AVOID this location at all costs ! I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot at 2:15 to be seen on my lunch break . It is now 2:48 and I’m still waiting for the shot . I politely went back up to the window and still my shot isn’t ready . Now I have to ask my coworker to stay late to accommodate my now lengthy appointment. The tech that eventually gave me the shot was extremely inconsiderate Julia was her name .

Currently on hold, and nobody has picked up. They just keep placing me on hold without supporting and I have a time sensitive issue. With that being said I see that a Provider has even left this place a 1 star. I am switching pharmacies immediately. I understand wait times, but to be so inconsiderate as to not even explain the wait process? It says a lot about their poor customer

The pharmacist the brought over from rite aid is more interested in coming out from behind the counter to speak to her former coworkers to complain about Walgreens than say, idk, filling prescriptions.

There is NO ATM at this location. Patience goes along way. Also any items on sale requires a Walgreens card or phone number‼️You can sign up for one at the register if you don't have one.If you are loading Cash App, please have the Barcode from your phone. All card loads (Cash App, Chime, Pay Pal, Net Spend, Varo, American Prepaid, ect.), if any of these transactions are $300 or more YOU MUST HAVE A VALID IDENTIFICATION. NO EXCEPTIONS ‼️

I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid this location at all costs. The wait times and lack of professionalism are not worth it. I could’ve learned a new hobby and have mastered it in the time I wasted with this place.

Typical Walgreens. Passport photos, prescription filling, first aid needs, basic groceries, random gifts and assorted electronic needs all on site. Squishmallows always available.Accessible parking and push to automate doors for those in wheelchairs.

I made an appointment for a vaccination 48 hours in advance, confirmed the appointment, showed up early, was forced to wait in line for 15 min only to be told they didn't have my vaccine in stock. Thanks for wasting my time.

The rating for this Walgreens located on Jefferson and Mount Elliott speaks for itself. I gave this location for the pharmacy one star and they do not even deserve that. When you call you wait almost an hour if not longer. When they pick up the phone they don't even ask you can you hold they just place you on hold. They don't follow back up with with the doctor's office when they say they do. One could die waiting on this pharmacy to fill their meds. If you are a current customer their find yourself another location. If you are considering this location you shouldn't. It is unprofessional and has poor management.

I waited on hold for 1 hour 40 min . Pharmacist picked up phone and immediately hung it up at 6:53 pm .Perscriptions were supposed to be delivered but have not received them .Worst service . I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to CVS or Rite Aid .

The front store staff is always kind and efficient- a few young women. I also like the security guard up front, though the first time I met him a year ago was jarring that a Walgreens would have one.

I am a physician. When trying to prescribe medications they have denied electronic prescriptions and left me on hold three separate times until the hold timed out and they hung up on me. My patient needs their medication and this pharmacy is actively preventing them from receiving their necessary medical care

This Walgreens deserves a - 5 stars. I waited for 10 minutes to send a package out fedex. When someone finally came and help I was told that had nothing to put the letter in and that I would have to buy an envelope. Never will I go to this walgreen again.

Terribly run pharmacy. It may be that they are short staffed but I called for a prescription refill 4 times this week and was put on hold for more than 30mins each time without ever getting through. Walgreen's website is down so I went to the pharmacy in person and was told that they do not have my prescription. I've confirmed with my doctor that the prescription was sent to their pharmacy. I am now a full week without my medication. If you can, get your prescriptions somewhere else!

If you love getting service at well below the bare minimum, than this is the Walgreens for you. I understand companies have lots of customers and wait times can be long when trying to get in touch on the phone, but is hanging up on people 3 times after waiting a total of 45 minutes really necessary? Like just tell me no one is going to be able to speak with me rather than me having to keep calling back after being consistently hung up on. Garbage service

So far they are the only pharmacy store thar make it super simple to identify which OTC products are available to purchase with the new updated Flexibility spending Healthcare card by labeling items with bright yellow stickers coded OTC. Thank you @wallgreens #wallgreensThey take Humana Flexible Spending Visa cardTake heed @walmart @kroger @CVS @dollargeneral these are the stores that made it very difficult to know what OTC is approved or not and did not take my Humana card

The worst customer service! The pharmacy needs training on how to treat customers, answering the phone and filling prescriptions in a timely manner (prescription was called in around 3:30 Saturday told to come back this morning, called and was on hold for an hour and 3 minutes only to be told it wasn’t filled and it would take an hour which would be when they shut down to go to lunch).

Going thru the drive thru is a reason to keep anxiety medication in your system. People in drive thru can see them walking right past the window not even acknowledging the waiting customer. What happened to all the pharmacy staff ? It's a hot mess express now

I had such a terrible experience in this store last week with a manager named TOM, who was rude and unhelpful towards the cashier servicing me and to me. Its ashame you show respect and treat workers kind and don't receive the same energy in return. Filed a complaint with customer service and of course no contact back, response or anything to get this issue resolved or addressed. Then the way that they have security in your face and space the entire time you are in the store, is very annoying and displeasing . Close the entire location down honestly! I don't even live in the area but stop by occasionally when I am but after the last few experiences I will be avoiding it at all costs. Shame on walgreens

I got an email from Walgreens saying there was an error with filling my prescription and that I needed to call the pharmacy. I was on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up on. They would pick up the phone just to put me on hold again without saying anything. I understand that they may be understaffed, but I feel that this is unacceptable - I have never been hung up on by a pharmacy.

Like most other businesses on Jefferson this place is the low bar in the organization. Trying to call to get a prescription filled is terrible: they'll pick up the call and send you back into the queue over and over again and will hang up on you. Great example of employees viewing the customer as the enemy and the management doing nothing to stop it.

Had a prescription sent here by mistake, tried to call to get it moved to my regular pharmacy or shipped to me was put on hold forever and still couldn't get through. Filled out online to ask for a shipment (never got a notification if was shipped). I get everyone is short staffed but like ???????

Most of the time the experience is really great here. Today it was terrible. Some of the women behind the counter of the photo lab do not like their jobs. One associate even said it out loud. Even worse is the way that they speak to customers. An associate asked a man dropping off a Fedex package, what did he want? We are not your cousins, aunties or children. Please have a professional tone when you speak to us. The woman who helped me was nice, she was under the same mindset at first but quickly corrected herself and apologized. There there were 1-3 other associates who were also apart of this scene.

Have been trying to get prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy for 3 weeks. Made several trips and calls to the pharmacy and have not received any follow-ups. Received misinformation on several occasions. Was told through a chat to use the online system to transfer prescriptions but the Walgreens online system does not communicate directly with the pharmacy so therefore it's a complete waste of time inputting information to be processed.

The lead she was so rude when we pulling up she was outside smoking and I was waiting like 5 minutes and she took somebody else before me and told them the system down then she asked me what im getting i said photo i told her my name and when i put them in then all of a sudden she didnt even check and said the machine not working and i was looking right at but if she dont wanna do her job she shouldn’t work there point blank
