I know that it was Christmas time but this place just let itself go! Everything was in disarray. It felt like that really needed help to keep up with demand and never got it. I enjoy some of the thoughtful things that they carry. Some of the books are cool. Candy is clutch. And they have toys that you might not be thinking about. There isn't another Five Below in Detroit which is ashame because this one bangs super hard.

The store is large, spacious and well lit. The merchandise is displayed in a nice, orderly fashion. The sections are well defined. It's like a variety store. They had t-shirts, shoes, art supplies, journals, housewares, electronics, snacks, etc. I bought a 10 pack of stylus pens and a wireless mouse. They are quality products, work well and were very reasonably priced. I'll definitely shop there again.

I love coming to this store when i’m in the states. Obviously because we don’t have it in Canada. However the environment matters, and if the staff aren’t showing much respect or interest then it changes the whole experience. I went to the location in Detroit at the 8 Mile and Woodward Intersection. The cashier was talking on the phone the entire time she was ringing us out. She continued even after her coworker told her she can’t be in the phone while working. Very disappointing.

I recently went to this store to get an exercise ball on recommendation from my physical therapist. The ball was in a small box and it was not inflated. When I asked an employee if they sold pumps, I was told that would inflate it for me and he did. The reason for 4 stars is because the cashier was on a personal call on her cell phone and her behavior was unprofessional.

Always clean and organized even during the holiday season and they were busy it was still much cleaner than some other locations. This store typically has what I'm looking for less a size here and there when my minion is looking for a few dozen t-shirts 🙄. The employees are always nice and visible and I love that!

This is a good store to grab little gifts for children, charger for your phones and perhaps a book here or there. They should get rid of the candy isle. None of the candy is worth $5 and sugar is deadly.😭

Hello everyone.. I'm just keep up to date with all these new stores..I love five below.. The first thing I like is the name the name remind me of being in the Arctic where the temperature is way below zero it's spooky and secure about Five Below think about it Five Below what of course we know now huh $5 and below the atmosphere is safe and secure customer service is very friendly it's just a happy place to shop with your family it kind of make me feel young again I hope your visit will be rewarding ask mine stay safe.. wear your Mask...MC

Great store, it's just what the name says; everything is $5.00 or less. They have household items, toys, games, electronics, books, t-shirts, towels, candy, chips. All types of posters, shoes and much more. My babies got a chance to go out and spend some of their holiday money.

Cashiers were very patient with us we had 3 carts fully loaded with Christmas gifts for needy families. We actually returned 3 days later after finding out we had more families to buy gifts for and received even better service than the 1st visit. The manager made it known that he appreciated what we were doing for the community.
