I went in here not knowing what to get to help my dogs today and the cashier and another amazing woman were exceptionally helpful! They both explained things to me that would help my furry family members, and in no time I had what I needed! Came home, used them on my dogs and in about half an hour there was a tremendous difference! I'm so grateful for this place and for the two women who took the time to help me! I will recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely amazed at how the store has done a 360 in the last few months. Always love going in there and the staff is top notch in my opinion. Always willing to help even when it seems impossible for them, they always find a way to help their customers!!

Whet in the store to buy a seat for my Husqvarna zero turn. When to the SERVICE CENTER. ask if they had any in the store.. No you have to order online. I asked, should I order it from Husqvarna or from Family Farm and Home.. I have a line of credit with Family FH and would like to order it for them.Didn't get a straight answer right away.....order from Husqvarna .. I again asked why I couldn't order it from FFH I have a line of credit here.Answer, was well it's not easy.. I looked up at the sign that says customer service and said well I thought I was in the customer service area..Then I said never mind I'll look it up myself.As I began to walk away he waved me off, like I was the problem... I told him I was a customer looking for help, but because it requires extra time you didn't want to help me. Don't wave me OffSo please remove your CUSTOMER SERVICE SIGN.this is exactly why brick and mortar stores are closing down.. I have a $8000.00 line of credit that I won't be using... Thanks for your help..

This was a very nice store to shop at. They had all the things that I needed for my farm and home. They have everything needed for lawn care feeding animals fencing and all kinds of products to take care of your outdoor needs. The prices were great the staff was friendly and it was a very nice store.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for a curbside order that was placed 24 hours in advance. I would not recommend pre-ordering anything from this store. Very dissappointed in the service.

Friendly staff good selection love the clearance section lol Best place to buy bolts in bulk. Oils and fluids are usually cheaper than auto parts stores

I was coming through town from a meeting on Monday Sept 26th and decided to stop at the store here. Never been here. Absolutely love the store and the variety that you offer. I truly never paid attention that this store was even here. Every employee was smiling and very approachable. I headed to check out with your pleasant cashier and I heard her ask for someone to count down her drawer. This is where I was so disappointed. A dark haired lady came up to the cashier. She loudly and rudely said “there’s other people here why can’t they do it!” I almost melted because I seen how sad and embarrassed that cashier was. I literally felt so bad for her. I’m not sure what her place is in this store but for my first time here and her acting like that in front of customers, shouldn’t be acceptable. I can’t understand why everyone was so wonderful but this lady was so rude! Maybe a bad day but then again, a customer should never see that.

This store has been great to deal with. Have had some issues with Family Farm company actually providing something they promised the store and me. I know there are a lot of things harder to get under our new socialist DC administration. But the store people have been great trying to help us.

Great place for pet feed. Large selection and variety, with good and comparable pricing. Offer almost any item one would need for animal husbandry, family pet care, and basic farm life, plus many other items are available here.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Manager goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered, needs met, and an you have an great shopping experience at this store.Thank you staff of Family, Farm and Home!

The staff at this family farm are good hind hearted staff and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. They have great deal and it’s why I keep coming back. Love this store and the sales they have. You can find petty much anything here you are looking for that you would need for the home or your farm. The kids always love it in the spring when they have all their baby ducks and chickens.

Wife bought 20 chicks- which had to be ordered- the staff counted them and put in box. Got home to find only 18. Call - they said no problem we will get you 2 more. Week later get call- got 2 chicks about to close can you pick them up in morning. Yes. Went in early - no chicks. Another week later get call chicks are in- went to get them - ALL SOLD OUT AGAIN!

I brought something called seven to kill ants in my garden they have killed one of my cherry tomatoes plants n working on another them pesty things, spraying it on ground did not work so I pour it in their holes that r the size of a dime , I don't have as many but it still killing my plants.

Not very friendly. Went to buy flea control for my pets. The locked case only had a few in there and they looked very old dusty and boxes were all damaged. I asked when they would get a new supply and was told they have no way at all to know. Very disappointed in there customer service.

Bought a $250.00 pull behind lawn spreader, had to assemble myself. Found out the manufacturer (Agri- Fab) put a wrong part in the box. Couldn't complete assembly for a week and a 1/2, after they sent me the proper part.
