Great place with a good amount of truck parking. Awesome novelties. Big store with big amenities. Huge laundry room. These places are newish and popping up around the area. If they don't change anything it's a great place for truckers.

Everything here is very clean, well maintained and stocked from gas pump stations to restrooms to drink stations. Lots of recreation supplies & novelty items too. This will become a new stop for us on our way Up North.

I went in with my service dog to get a shower n breakfast, the girl at the counter said the dog can’t go in the shower but she had to check, while she was away a man came over and asked about the paperwork. Boy have they broken all sorts of rules when it comes to service dogs. The girl was RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFRIENDLY. I will not be back. Their lucky they got 1 Star cause it would be a negative 10

awesome place fuel is cheap on fleet one card and truckers this place is about as good as possible big parking lot no dirt at all some reserved parking still lots of places at 4 pm

We got dinner from the diner.It just was not the same as the 76th Street location. The Taco Salads had extremely small amount of lettuce and the edible shells looked empty compared to the 76th Street location.We were a bit disappointed after years of eating these with a full shell at the other location.They were very quick and friendly in getting the food ready.

These people are 🥜🥜🥜 The night manager called the police when I came in to use the laundry mat because a month earlier I turned the vacuum off that kept hitting me in the feet, apparently it's a criminal offence to turn a vacuum off 🤷 even more pathetic than that the police came even though they can't seem to make it to an accident they came for this nonsense. I'm not sure which is worse the weirdo manager who needs attention with drama or the fact that there are cameras but she couldn't show me doing anything because I wasn't doing anything. TPT

Not a real truck stop.Children working in store have no clue about fueling for big trucks.This is nothing but a gas station with a restaurant.And some truck parking.For truckers, be prepared to add 20 to 30 minutes longer than you expected to get fuel and get out.Most fuel cards must all be walked in only.Don't attempt to get DEF, pumps shutoff in under .02 gallon of DEF.Forget trying to use the CAT scale here. Children don't know how to use it inside.I know a lot of money was spent building this new facility, for truckers it's a bust !!Can't or won't fix the problems, maybe a good time to sell out to Love's Travel Centers.At least they know what time means to truckers.

Super Great People. Byron Center is always packed. Pull in. Looks to small. Stay right go right down hill to gravel lot. Plenty of parking. Store is awesome plenty of selections and much cheaper than corporate truck stops. Be sure to try the Blueberry Freezeee. It will knock your socks off.

One of the best J&H family store/ truck stops I've ever been to extremely clean parking lot with lots of parking they have their own laundry mat and the store is very well stocked workers there are very friendly and helpful

It is a great gas station but be carful when using coupons with cashier Dory. My coupon was for getting the product for 1.00 and she only took a 1.00 off when I went back and asked about it she said it was only for 1.00 but if you read the back it says to subtract 1.00 from the retail price for the amount off.I wouldn’t use coupons at this gas station. But the facility is nice and a great gas station to shop at.

They charged me for the water refill FROM THE FAUCET!!!. After I mentioned that it was water from the faucet he said: " I know, but I still have to charge you".First and the last time I'm stopping here!

This place is a joke. The first time I stopped was to pick up ice for a road trip. My boyfriend and I had just boughten a brand new cooler and we’re excited to use it for the first time. When we dumped the bag of ice into the cooler we noticed a piece of metal the size of my palm. We were shocked and after digging, found more jagged pieces of metal. My first experience made me never want to go back. The second time I went was with a friend. We were standing at checkout together, my friend was checking out first so I was just standing with her. One of the girls shouted “There’s someone available over here” when I was maybe two feet away. I stepped away from my friend and went to checkout but when I went up to the resister the guy running it said absolutely nothing. When he finished scanning, he pointed to the pin pad staring at me and not saying anything. I was shocked by how rude this interaction was and will not be going back.

For this place being so new, it's so dirty. We arrived mid morning and the place was clearly not cleaned the night before or maybe even the week before. Bathrooms dirty, floor dirty, little trash cans over flowing by the food/coffee section. Literally all it takes 5 mins to empty trash, maybe take a broom and sweep all thr dirt and trash off the floor. Or maybe the manager/owner needs to hire another person to just do cleaning and stocking while other employees are taking care of customers.
