The manager Allison I think is how you spell it made the experience shopping there very and I mean very unpleasant, not only was she beyond rude and disrespectful to me she was also rude and disrespectful to another customer that was ahead of me she didn't want to help out cashing people out and she definitely didn't want to do HER JOB THAT SHE WAS HIERED TO DO!!!! I'm sorry but if you don't like your job then you should probably find a different one

Even my Baka loves shopping here, it's the only place he pulls me and runs into when we arrive. They always have everything I am looking for, and if they don't they help me to find it in the store or on their website

I don't do reviews much, but bring true customer service back to the table. Shopped online for a tow behind sweeper, and found what I was looking for at 49735 TSC. I get there and I'm told it's an inventory issue they don't have sku.1284947. So I then ask if another location might have one and was given 2 options and was also told told call them we don't transfer those items. Next morning I call 49721 TSC and inquire about same sku. Yup we can hold that. AWESOME! Received a call back a short time later, we are sorry but it was broken. Can I get a price reduction if I buy a different model? No we don't do that. Ok thx have a good day. Call 49735 Lowes and get same one and paid more and I'm happy. This should have been a better review. Left same review for 49735 TSC

The map gas was priced 16 at the shelf and the worker said it was 18… did not sell for the price it was labeled on the shelf…

Love this place... Used the App to let them know I was there for Propane refill outside in the parking lot, worked very easy and they were out in minutes to take care of it!!! Often you can pay right at the pump too. This particular day had to go back inside but that allowed me to pickup a last minute Xmas gift... You can even bring your pet inside!

Shout out to Beth and I don't recall the other guys name. I didn't talk to him long enough to see his name. But I asked for a manager because I had a question and he asked if everything was ok to try and help fix the problem. No problem just a question. In and out rather quick.

This is the place that my wife and I LOVE to go when in Cheboygan. The store is always bustling. It is always clean and orderly. They have tons and tons of great inventory. They have very knowledgeable associates who are always helpful and polite. And Beth, the store's Manager... She is a Rock Star! always greeting people by name and always making them feel very important and critical to the store's survival. What a treasure to have such a great place in a town like Cheboygan. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Went in with a specific product in mind. Located it easily and quickly. The team member at the cash register was very friendly and professional and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The Cheboygan location was impressive in size and products and appeared to be clean and well organized. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

THANK YOU SCOTT!!!!!!We purchased a Massimo side by side. There we some issues with it and we were continuously told the parts had been ordered to fix it. My husband offered to install the parts himself. After three months of getting the run around we were frustrated. All we received were excuses why the parts were not in and that they were on order and they could do nothing more. Polite as they were it was not the answer.About this time a new manager came into the picture. Scott was extremely helpful and concerned about our issues and past customer service. He took care of the problem immediately and replaced the vehicle for us explaining other customers had the same issues with the vehicle we purchased and it was a factory defect. He not only made a TSC customer happy but also a Massimo owner happy. They both could have lost a customer. THANK YOU AGAIN SCOTT!

I spend alot of time here at this store the store manager and assistant manager have always been so welcoming. Everytime I go in there seth meets me with a smiling face and helping hands to go along with it. He always goes out of his way to help me. Keep up the great work guys hope to see it expand soon!

This store in under staffed. You will wait 30 minutes or more. To get your propane tank filled, and the employees they do have are on salary and expected to work 60 plus hours. Don't even think of getting a tractor supply credit card. Because as bad as tractor supply corporation is Citi bank is worse. I called them to cancel my card and pay off my balance. Thought I was done until I got a bill saying I owed $5 for making a phone payment plus interest. I now owe $10.90 big scam.

It was late, after 7pm, and I needed 2 propane tanks filled, snowing hard and only two people working. No complaints, just a smile and a can do attitude, with a huge store and big selection, plenty to do while I waited. Under 10 minutes and I was on my way, cheapest refill in Cheboygan.

Having a tractor supply in the area has been great, however, the only employee that I have ever been happy with was Seth. He is always willing to help, where as the other employees sometimes seem to not enjoy being there whatsoever. Love the place, but employment needs some work.

Tractor Supply has a variety of supplies for everyone in the family. They carry the best varieties of seeds in town. They sell quality outdoor clothing, boots, and shoes for the whole family as well as all the lawn care supplies you could need. They sell tools, a variety of chains, plumbing, feed for animals. They also have ducks and chickens periodically.

Shop here on a weekly basis, always greeted with a friendly hello, and asked if they can help me with anything. Might not be the biggest tsc around, but they have a great selection .
