Walmart is good and not so good. Clean and not so clean. Helpful and not so helpful. Friendly and not so friendly. It just depends on the day or person. So it is difficult to give a fair review. I have been treated wonderful and I have been treated poorly. I have found exactly what I needed and other times it's out of stock or eliminated. Walmart is just not consistent. But the doors are open and the people flood in. I'm thankful to those who put their heart into the job, it's a pity when others don't. With the way the future looks the days of customer satisfaction are gone and you just get what you get.

Remodeled everything. More self checkouts now. It's annoying when the camera thinks it's detecting something or not, so the assistance light is always flashing for no reason. Twice this happened to me because it couldn't catch a product i already scanned. And waiting for an employee takes a while because they are busy talking.Nice, clean so far.

I was recommended by a friend to come to Walmart service center to get my oil changed. Everybody was on top of their job, straight to it. The price is a good reasonable price and tire rotation all in one. Walmart service center is now my go to. Thanks for doing such a great job.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to in my life. They play country music LOUDLY. Who needs poison poured into their ears everytime they go to shop. Not worth going without headphones to block the garbage they play. Whoever manages this place is a joke. If your going to ruin our local economy at least be quiet while you do it for gods sake.

All was found Walmart people to be fairly pleasant. Have most of everything I need in the store. I asked one of the employees with a Clipboard why they changed All the grocery shelves around, it's all changed. I just got use to where everything was. They told me it was easier for them to find things and it made more shelf space. Well, it may be easier for them to find things They can do their groceries to be delivered to the cars better i guess. But it doesn't help the people inside, plus I don't know how you could have more shelves space. If you had a 10000 items on shelves and you move everything around to different shelves, you're still putting 10000 items on the same shelves..Must be misinformed employee. They're not doing it for a our convenience they're doing it for their convenience $$$

Absolutely terrible customer service! Was told by a manager to call a 1-800 number for assistance instead of just helping me herself. She was rude and very disrespectful.

We love this Walmart! We spend a lot of time in Rogers City throughout the year and this store is great to have near for the "emergency" items we have forgotten at home and can't buy from local, small businesses such as kids' life jackets, bathing suits, kids' boots, winter coats, etc. This store also has a great variety of produce that is often more fresh than other grocery stores because of volume. This Walmart stands out from other Walmart locations because the employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is also very clean. It's looking extra-nice now with its recent renovations, including the restrooms.

I absolutely adore the cakes from the Walmart bakery. I recently picked one up today and I was amazed by the sheer amount of frosting on the cake, and how quickly the bakers got it done. I was impressed that they managed to make chrysanthemums out of whipped frosting too! I would definitely recommend. As for everything else in the store, I can usually find products pretty well and the staff are both friendly and funny.P.S. don't mind the finger mark in the second picture, let's just say I got way too excited over whipped frosting.

It's walmart, it is what it is. Price and convenience. Having said that, I have found the staffing and check out faster here yhan the majority of Wallmarts.

There was 1 to 2 associates down each grocery isle during a busy time of the day. Not only make it difficult to shop the isles but made it really difficult to try and keep our social distance. They really need to do this work in off hours for the sake of everyone. Not really walking the walk. Just talking it

Was a visitor from out of town. This is a typical Walmart. The store was clean and most items were well organized. Was very thankful for the Walmart app to help me locate items and that the items actually were where the app said they would be. Not a fan of the angled parking.

We're not from the area. This was a relatively clean Walmart super center, but I only went into the grocery area.Was able to get in and out with relative ease. Did not see ANY baskets and didn't want a full cart. Wasn't able to find some healthier chicken 🍗 in the freezer section.Veggies and fruits actually looked pretty good.

Needed ice as we were driving through on our social distancing Fall Foliage vacation in MI, ended up needing to hunker down in our truck while a storm passed. Employees were great and very helpful. Myself, my spouse, and our dog greatly appreciated having a place to stop and ride out the bad weather. We got to see the beauty after the rains, and it was incredible!

The other shoppers here really just don't care about being in the way of others. Then at check out the employees are okay just asking too many personal questions when you're not from the upper part of Michigan...Why is that? The prices around here are more expensive too from what I've noticed. I do appreciate it being clean an well stocked but I don't need to play 20 questions with someone as they are sorting something. It's just weird around here. Watch yourselves when stopping here.

The worst part about Walmart is the fact that anyone can bring their dog in this store and no one will question them. I should have taken a picture of the 2 huge white long haired dogs that were in there on September 21st. There is no way that they were both service dogs

Cheboygan Michigan Walmart is the worst Walmart I've ever been in. The employees are kind and helpful but the food quality is bad, too say the least. The "fresh" chicken breast is always covered in white film, the meat is normally yellow tinged.I bought a $300.00 on line order on 9/8/23 after I got home I was vacuum sealing my meat, when i got to the chicken it was so bad that I immediately returned it to the store. The store north of Cheboygan and the store south of Cheboygan have great food. Why is it that the food here is so bad? Our shelves are under stocked and our selections are much less.
