We purchased a new washer and dryer from Ben Fleming, appliance specialist. Ben is such a great salesman!! He helped us with our purchase from beginning to end. We have dealt with him with the purchase of a dishwasher and other items. He gives a 100% and goes the extra mile, always!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I find it so very hard and difficult to find the products I need as there's so much stuff they have and then you would think that they're going to have what I want because look at all this stuff they have no I'm looking for a certain style color spray paint and I cannot find what I'm looking for anywhere

Everything was cool until I got to the front and was inappropriately profiled with two employees having to search through my merchandise to find that they were bigots and nothing more. I even used my veteran discount. Wouldn't recommend the two short portly cashiers I believe they identify as female.

Ordered an ac unit online. Everything went perfectly. The lady at customer service desk was awesome. Unfortunately the ac unit I ordered was 1/2 an inch too big. Took it back and refunded with no problem. Got a slightly smaller one. Went to self checkout and was convinced to apply for the Home Depot credit card to get $50 off. I didn't understand that I couldn't use my store credit that I had. Thought about all of it while sitting in my car, and it didn't sit right with me. Went back inside to the same customer service person who at this point has helped me multiple times. She got everything sorted out and fixed quickly. I can't remember her name but she was there in the afternoon on 8/22 and 8/23. Home Depot she deserves a raise or something. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel really bad for not remembering her name. She absolutely restored my faith in your company when I was starting to lose it because of all the issues I had.

Do not go to this place for appliances. Terrible! Will never shop there for anything. Ordered a fridge, double oven and dishwasher. Was charged for two dishwashers. Called to let them know when I saw the receipt the next day. They canceled the order, but I had to drive there to get a refund. Then the other dishwasher didn't get delivered. Eight days later still don't have it. I have been lied to by the delivery company, the appliance department person and the assistant store manager. Also bought a microwave, got it home and it was damaged on the inside. Someone built it knowing it was damaged. Had to go all the way back to exchange that. Took a half day for work because the delivery is a 4 hour slot. Now will have to do it again IF I ever get the dishwasher.

This is by far 1 of the best home depots I have been too. It's usually always hard to find someone to help you in home depot but not this one. I'm always greeted at the front. And sometimes I have multiple people helping me look for what I need. My son loves coming with me and riding in the race car shopping cart. The workers are always so nice to him and sometimes give him a building set to take home.

Just went Into the store. No one greets you with a Hello or acknowledged customers. Went to the paint Dept. Went to the counter. The guy answered the phone. Didn't acknowledge us at all. Stood there for approximately 5 minutes. He was having a personal conversation about putting a front loader washer on his card. I had to ask him where a product was. Very unprofessional. Will go to Legg Lumber or Menards in Angola if at all possible in 5he future. Culture at the store is one of not being customer oriented

Home Depot gives Veterans a discount. My 89 year year old veteran father could not get the discount because he doesn't have a smartphone! The cashier rudely said, "No code, no discount. I don't make the rules, I just follow them". If this is the way HD trains their employees to treat Veterans, they need to do better! How many of our older veterans, the customers who could use the discount the most, can't because of having no cell phone code? It would be a simple process to give the discount to ALL Veterans!

I asked a lady a question on a peiceof pvc explaining it was a drop from a large pipe asked how much...she didn't seem interested in what my problem was son I found a floor worker they too care of the issue in minutes.

I enjoy most home depots this store struggles with having enough knowledgeable team members at times its difficult to get help and they don't always have everything the other home depots do. But this is my closest option I work all over Michigan so I usually go to this homedepo for home needs only.

Husband ordered 3000 dollar chipper shredder on line. Told it would be delivered Friday 4/21/23. It now and has sat on a dock 20 minutes away in Marshall Michigan from the store for 2 days. Now delivery is Monday. Woman at the service desk lied about later truck as there is not one. We live 45 minutes away. Nice job customer service.

Thanks for letting me bring the dogs in for training and browsing on Friday. I’ve never dealt with any orders or big purchases here, but I have heard some issues with Home Depot using third party suppliers (specifically with cabinetry) and taking orders and then not standing behind the products as if they didn’t take the money. That’s a little disappointing. Overall I find the staff friendly and store well organized; but do exercise caution if you should choose to spend large amounts of money with them.

Store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop. Prices are fair for a large box home improvement store, but there is room for improvement as Harbor Freight is now established as a retailer in the area and has very competitive prices. Home Depot will need to adapt if it wants to remain an active name in the area.
