Cheboygan location : My sweet Mother was not happy with the haircut her dog received & had to finish trimming it herself . Shop owner had a bad disposition ,was critical of her & the sweet gentle dog . Top dollar was charged. She would never go back there , the place was dirty & unkept

I was very happy with this place last yr when 2 took our spaniel. Unfortunately after trying for 6 days of leaving messages and never getting a call back, I had to find a different groomer , who nearly cut his nipple off.

I've been using this groomers since they 1st opened many years ago. I used to take my little dog Mitzi there before she finally had to be put down at the age of 16. And she just loved going to see them. She would run to the door and just be so excited to go in and see them. They were always GREAT with her even when she went blind and partially deaf. And I still use them all the time to get my other dog's nails clipped. And they always care about the animals. They are AWESOME and I totally recommend them for all your pet grooming needs.

The owner was nice and she did a nice job on shaving my cat. Since it was my first time using her l stayed and helped with mqy cat. The only negative thing is she needs to clean the place up, sweep after every customer, has a smell of urine inside need to work on getting that odor out. Tables need to be washed or sprayed down after animal not just brushed off.

When we first took our baby there we thought it was ok. The second time we were not happy. Our tiny baby had been shaved, not trimmed, she smelled bad, and it turned out her back had been injured. She didn't eat or drink for two days. On the third day she cried when touched. She was dehydrated,.had to to have an x-ray and was given medicine for pain and inflammation. $114 later and three more days and she was improving. Will not return there.

I took my little chiuahua in to get her nails clipped, had no idea it'd take less than 5 minutes to be in and out! And it was $10 dollars! Well worth it to bring your dogs in, she knew exactly what she was doing, got the job done and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I took my pomeranian to them and they returned her with her head dripping wet. When I asked why, I got some mumbled double talk, so I paid and left. When I got home, I noticed one of her eyes was half closed. I thought maybe soap irritated her eye. But it didn't go away. The vet said she had a hole in her eye. The visit including eye medicine was $88. I called the Bark, Bath and asked for the owner. I explained what happened, and she insisted that they didn't damage my dogs eye. Her cut was also subpar. I wouldn't trust these people and my dog ended up having a permanent scar on her eye.

Great groomer, quick and easy service! Was able to see my moms dog within a few minutes of inquiring. She was gentle and did a great job.

Honestly they don't deserve even one StarDid terrible job. The place is dirty. My dogs have been terrified and my smallest, under 5 pounds, old, and can no longer hear and she has no teeth to defend herself,if she wanted. Nothing professional about the place or the groomer that dresses in very non-professional attire.😖😤😡
