Not stocked up too well. I also spent WAYY too long trying to find the frozen nuggets and fish - this is by the fresh meat. On the other side of the store from all other frozen goods. Otherwise a very good store.

Had such a great experience. Andrew helped me and my mom purchase a new phone! He helped so much, explained every single question we asked, and was extremely patient in everything he did. Just needed to shout him out because seriously exceptional service. So grateful for him! ✌️

I got help in the electronics dept from a man with glasses last night and he was so absolutely kind. He price matched my product and really helped me find what I was looking for while being so kind. The woman helping with some awesome thick framed glasses on was also so kind and helpful. It's people like this that make the experience of shopping in retail not such a horrible experience. Thanks a million !

It's a Walmart, has good deals here and there.Has a recycling area for cans and bottles. Little messy here but what are we expecting?Not too much to say overall, place was clean and wasn't too bad. Staff keeps to themselves, get what you need and that's about it.

This is a great Walmart. It’s always cleaned and stocked. They hardly have any cashiers though. And the ones they do have move pretty slow. Self check out is better.

Never again will I buy fruit from there. Bought some blueberries last night n yet today they are still hard with a strong frozen taste. While I was there I went down an isle that had broken glass everywhere. Most of the clothes were on the floor n the few that were hanging were barely on hangers anyway. It was literally the worst I've seen the store in. No employee expect for the gentlemen that welcomed me n told me to have a good day deserves any praise, everyone else was to busy with their own drama to worry about customers or the state of the store.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If I could give this store ZERO STARS, I would. I was overwhelmed in the school supply section. It looked like a bomb went off!! There were so many carts up front full of merchandise, I couldn't even walk through. The bathrooms were FILTHY and smelt like urine. TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR in self checkout and checkout lanes. Needless to say, I left without spending a penny and I WON'T BE BACK! Going to Target now.

The store is a mess, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING, the checkout lines are too long for the amount of registers they have available to be used- yet most of them aren't, and most of the staff look and act like they hate their jobs and themselves.Even the supposedly express checkout lanes, take about a half hour to get through the lines, and that is on a good day. I have waited for almost an hour just to get through the self checkout! Multiple times!!!Unacceptable Walmart! You need to step up your game quick. Your store is the laughing stock of all the stores because of what a hot mess it always is.Is that the reputation you are going for? If so, well done! If not, there are some fairly simple things you can do to make it a lot better.There are a very small amount of staff that are kind and caring and work hard. To them, I thank you for trying, and I am sorry that it isn't a better store for all the hard work you do.

I visited Walmart to set up new phone service, hoping to find an affordable plan given that Walmart locations are widespread, which is convenient for us as we often travel. I was assisted by a gentleman named "G", who was extremely helpful and efficient. He quickly guided us through the process of selecting new phones and setting up service, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant.While my husband was working with "G", I was browsing for accessories for another device. At that moment, Jason, another Walmart associate, overheard me and offered assistance. I was initially grateful, but the interaction quickly turned sour. Jason was not only unhelpful but also quite negative, disparaging the phones and phone cases we had just selected. His attitude was discouraging and unprofessional, casting a shadow over what had been a positive shopping experience. Moreover, his appearance was unkempt and greasy, further detracting from the store's overall atmosphere.Given my experience with Jason, I believe he would benefit from additional training. His behavior and attitude need significant improvement to align with the customer-friendly approach that Walmart is known for. Despite the setback with Jason, I would still recommend the service from "G", but caution others to avoid interactions with Jason if possible.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! THEY will screw it up and then not tell you. Simple oil change. They overtightened the plug and stripped it. Couple days later found oil all over the ground and oil reservoir empty. Last few oil changes were done there. They did not make us aware of the problem, they denied they did anything and blamed it on being an older vehicle. Still WHY WOULD YOU NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE!! GARY the manager sucked and wouldn't fess up to their mistakes. According to law that is beach of duty and will be reported. They're lucky the engine didn't blow! Freaking idiots! Teach your mechanics how to do their job, and just fess up to your wrong doings. Because when you don't, that's when people get angry!! And you lose customers!

Never have Amigos, always have to wait approximately 10-15 minutes, people can't read for in store use only, and the staff don't do anything to enforce it. They walked into the store to get it, put your things in a cart on your way out, be courteous think about other people's needs. Thanks 👍

Website and Google say the Walmart Money Center here is open until 11m. That's a lie. They close at 8 if you're lucky. Tonight I came into the store at 725, went shopping for a few things then went to add money to my card at Money Center (740pm). The lights were out and the Money Center closed early. I wasn't the only one upset. Other peeps came after me expecting them to be open. I waited around until after 8:00 hoping somebody would come and help me and the others out it never happened nobody came to help us if you weren't there early today you didn't get your money services. The one app told me that I can add money to my card at any cashier in Walmart. I went back in the store there were no cashier's working you can't do that at self-checkout. I asked the manager if there was any chance that a cashier could help me add money to my one card. This ignorant little plump tried telling me you can't add money at a cashier. That's a lie. Then she tried to tell me that she was here at 8 and the Money Center didn't close early. Lies. I said lady I was literally inside the Money Center from 745 until after 8 with the lights off because they did close early. She snipped back "I was here, they didn't close early. " I couldn't believe she'd lie right to my face. Had to be out of ignorance. Terrible customer service.

This Walmart isn't bad but could use some love. The bottle return has older machines that are slow and break down a lot. The carts are beat up and normally have a bad wheel or two. The do keep most of the shelves stocked but they are normally out of something on your list which can be a pain. Finding things in the store can also be annoying since things get moved around a lot for different holidays and such which makes it harder to find some items the next time you come. The staff are helpful and friendly which is a huge plus. They have a money center and service desk which helps break up lines a bit too. Overall not bad but could use some improvements from Walmart.

Ironically I just came from Sam's where the cashier also didn't know how to ring up a gift card. The cashier at Walmart kept saying she can't do prepaid cards and I have to go to the money center. I kept telling her it was a gift card I was trying to purchase. She then asked if I was trying to pay for my things with it. I told her again I just grabbed it and am trying to add $50. Like Sam's, the line was building up and I said forget it. Go to money center to load a gift card.Also, tried to buy a pizza. Rang up a dollar more than posted. I had a gift card but not .83 cents extra since it rang up more than posted. I was at the self checkout after a wait. The cashier did not check the price. So I had to go back and find dinner, again. Double checked the price and I was right. Posted as an entire dollar less than what it rang up. Grabbed a cheaper, less filling pizza so I didn't run into the same issue. (I can only eat specific things) Waited in line a second time. Yet this time, I was stared at by your security guard for my entire purchase. I decided to shrug and smile and got a dirty look. Like, someone doesn't have .81 cents and your cashier didn't check and do their job, so I guess I must be stealing, huh? What a great way to end my day. I won't be back.

Love the pickup area and have never had a problem with any of my items. I wouldn’t shop inside at this store due to cleanliness and clientele, but love picking up from here!

Aside from the typical Walmart complaints, the service in this store absolutely SUCKS (and that is the nicest thing I can find to say) I had 4, including someone who claimed to be a manager, tell me they don't know anything about the meat department and couldn't help me. It wasn't until I told the person who supposedly is a manager to ask the meat department the question that she did. It is not difficult to say, "I don't know, but let me get you someone who does." This is not an "employee" issue, this is a store issue. The management team needs to figure it out!

They had everything I needed in stock. Store was pretty clean and the greaters were great! Also, so glad to see the fry counter back up and running. Those chicken wing are the best!

Positive experience with tire installation. I bought the tires online black Friday the shipment was delayed, but they took the time to make it right. The guys at Alpine took great care of me & a very speedy install. Thank you Greg & Daveione for your excellent customer service & care!

The self-checkout is so awkward, there's a security guard always leaning on the partition just staring at you watching you scan your items, when you already have the cashier that holds her little machine staring at you while you scan your items. From entering the store to when you leave, you're looked at like a thief. Very unwelcoming place to shop.

I can’t give this place a zero but Steve the mgr and his employee just refunded my card to my card without my consent knowing I was trying to exchange it to get a different color then told me oh well there’s nothing he can do very rude and dismissive disrespectful and rude customer service this Walmart is not recommended at all and if it wasn’t by my house I would never shop here again the only reason I gave this place a star is because I have to in order to leave a review but my real rating would be -2 1/2 stars poor poor customer service

Pretty disorganized. Insufficiently stocked, so between empty shelves and disorganized shelves, its difficult to locate items and know what the correct price is until you check out. Customer service is THE WORST. Good luck getting help in any department. I waited over an hour in electronics and I've waited 30 min in fabric, same in paint. And since half the store is locked up, this becomes very inconvenient.Regardless, Walmart has some of the best prices around, so the savings is worth the occasional headache.

I spent about $40 on this day while using the self checkout. As I was finishing up paying, I had reached in my coat pocket to grab my keys and had dropped them. I bent over, reached down and picked them up, and put them in my purse in the front of my cart, just before grabbing my [already bagged] items. When I got to the door, not 30 feet away, 2 employees asked me for my receipt, and I showed it to them. They asked me to look through my things in the cart. One went to pull my purse open [it was already unzipped and wide open]. I said, "Excuse me, that's not a walmart bag! She said ma'am we need to know what you put in your purse at the checkout.?! I told her she should have just asked me that in the first place then and I gladly showed them that there were no products or items in my purse that shouldn't have been . And altho They did apologize before walking away... I will not ever shop at that Walmart again!How humiliating!
