I'm picky. He respected that and I appreciate that a ton. He was able to read what we wanted/needed. This is why we drive over 200 miles to visit this location. Thank you very much Craig.
