Try this place for the first time this past Saturday and the food was good I got the combo L. The wings were fried perfectly the shrimp was good the french fries were fresh and hot catfish was good overall I would definitely go back. Don't trust the prices on this site though they claim that this is not their menu prices were different but at least $2 more than what's on here.

They gave me the wrong order, and left off some of my order and when I spoke with the male employee about it he argued with me that I didn't and he couldn't prove it because the receipt was not in front of him and that I needed to speak with a manager..so I went to the establishment and showed him my receipt and he then told me I needed to come back the next day to speak to a manager about it. Firstly, you shouldn't be operating without some form of management in the restaurant. Secondly, if I told you I didn't receive what I ordered and drove from the suburbs all the way back down to the city, if you're operating without management, you should've at replaced that order, that's only good customer service. Thirdly, him and some other young lady were the only 2 employees working with a store full of customers. I will never be going back to this HOOD restaurant!! No refund or replacement of screwed up order...really?🤔 My suggestion is find somewhere else to get your 🐟!!! 👎🏽

Usually the food be good. Today I got a pound of jumbo shrimps. The were hard an dried out. Have to throw them away. I think they might have cook them several times.

The variety of fish is really good. I've purchased 4 different kinds to take home and freeze for another day. The taste is amazing and is as fresh as when I first bought them. They do have the you buy we fry which I have down several times. And again the taste is amazing. The guys are nice and friendly making sure you get exactly what you want. Would I go back again....without a doubt I would.

The shrimp was rubber and the batter was everywhere but on the shrimp. The overall atmosphere was dingy and uninviting. The cashier was EXCEPTIONAL and the restaurant's ONLY redeeming quality. I won't be going back.

I ordered a 30 pc wing ding expecting fresh wings instead I got 30 coney wings. I was told that if you order 50 or less you get coney wings. After I purchased. That’s something you should tell your customers when ordering. No one wanted those salty Coney Island wings. I’m done patronizing this establishment.

Chicken wasn't that bad, but the fish was not the greatest, had good taste but you can't really enjoy it without having to remove that gross black tarry part, they leave it on the fish, and surprise gift fish bones inside, instead of boneless.

The 3star is because two days ago we ordered wings & fries that was cooked in old grease which gave the food a nasty taste & I wasn't able to bring it back,But when I ordered a time before my last visit my food was on point, Just a little disappointed with little effort about quality cause that matters& a little skeptical about ordering again just wasn't satisfied & I was hungry so the food didn't hit the spot!

Great food, locally owned. Cheap, Halal, filling, and generous portions. 50 wing dings for 20 bucks is hard to beat. The only problem I found is that they don't offer any dipping sauces or flavors but the oil they use is fresh and the food was hot when I picked it up.

1st time customer. Food was seasoned and cooked very well. Fish tasted fresh and was plentiful. Okra and fries were very good as well. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Whenever I visit to purchase my seafood, it always smells clean. The staff are very friendly and always ask me how I want my fish to be filleted or how I want my shrimp to be fried. The staff is also very knowledgeable and do not try to "upsell" me on other items. I appreciate their sincerity to the neighborhood and their customers. Thank you and will see you soon.

I've only ever purchased snow crab from this location. The first time they were brought frozen, prepared at home, and were incredibly salty. I chalked it up to maybe adding too much seasoning, although that wasn't the case. The meat itself is musty incredibly salty. I recently went and had them prepared there and they again were incredibly salty to the point it's almost inedible. I'm not sure why the crab legs are like this but I won't be purchasing again. Customer service was good though.

I ordered Cole slaw with my meal, but they didn't put it in. A bout of miscommunication on THEIR part. They should have told me HOW to order it. Other than that, the guy behind the counter was super nice.

I had a very long wait but, the fish was superb! The fries were mediocre but, the fish, wow! It wasn't for the long wait, it would be worth the 10 mile drive to get there. If I'm ever in the area again I intend to stop there. Hopefully I won't have to wait so long.

Best buy and fry on this side of town. I am not a fish-eater, so I ordered the chicken tenders and hush-puppies, fires and onion rings. Everything was hot and fresh, unlike that chicken spot on Van-Dyke and 8 mile.
