The location is very convenient for Dexter. They have a good assortment of items and everyone who works there is super helpful. I do wish they had more vegetarian and vegan options in their deli/dessert items. Pricey but sales are helpful!

Great local grocery store. They have a great selection of produce and meats. The Starbucks and sushi are also a great addition. My only complaints would be the liquor selection is not as robust as the South Lyon location, I have a hard time finding some spirits there. Great grocery store though overnight!

Really good selection. Lots of unique things to choose from. Tons of specialty sodas. All of the in house desserts are fantastic. Nice deli area. A little pricy. Employees are very friendly and helpful. There is also a Starbucks located in the front of the store.

Buschs is expensive already but they're really running rampant with this inflation. A pound of chicken salad used to be $9 now it's $14. A pre-packaged chopped onion is $7. Absolutely ridiculous. I also bought some fried chicken from the deli to bring home to the family. It was dry and cold and today we all have food poisoning from it. Will not be returning to this store ever.

The store is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. However, the selection of organic produce is very limited (no organic potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, etc.). The prices are also extremely high here-- about 30% higher than Whole Foods for identical brand-name items. Additionally, the price charged upon scanning an item is frequently $1 or $2 higher than what is stated on the shelf tags. I noticed this multiple times on berries and honey. The cashier said it happens all the time, but the mis-marked price tags have not been fixed. If you do not pay attention to each item as it is scanned, you can easily be charged an extra $5 to $10 per trip. Unfortunately I now make a drive out of town to buy groceries, even though I'd otherwise prefer to support a local business in town.

Prices at Busch's are always a bit high on some things but great on others. So much good food though. Also picked up this gem for 50% off. Get them while they last back in the clearance section. Who doesn't need a Pink Floyd sippy cup for around 4 dollars.Love their deli and scones. Lots of great looking produce as always

Poor customer service. Visiting the service desk at this location feels like an inconvenience to the staff. Its almost as if they are bothered by the presence of customers.Be cautious of using my way at self checkout. I entered mine number before realizing someone didn't pay. Staff cleared the order then called me to demand payment... Please stop calling, the effort would be better spent monitoring the self checkout.

Easy to get in and out, mostly, but you can definitely feel that they're trying to trap you with the psychology of aisle placements & routing. Makes me feel like cattle, but it's the nature of the beast, I guess.

I enjoy shopping at this Busch’s. The store is clean and it’s easy to maneuver around. Checkout is usually quite fast. The quality of the produce and meats is above average. Prices are a bit higher than the nearby Meijers but the shopping experience at this Busch’s is so much better that I don’t mind spending a little bit more.

Newly renovated It's very open and welcoming, very nicely organized much better layout with a better deli upgraded produce section much larger cheese selection. Upgraded fish and meat counter. The wine&beer selection is excellent.

Nice sized grocery store, easy to navigate, wide variety of food and supplies. Produce is great. Bonus: a lady from a bakery in Milan was giving vegan cake samples the day I went. Delicious 😋 Free parking, large lot, great location in the midst of suburban neighborhoods. On Dexter-Ann Arbor Rd. near Dan Hoey Rd. Close to the City of Dexter.

Prepared food is generally great, deli staff are very busy so don't have much time for pleasantries. Lots of missing stock items, but the choice is better than most other grocery stores. Clean and well arranged store.

Nice store, and convenient to home. Good selection and usually not to long a checkout line. The only downside being the prices. If you stick to the sale items they're not too bad, but wander from your list... and it will cost you a bit more than expected.The deli sucks. It has a nice selection, but enjoy the view because that's about all you get. Stand and wait for a counter person to help you, and you'll grow old waiting. The worst deli as far as customer service that I have ever encountered!

Love Buschs, the people that work there are always so friendly and helpful.They are the best for keeping fresh local produce and meat. Some items can be a bit pricey compared to the big box stores but if you shop the sales like I do you don't spend much more.Well worth it to me. 😊

The self checkout registers are far too loud. It literally hurts my ears. The staff are easily the least friendly of any grocery store around. I drive to Pinckney Busch’s instead - way friendlier the and more welcoming atmosphere.

I like going here, when I'm out thst way, there's a community neighborhood feeling, nice produce and decent variety; I also appreciate the seasonal touches for outdoor decorations and garden items.

Really love this place but lately their shelves aren't stocked well or bare in some areas......missing odd things. We've been very loyal to this local business but I wish they'd get their process together better. In particular, if you can get 1 of the 5 deli people standing their to wait on you, they are friendly. It always amazes me how you can have 5 people behind the deli and a line of customers and no one feels a need to help them. This is why we stopped shopping at Meijer...that and the forced self check out. Busch's seems to be trending that way lately.

It was good until I went to the service desk on my way out to buy some lotto tickets. I waited over 25 minutes & STILL no one showed up. Also the prices are way higher on many items, than compared elsewhere. Since you now are the only grocery in town, they should be more reasonable. Many longtime residents dont have the high income of the newcomers who want to live here as they think A2 is to expensive . They are now pricing this town out of reach for older/long time residents. This is NOT Fair.😥😕

The prices here are absolutely ridiculously high. I can't believe that they can get away with charging so much. They are definitely taking advantage that this is the only store in Dexter. I truly hope another option will be available down the road for this town. The store is clean and staff seem friendly but will avoid this place as much as possible due to the prices.

Nicely laid out and clean, I just wish there was a more affordable option for everyone. I have watched prices here go up dramatically over the last few years. I don't always like going to meijer for my needs. They seem to know there's no competition without a drive. Therefore this place will always be for simple one or two item trips for me. Sorry Busch's get it together and you may get my business.

I am SO ANNOYED with the new no conveyer belt check out. I like to bag my own product and this new system makes that difficult, if not impossible. It takes more time to check out AND I miss the young people with special abilities who are so helpful. NOT A GOOD CHANGE BUSCHS. I have happily shopped at Busch’s for many, many years and this is truly an irritating deterrent. I tell the staff every time I’m there - not their fault but I believe in the squeaky wheel theory.
