I worked with a product expert named Chad.Chad was great.I had a smaller budget and only residential needs, but Chad was right there to help with all my questions, he never pressed my budget, he listened to what I wanted and got me into a mower that was perfect for my property.He was prompt, honest, and not judgemental of my questions.He worked hard on what is probably a small sale for him.10/10. would recommend

Bought a new Workmaster 25s in 2021 and started having drift in the front hydraulics after about 10 hours of use. I called and explained the issue to the service dept. And was told to bring it in to see if the work was covered under warranty. A week and a half after my scheduled drop off date, I get a call explaining the valve for the controls is bad....not under warranty as only the drive train is covered. Forget the part breaking at 10 hours and Burnips not standing behind the product, why have me haul my tractor the 20 miles across town for a hydraulic issue when they knew full well that hydraulics would not be covered? Tractors break, I can deal with that. But wasting my time and fuel for what should have been a phone call is unacceptable. Keep in mind, this tractor failed before the engine break in period was half over and I will be paying for parts and labor. P.S. I was quoted about 800 dollars for the first service cycle...I did it myself in about 45 minutes and 80 dollars in parts.

Have had multiple experiences with Burnips and the team at Coopersville is amazing! They are always over the top helpful and will solve your problem. Had a major winter issue on the farm this past weekend and they were out here fixing the problem in no time - John, Kim and Dj were amazing to make sure we had water running back to the animals. Great representation for the company. Great work !

Don't pay attention to the website inventory talk to someone yesterday about a discbine drove 2 hours to look at it for them to not have any discbines to look at and a oh sorry it's been moved to a different store just noone updates it
