They have done wonders with my dog and my in laws 2 dogs. We have 2 Portuguese water dogs that are 60-80 lbs each. One is a “family” dog and she LOVES the grooming shop. We have 26 lbs labradoodle who enjoys going as well. The layout of their shop is nice, the dogs crates and cages are in the same room with the workers, not alone. I would recommend this store for your dog’sNeeds.

This was the first time I brought my dog to get groomed ever. They did a really great job on my dogs fur. There was a little miss communication that was eventually worked out. It was a misunderstanding on my behalf but they cleared it up for me. I will definitely be going back. I have no complaints. Also the prices are on point. I wasn’t trying to be upsold which was nice.

I have been coming to this grooming shop for the last 7 years. We have a small Lhasa Opso that they have always done well with. Thats not the issue. My family ended up getting a mini golden-doodle puppy a year ago, and that's when the trouble started. We took Amandas advise on everything... Brushing her constantly, purchasing a $70 brush, grooming every 6 weeks etc. But every time we took her in, there was a different issue. I could clearly tell the owner and groomer do not like grooming goldendoodles. I could tell we were becoming an inconvenience. In my 7 years of being a loyal customer, we missed one appointment due to a family emergency and got slapped with a no-show fee. No consideration of how loyal we have been. Here's where the trouble starts. Took her in for a grooming and when I picked her up she was completely shaved down. Not a phone call or anything to tell us of any issues. Just when I arrived her hair was completely gone. Amanda really didn't seem to care and blamed it on us. I have a new place to go, where they charge me reasonably and actually seem to care about my dogs. I attached a picture of my dogs. The first one being how we keep her fur, the second one her completely shaved down. I will never return to this place.

Lucky always enjoys his visits to the groomer. He gets the Ozone Hydro Therapy and we can tell he feels better afterwards, and I think he smells better for longer too!

Have been taking my dogs here for years now. My late cavapoo. SPARTY and my EnglishCream Golden Retriever, Stella. They're amazing. They genuinely care about your animals and your personal needs and preferences. There is no judgment at all like alot of pet groomers. Love the girls there and the work is AMAZING. I had Stella's tail tie dyed and it turned out awesome!!!! I recommend this place to everyone! 10/10

Amazing groomers with skill! Have handled all my dogs with care and expertise. These are professional groomers, the real deal. Other places might be cheaper but I'm willing to pay a bit more, and drive a bit more, for quality work. For the quality, actually, of their work, I feel the prices are reasonable. They always did a great job on my toy poodle, and so far have been excellent with my 'difficult' Great Pyrenees.

I have taken my dog to the grooming shop a couple times, with each visit I am greeted with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. The process of grooming takes a couple hours. When returning my furry friend is very clean and happy. The workers at the grooming shop take good care of my dog and seem very knowledgeable about the job they do.The pricing is fair and my buddy gets a cute bandanna to wear when he leaves. Overall I will continue to take my pet to the grooming shop.

Our 12 year chocolate lab is having circulation and joint pain so every two weeks we treat her to a hydro-bath! We have noticed a pep in her step. She does seem to feel better after each visit! I would recommend this for any age dog that is having any pain issues!! The staff is very friendly which makes a difference also!!

Sooo this place is awesome!!! I was in dire need of groomer as my Golden was a hot mess after a day long excursion in the swamp. They were already slammed that day and the owner squeezed my in as an “emergency”. I’ve never been then before but they did an amazing job. They have a customer for life now. They really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers!!!!! Plus my dog smelled and looked amazing.

The Grooming Shop has taken very good care of my Maggie. They are always willing to spend time helping me with her care and giving suggestions for those times between grooming days that she has fur issues. Of course they also invite me to call or bring her in if I have an issue that I can't resolve. I will have them as my groomers as long as I have a pet.

This place is great! A friendly local shop to take your fury friends to for a bath, brushing, grooming, nail cap, doggie jewelry, Ozone Hydro Therapy, or even just a nail trim. The groomers and other employees are very helpful. Something to note is that it's all by appointment only, so you have to call and set up a time to bring in your dog, but for a nail trim you just call and they will let you know how long before a grooming table will be open so you can bring your dog in right away and it will be done in just a few minutes. Another thing to note, they are only open until the last dog if the day has gone home, so they may not be open as late as stated here. Finally, they are only open two Saturdays a month, so you will have to call to find out which Saturdays they will be open.

The Groom Shop staff is excellent. My Japanese Chin has been going for grooming the past nine years! I would not take her anywhere else. They treat the animals with love and kindness.
