Spent some time communicating with Rylee, via phone and text, with questions about my current lease and what I was looking for. Didn't do me any favors! Bought a Jeep. Wrangler Willie's, had a plow Attachment that made it looked like might be fun during the winter. So I Was interested. After buying the Jeep. I noticed it had 18 hours on it but only 244 miles come find out they used it to plow there lot during the prior winter, This was my very first car, Now i find It was beat on and never was told this info other wise i wouldn't have even drove it for a rest drive its used in my mind. Now I don't want this. it's been beaten on. Nobody told me they used it for a plow truck. They said Chris Betton used it. I said I didn't care if it was the President of the united states they didn't tell me it was used. And when I asked Where the window sticker was? I was told It didn't come with one and was printed one on a sheet of printing paper. What an Insult! Really! Well this was my very first new Vehicle that I feel was used. Don't even have a window sticker to say this was my first new vehicle beware watch your self these people wont stop and anything to sell you a jeep or anything they can and not blink an eye about it. My $50K nightmare

I was having issues with my touch screen delaminating. I had asked 2 other dealerships what needed to be done. Not only was I told it would take up to 3 months to get the new screen but they also couldn’t order it without charging a diagnostic $290 and taking the screen apart to get the part numbers. I called Betten Baker. Not only did they have a new screen in 4 days , they did not need to do a diagnostic , they used my vin# for parts and was installed in 1 hour. Everything works great now thanks to the service department at Betten Baker.Don’t waste time at dealerships that give you the run around. Call Betten Baker and save yourself the hassle, headache and run around. Honest and trustworthy group!!

I had the worst auto shopping experience of my life (and I've purchased many cars before) at this Coopersville location. I received a flyer for a "sales event" stating they had cars at a good price and would give you more than market value for your trade. TOTAL SCAM! After getting me to fall in love with a car and right before signing, they said they could not take my trade as they had promised. That was the only reason why I went there in the first place! I told the manager the car I wanted was OVERPRICED, but the manager argued that I didn't know the value of cars. I kept my trade and purchased the vehicle. Months later I received a letter from a lender stating the reason for denial was "Loan amt compared to collateral value is too high". I should have known better! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE by purchasing an OVERPRICED vehicle here. On top of that, they made many errors on my contract agreement and they were trying to change it so that I could pay more. Horrible! You’re supposed to help your customers not doom them!

I recently purchased a new 2022 Ram 3500 Limited Longhorn Mega Cab from Betten- Baker and my salesman was Caleb Matt. He was very nice, professional and no high pressure tactics. Honest and direct. The Financial Manager Jeffrey was exceptionally nice as well. Both made my purchased enjoyable. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my new truck.
