We ordered two ice cream cones for our kids, ordering in store. The whole place seemed dysfunctional with no one actually getting their orders. By the time we got our cones they were melting and incredibly small for the $1.89 price tag. When this was said to the employee she acted like she literally couldn’t hear what we said and turned around. We will certainly not be back and have much better experiences at other nearby McDonalds.

Supposed to be open until 11:00 and we pulled in around 8:40. Screens were on and the automated robot greeted us but no one took the order. When we first pulled in we saw workers by the door. When we pulled around they were ask fine and ask the interior lights were off. I think the staff may have just walked out. Very disappointing experience.

Very busy that day. McDonald's restaurants are generally not a bad choice for a quick meal. This one was very busy though, and the staff tried really hard to get people served, but fell behind. We both successfully got out of our vehicle and used the bathroom while in drivethru, which shouldn't be possible, but service was a little slow that day. ( Also a long weekend I think, to be fair...)Kid-friendliness: Not a perfect person, but if you've got a difficult kid on your hands, a Happy meal *might* get you a few minutes of quiet...just saying.

The staff was nice. We lost a pair of glasses there, and the young lady on the phone offered to go look for them.I liked the new screens that are up so we can order. It was easy to see everything. Clean, lots of parking.

So, customer service is good, BUT their new way of cooking the burgers (from what I’m told) have onions already on them. When you ask for no onions, they try to pull some off, but you still get onions 🤦🏻‍♀️. They had to remake our hamburgers three times. On the third time, they told me they have cheeseburgers without it… So… Why didn’t I get it the other two times? I’m a bit concerned about the thought process. Maybe the worker thought we wouldn’t check before we left.I never have issues at Hartford McDonald’s.

Ordered 10 pcs. Chicken nuggets and a vanilla shake. Got 2 burgers and fries. And my vanilla shake. It wasn't even busy. But some ppl have messed up priorities at work. Cell phones before getting a ridiculously simple order right. It was bad enough that I missed breakfast by 3 minutes but I pulled up my big girl pants and ordered anyway. I got very excited for the food cuz I hadn't eaten since 9 the night before and was starting. Needless to say I was more than disappointed when I was driving on the highway home and didn't find what I ordered.
