Have a large variety of gently used clothing at super low prices. You can find different pants, shirts, suits and jackets. Also they have lots of active wear, different accessories and household items too. Many times I have found some items that were not even worn. Have found shirts with the tags still on them. Also the clerk that served me upon checkout was very nice. This is one outfit I got here for like $9. Can find a lot of very nice things here. The inventory changes quite frequently so if you don't find something one day you just go back on a different day and there will be new items on hand. Is far cheaper than going to buy items new and many things here are in excellent condition.

Well Melanie & I stopped by today (3-6-20) as always when in Escanaba . We found some goodies I took a few pictures. If you're in Escanaba stop by and see if you can find any goodies you're want. Here's some pictures of the store and of what we got we did get the bread box and what was in the basket.. šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤Ÿ

$1,000 on a pair of snowshoes that you compared to a similar ebay listing is absolutely ridiculous. Lots of fake handbags behind the counter too with high prices. Anything Columbia, American Eagle, or really anything of value is going to be $10 or $15. Prices just keep getting higher and higher. Once in a while you can find a real gem for "cheap" aka regular price because the employees who price really have no idea what they're doing. Giving 2 stars because some of the employees are nice. A fresh of breath air since they got rid of the old crabby lady.

I don’t like that when prices are reflecting on EBay. Clothing prices are not bad but a pair of boots that somebody donated shouldn’t be as much as 100$. Local people. Local prices! I know everyone needs to make a profit. If I didn’t have a job, food or a place to stay and I came into the store. You would say go elsewhere! All thrift stores are over priced items. When you’re store has a colored tag for the next week. Most are pulled off the shelf because so you get people that go buy things that are looking for those items . Mostly are gone! Tricks. This world would be a better place if corporate wouldn’t line there pockets so much and think of the people that are in need.

I am struggling to understand the "Goodwill" where do the profits they make by charging higher prices for the same product bought brand new???? These items were donated for Free, a set of used dishes is $40 at goodwill.. $25 for brand-new at the store šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Wide, well organized aisles easy to navigate in a wheelchair. They supply a manual wheelchair for people who need it. Kind, friendly staff and a wide, diverse selection. Definitely one of the better Goodwills on the UP.

If you spend enough money in one transaction, you may get a coupon for 50% off your next entire order, that's a pretty good deal. If you want something in particular you will have to check back often as you never know what will be there. Some of their prices, in the last couple years, have been too high. They added a "boutique" section where they increase the prices on some stuff because they put it in that category. Over all, this GoodWill is decent.

Yesterday evening a friend and I were shopping at Good Will, something we regularly do. I'd say were very good customers but were treated very, very poorly. My friend was in the dressing room trying on clothes, I was nearby look through dresses. I watched one of the workers come over to the dressing room and proceed to "pretend" to tie her shoe, stood up and walk a couple feet, said Hello to me, and bent down to look under the dressing room door. Now, as I mentioned above, I am a very well behaved and regular customer and we are not thieves. This lady, purposely bent over to see if my friend was stealing. I am very astounded and baffled at how this lady disrespected my friends privacy, changing. There was no proof of shoplifting. After my friend was done, the lady did not once confront us about the matter as we had done nothing wrong; All of the cashiers continued to follow us as we were walking out of the store. Nothing was said, no report made, just complete ignorance and disrespect. I will be making a formal complaint because I truly feel one should have the privacy to try on clothing without a worker gawking under the door at you. Plus we will NOT be going back.

As an employee of Goodwill, I have had a great experience with the staff and assisting customers whenever I can, but I've heard some people say stuff like "it probably doesn't work" especially with the electronics section. What a lot of people may not be aware of is that we have standards when it comes to testing and selling our donations, they are cleaned up to the best of our ability and I personally put electronics through my own thorough "product quality assurance" testing. Sure, occasionally a bad product may make it out to the shelves, but keep your receipt for a full refund with a return, within 3 days of purchase.

Goodwill had alot of good items, but I'm not super thrilled with their prices for clothes and books especially. I was also surprised that the dressing rooms are still closed. Wish they would have some "fun" sales, for example " any clothing with red or white is 50 percent off. Or 75 percent off of frames, pictures, and jeans.......they need to get some merchandise out and selling.

Used to have good prices in 2012. Like who do they think is gonna come in the store and give them 80 dollars for used rubber waders. Not everyone wants to pay ebay prices either for video games. People go to goodwill for a deal. They need a new manager, she's the problem

I have visited Goodwill on several occasions looking for specific items and I have found what I have looking for every time. The prices are very affordable even for those of us who are on fixed incomes. The store is very tidy and clean. The employees are all friendly. A good place to shop.

Couldn’t get a bag for my stuff because she said once they’re all gone we won’t have anymore. Like it’s my fault they don’t have plastic bags. When you go to a store obviously I’m gonna want a bag for my 5 plus items.

The prices are about the same as buying something new. We actually saw several used dollar tree items for $1.50Sad, this used to be a great place for people that couldn't afford to buy new

The Escanaba Goodwill is okay, but more often than not, I find their prices are way too high on certain items. Not sure how they determine an item's value, but sometimes they're asking full blown retail & then some! I thought their mission is helping the community.. With those kind of prices, Who are they really helping??šŸ¤”

Prices have gotten so high that a plain tee now costs more at goodwill than at kmart. Clothing sizes are all mixed up. They earn 100 percent profit. They should make clothing affordable for stuggling parents.

Good selection but prices can be a bit high for used goods. Colored, discounted items can make the trip worth your time. Lines can also take a while with limited staff.

The older women at this location are very ride and unpleasant. The male manager is the only one that is friendly and helpful. This is the worst Goodwill I have ever been to. I don't recommend this location at all.

Always a good visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Marked as 4 stars only because they just rearranged the clothing and the children's clothes are no longer separated by size.
