I bought the cedar duck nesting boxes. When they arrived the first box did not have the predator protection shield. All of the cedar was cupped and warped. None of the angles would line up. The instructions had been copied so many times that you couldn't even read them. I'm actually a general contractor and I'm embarrassed to put these next to my pond. It shocks me these were built by a professional company. One of the pieces that arrived had a huge dent in it.

Best customer service ever! I had been given a bathouse which turned out to have a defective landing pad. It was smooth where it should have been rough for the bats to grip. I had already had it for some time and was not in possession of a receipt. With little expectations, I contacted Heath asking for direction. Within a couple of days I received an answer from Ms. Lynnea McGeorge telling me to expect a replacement in the mail. And a few days later I did in fact receive a brand new bathouse with the proper rough landing pad. I am totally impressed with this awesome customer support and am looking forward to installing the beautiful bathouse in my yard.

My kids have both worked there and one is returning there to work but as a temp. The suet cakes happen to be one of the best Iv gotten. Birds really really love them
