Well they were the only place open so figured we’d try them out. Pretty bad customer service when ordering through the phone. Asked for light cheese and got the response “you know well cheese melts right?” Yes obviously cheese melts.. “The Sauce does not have a good flavor, the dough neither and wasn’t enjoyable. Honestly your better off with frozen pizza.

I would highly recommend this pizza establishment! My daughter had a birthday party outside of their delivery area and before delivery times. The manager went out of his way to make sure my daughter had her pizzas in time and helped to make her birthday party fantastic! I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name…but great service and incredible pizza!

Great pizza, great crust. Recipe hasn't changed for forty plus years. Much better than the standard conveyor belt fast food pizza from pizza hut. The interior could no doubt use an upgrade to match the quality of their pizza. I'm sure it would draw a much bussier dine in crowd, however carryout is great!

Is this a front? No menus, no website, no dine in, little to no information and short responses when asking simple questions over the phone. For what seems like the only late night delivery place in the whole county, you'd think more information would be available but I guess new customers aren't something this buisness wants.

I would give it a 5 but that leaves no room for improvement. We love this place, but it is inconsistent. We always order on the weekends because we know our favorite cooks and drivers are working. Other nights, when they don't we have had a bad pie. Delivery is always great! Beat their drivers, I dare you! Tomato bread is the best. Pepperoni pizza converted me, and I hate pepperoni.

Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. Tasted like reheated bread with sauce. Tasted like someone made it in the shower. Sauce was cold, pepperoni was still frozen and looked like it was alive. I would rather eat a week old hot and ready. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgusting, eat this if you want to feel sick to your stomach!!

First time ever in my life eating here i always eat at sailors, but I love it!!!! Omg it's like a pizza you see on tv, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they could've have got the top a tiny bit more done and that's me splitting hairs cause why not it's a Google review? For sure will eat here way more!! And the girls I talked to were very nice

Visiting Michigan for the first time for a nice getaway at a local AirBnB, and I must say this is the best pizza I may have tried in my life!! The cheese is so perfect and the sauce is so flavorful. I want Roma pizza in my home town!!!

Never had a bad experience after all these years. Always order the same kinda of pizza. Repeated my order twice, sent the wrong pizza! I called they said I order sausage!No I ordered mushrooms !!!!! Want to argue about what I order! Wow! Then want me to wait another hour for correct pizza! I said no were hungry, I dont eat sausage! I got the wrong pizza cool but not trying to make it right and hanging up on me not cool.Then I called back again and to speak to the manager and you tell me goodkuck and hang up on me ag! We will not order from there again customer service lol.

So it was the first day my son and I had been in coloma , having just moved here. I knew I loved roma pizza having encountered it at another location prior. But the team at coloma local is superior. There are not many businesses that will show a more human than machine side out there anymore it feels like. But when that night, just before they closed , they delivered our dinner with a discount as a welcome and expressed it at my door I was dumb founded n tongue tied. That's remarkable business especially in today's society. It is exactly the type of good choice that will earn loyalty and positive recognition, reviews and rewarded with a larger customer base. It helped allow for a comforting smile and overall feeling of hope and continuum in our new home and choices moving forward. Along with a renewed stirring of excitement regarding our new community.Thanks for going the extra mile roma!Michelle n brodie+

I ordered lasagna and manicotti and they were both very nasty hardly any food in them a lot of sauce. I called and complained and was told that's the way we make them love their Pizza but probably won't ever buy anything else there again

Order took an hour to go 10 minutes when it arrived was cold and missing one Italian beef sandwich and the one we did get was mostly bread. They said they would bring another sandwich in ten minutes it's been twenty five still no food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Roma gets it done! I can call in my order, drive across town, pickup the pie and be home eating before I could get an archburger in a drive through line. Always polite staff as well.

Amazing pizza. Been coming to Roma since the 80s. We drive all the way down from East Lansing. Their hand made sausage and special sauce gives the pizza a unique flavor you will not find anywhere else. Roma is an institution in the area. You know you've found great food when the locals drive past the cheaper franchises and patronize a place like Roma. On more than one occasion I've pulled in to the lot and parked next to three or four police cars. In a town like Coloma that means every unit in the area is eating at Roma.
