Bought a Cub Cadet lawn mower had issues with it and realized it wasn't the one I ordered talked to the assistant manager and she made arrangements to have the correct model delivered to me and the other mower picked up! Awesome store and awesome staff! Have been a TSC customer for years and this is why!! Thank You!!

You can always find what you need.we never had one down in Tampa Florida and I'm shocked at all the different things that you can find here... The staff is always ready to greet you and is friendly. We have found that getting our dog food here is the most competitive price that we've found. Taste of the wild brand.

I went to get a extension cord, which per the app, they had 6. I asked the associate where I could find it? She said they didn’t have any. I showed her the page, she said we don’t have it. I asked if I could then order to be picked up? She said, we don’t have it and we would just cancel your order. She walked away rolling her eyes. I’ve never been treated like this here and will not be back.

Nice clean store with a very friendly staff. They all made eye contact and asked if I needed help. ( I didn't think I looked that confused! ) One young lady asked me loud enough, as she hurried by, the whole store must have heard. She never slowed down! Must have had very important duties in the front of the store. I should have told her that I did need help but I didn't want to interrupt her duties elsewhere. Maybe I did look..... confused!!! Oh well I digress. The store is well stocked and layed out with high quality products.I kept seeing other things I needed. The young lady at the register was very efficient and friendly without holding up the couple that walked up behind me. Tractor Supply always has just what I need, and that is why I keep coming back! Thanks

Wonderful store, they have a green house as most don't. Have used their pet bathing room. Great bargain at $10 as they supply everything but the pet.

Bought this and made the mistake of letting TSC assemble it. My hubby ended up having to take it apart and reassemble it the correct way. Loved it so much we ended up buying 6 more and did not have them assembled.. Had an assembly party in a heated barn. So worth the price!!!

Maybe my experience was bad because it was the weekend, but every employee working that day was beyond rude and unfriendly! 3 younger guys supposed to be working were huddled together by the counter in the back of the store(next to the baby chicks), they were having a grand time talking about girls, Then my special needs daughter walked by with her brother, they were not aware she was with me so they began to LAUGH and point at her!! I Love the brand, TS, but this store really sucks!!

All there summer clothes on clearance, I got $40 shorts for $15. $24 shirts for $7.50. I was the clearance lady at a retail store. I watch for these marvellous sales. At my age the things I buy need to be special. Tractor supply has those unique clothing. Boots and clothing all in one store. Love this place

This is a great store if your looking for.anything.for your dogs or if you need.replacement parts for a tool you might use on a smaller home/farm...log splitters...mini bikes....lawn mowers..chainsaws and great hard to beat clothes.and boots. I really love this store...

The only reason I'm giving this store a 3 is because literally every time I go there I have to still go elsewhere as they are missing at least one the I need, and I go here often. Other than that the store is great, it's kept clean and the workers are great, especially Dave.

Excellent service. I went into the store, asked if they a certain product and they did. I checked out, the guys loaded it into my car and was on my way home within less than ten minutes!

Cashiers have not been trained to serve their customers. Cashier made an error and told customer she couldn't fix it and customer needed to call a phone number she gave the customer rather than call a manager to help her. The customer was told the following when he made the phone call and the store manager agreed it could only have been resolved at the store. On this visit the cashier was told the item was tax exempt and charged tax anyway and then told the customer "it was too late". So he told the cashier he did not want it. So then she redid the order minus the sales tax.

I am always surprised by the variety of stuff I can find at TSC. They have high quality gear that I use such as boots, and work coats. Always pleased to shop at TSC

Many times they don't have what I need.For that last 30 or so days, they can't accept oil for recycling.Says their drum is full and nobody has pumped it out. I'm" an unhappy customer

this is my go-to tractor supply out of the two in the area. They are always pretty friendly there, and I can usually find what I need. However, I often find that the horse supplements are out of stock when they say they are IN stock at that store online. Makes it frustrating trying to make sure the farm is stocked.
