Hard time finding the items I was looking for and staff wasn’t very helpful, asked three employees before a fourth one finally helped me. Eventually found most of the items I wanted after circling the store several times and eventually gave up on finding the last few items.The best part about the store is they probably have everything for your craft needs/wants all in one place.

I absolutely love this place! I never give myself enough time to check everything out that I want to. Only thing that would make it better was if they had a cafe/snack & drink area attached 😂... But then I'd also probably never leave.

I've been looking for the canvas Santa picture for a couple of years. Found it here in Escanaba. Fantastic. Only problem is, I live in Philadelphia. The manager went way out of his way to wrap this picture so I could get it back to my hotel. Turned me on to the UPS store close by, for shipping back to Pennsylvania. This store is a store, but it's the people that make it special. Thank you much Mr manager for setting a great example of what customer service should be.

It's a box store, what more do you need? There's not much to fill you in on. The employees there are helpful and pleasant, and the store is always clean when my wife and I go there, unlike other box stores we've been in.

I buy everything I need here when it comes to art supplies. Great deals, and I absolutely love this store. It's honestly my all time favorite, and I hope it's here to stay forever because I heard rumors that it is closing down. It would be heartbreaking for it to close down because I can buy crafts and other things here that other places do not have. And none of the stores can match hobby lobby to me. 10/10 would recommend and will always go to this store until it closes.

Absolutely a delight everytime I enter these establishments, I mean that without a bit of sarcasm. I could, I have, and I will again buy most of my home decor from this place. It is one of the last brick and mortar stores that I still enter on a regular basis. They have different sets of sales that primarily the same but rotate every few weeks. So if you see something there ya just gotta have, try to wait till it goes on sale. It's worth the 50% to have a little patience. Just check there website for the right sales and your in business saving half on an entire trip which I could easily drop a grand in here. Ever store is closed on Sunday no matter where the store is located so watch for that .

Great furniture clearance sale happening when I visited. A great variety of pop culture items and classic Americana nostalgia products. I always wonder who makes all of these items... Consumerism is weird but I enjoy spending my money at places like this.

This review is specifically for the framing department. They are fantastic. Creative, knowledgeable and efficient. Prices are very reasonable and turn around time is fast. Courtney is the dept. Supervisor and runs a tight ship. She knows her stuff and I have no doubt she could run the entire store with her eyes closed. Brian is very knowledgeable and also knows all there is to know about framing. They both have a good eye. Rate this department 100%.

I love HL so much and was so excited it was coming to our area last spring! I will admit that I typically only buy what's on sale unless I have a specific need for something. Besides, if what I want isn't on sale this week, it will be sometime in the next few weeks. Love seeing all the new trends!

I brought in a photo to be framed on Thursday Dec. 10th @9am. The lady in frame department was amazing. She knew her business. So helpful, efficient and kind. I'm forgetting name, maybe Kimberly? My new framed and matted photo looks so professional and absolutely beautiful.
