Jackie does an amazing job with my German shepherd that’s really selective with people she likes and really is patient and takes her time with her and has never even been groomed by someone other than me professionally. My husky is also a nice but non the most cooperative (i know from experience) and she make him look the cutest and shed less!

Lody (sorry if I misspelled it) is amazing, she's knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help! If u need something or have a question I suggest you ask her, she's usually a cashier in the front. I've had questions regarding an aquarium I purchased there and a different employee didn't have a clue nor did she want to be bothered and told me just to return the item. I'll just go back when I know Lody is there cuz she'll let me know what to do and if she's doesn't know she'll definitely find out! Honestly if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't be a returning customer!

Comparatively, they are pricey! But I had seen an item on their web site that was on sale. When I went to the store it was marked with regular price, which was double most all other pet stores, including Walmarts. I talked to the manager and he gave it to me for the web price. A savings of almost 66%!

Closes too early often for a I forgot this it that stop but I do prefer to come here over the competition. I will say they have yet to restock fresh pet (turkey flavored) and it's been over 2 months that I've been trying to get the product. My rating is changing from 4 stars to 1 because I can no longer get what I am looking for and it's been months and I've spoken with management and they just tell me there's nothing they can do to correct the order.

From our grooming buddies to the store manager it is by far the best location everrrrrrr. Juan is the most amazing kind hearted loving, groomer ever. He always goes above and beyond! Our pup is a true blue American bully and most people are afraid of him but the two are absolute best friends. Juan even carries him like a baby even though he’s a year and a half and over 70 pounds. He gives Juan hugs and kisses. He truly puts his heart and soul into his profession, and it is very much appreciated, loved and acknowledged. Thank you Juan ❤️

The ppl are nice, but if I could get my puppy shots again, I would have went to a different vet/animal practice. If you don’t know and trust them, it could end up costing around $500 for a membership and shots you are told/sold are needed, but might not really be necessary..(every animal is different). Looking at the receipt, I now have a list of things including 3 rounds of heart dewormer scheduled for a toy breed puppy that does not have worms, is less than 5lbs, barley goes outside, doesn’t interact with other animals, and lives in my lap…? I asked for and wanted whatever would be best for her, not the most that could be sold… Im kind of worried now, like if she doesn’t really need it, I don’t want her pumped full of it just because I didn’t know better and paid for it… I could be wrong, I’m not a doctor. I was hoping after paying this much I’d at least get peace of mind… maybe do your research, call around and find out first.

I went to purchase 2 aqueon fish tanks, and it was a white male with glasses very extremely rude!!! You can tell he didn't like his job that day I didn't recognize he was with another customer, he hollard and told me to wait rudely by saying you going to have to wait can't you see I'm with a customer, it was the way he said it and his body language, he needs to be suspended with that attitude I wanted to jump over that register cause I know he wouldn't been that rude outside of that job. He has a problem very rude. Management needs to talk to this employee, I didn't get his name but he works afternoons.

Because the cashier was holding a long conversation with a customer right in front of me about her pet instead of trying to get other customers out of the store had no regards to any other customer

Came here for help because our hamster had fleas (side note...don't buy pets from Greenwood). I had two staff members spend a decent amount of time researching and trying to help me come up with a solution. The girl at checkout even wrote down the name and number of the vet she uses for me to call and gave me a lot of great advice. I appreciated them both taking so much time to help me, I wish I had gotten their names.

I don’t know what happened to this place but I hate it! We can never get any service on the floor! There is never enough employees in here at all! You have to wait in line every single time you do anything for anything here because there are no employees management is terrible and the people that are in here are mean and rude I do not suggest this place at all if at all cost go somewhere else. No service we had to actually try to get the fish ourselves and they made us wait longer excuse was they were short staffed so I asked the manager why you didn’t hire more people there was no answer

Their manager Tony is a total idiot, as well as the rest of the staff. The website offers an incentive for buy online pick up in store, so I used it. The loser lazy employees just cancel the orders, instead of walking their lazy legs to the shelf, and move around some product to see if what was ordered; is actually there. A 30Lb bag of dog food isn't that hard to miss. To top it off, you cancel my order, which ate up my $46.00 coupon. You were too stupid to do a price adjustment to the bag of food for your error, probably because you don't know how. My husband walked to where the food was and found 2 bags. You weren't out of stock, you were garbage lazy.My husband had to drive back and forth twice and I had to call corporate to make an attempt to get the coupon I earned, back on my account. Do better. You hire trash. You are trash, you lost my business of 14 years over this.

The female managers there are absolutely amazing and come to help me every time i visit. The tall male manager is never any help and always trying to sell me some subscription instead of helping me find what i need.

Third time I’ve online ordered for pickup at this store and they don’t have the items that the app shows them having. Jokes on me because I shouldn’t order from here but it’s the closest one on the east side. I get overcharged then because they don’t have what I need to get the online order pick up discount. This is the ONLY petco I have had this experience with and multiple times.

Just found out they are charging 10 cents extra for use of shopping bag for items you buy. How is it I spend over $100 and must pay a dime for a bag to hold my can dog food. Are things really so bad Petco!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The animals seem well taken care of(not a vet but I have owned many of the animals they have here) very neat and easy to find what we came for.

Grooming department: Aug 21, 2023 The male groomer here did a good job with my dog's cut overall but was not cut like I told them to. They did not follow directions and the black girl who works there have an unpleasant demeanor and I don't want her touching my dog again. I only came here because it was a last minute visit. I won't be back.
