I’ve been going to this location for a long time I would say the beginning of 2014 and I think I liked it very much because it’s really close to me and me my family always go there for our needs and their inside is very nice we always get what we need. it takes us just 2 minutes to walk there and all the employees Manager Know Us very well because we go all the time..I have never ever face any issues with that store employees or managers they know me by my face that I am their regular customer. my mom go there as well.. recently I am having very experience because there is an old lady at the register when ever I go she’s there I have not seen any previous employee for a couple visit and she always seems stranger one day me and my mom went there my mom had something on her hand that she wants to exchange… the cashier lady literally said that .when you walked in with some things she thinks customers Steal. And there was another customer were standing in front of us so she insulted us very badly which she has no right to say it if she doesn’t see it someone stealing stuff it’s not only and my mom had the proof on her hand that she had to recede all I think that she is not a very good cashier for front to give a customer service. She’s a very negative minded person she always thinks negative deep thought and everyone you can be a good customer service so I think the management should take an action

This Particular Family Dollar is a nice shopoing experience. The store is very clean and well organized! I will go out of my way to shop at this one. I actually have a FD at the end of my street. But I will get in my car and drive the 2.8 miles to go to this one. The staff care about their store and the customers! In today's world this goes a long way!! Prices are the same as the other FD stores in my area. But this one hands down wins my business.

The clerk at the counter was awesome. She greeted you when you came in the store made sure she had her mask on too. The store was cleaned and stock I'll be coming to this location for now on.

I wanted to Family Dollar today is spent $105 buying groceries and things I need for the week. I get up to the register in this heavyset white woman would a very very nasty attitude was very disrespectful to me and was arguing with me because I asked her how much was a case of top and she told me she don't get paid enough to remember prices when she's running the register. This is not the first occasion I had with this woman at the Family Dollar she has been very disrespectful to me for the past one year that I know of she's worked there I would highly recommend to get rid of her she's bad on business and something is terribly wrong with that woman in her head

Friendly workers greeted me soon as I walked in. And I was walked to the area for the product I can for. Awesome! Some of the other stores I've shopped in only pointed to a area like I was a dog playing fetch! Family Dollar workers rate 100% customer satisfaction

Stopped in to get a pop. Picked up a couple sandwiches. The sandwiches didn't taste right at all. Had to go back and demand my money back. Was simply gross.

Would give 0 stars if I could but since it's not an option I guess they can get more than they deserve. I went in an bought a pair of shorts for someone when they didnt fit and we tried to just EXCHANGE them for another size they told me all they could do was give me 3 dollars back because they're clothes aren't pinned and people steal from them all the time, Then asked if we wanted to keep going from there this "manager" was very rude and confrontational, before we could answer she just walked away, I've had bad experiences at this family dollar before but because it was down the street from my house we've over looked it. This is just plan ridiculous. That's not customer service. Will not ever go back.

I have been shopping at this location for well over 4 years and I really haven't had any problems, But today I sent my son's in the store like I always do there all over the ago of 10 and the Manager told them I have to come in 1 at a time ????1 at time so I went in the store and ask who told them that .No said anything, so I asked again and she well Its her rule that only 1 kid at a time can come in the store at once. That's funny because they often go in the store while im in the car so im not understanding what made today any different. So she then tell me that kids are coming in taking things and trashing the store.....And the way she talked to my son's was out of line....

It was good till I got to the car and followed by the D.E.A. apparently your not allowed to be near 8 mile if your Puerto Rican and white then about 8 miles and 6 unmarked vans trucks and jeeps 4 marked cops they decided they wanted to take inventory on what was in my car and on my person smh it was just crazy.

My friends and I shop there whenever we need anything it's right down the street convenient good prices nice people they have a variety it's not too big not too small love it good deal on clothes and everything else so happy because they're about not even 5 minutes from my home thank you didn't see my favorite harder's worker she's blond can't think of her name off hand today anyway you're the only store that I have not mind giving feedback to thanks for being so close and I enjoy your prices like I said especially on SSI God bless and good health.

Walk into Clark's hollering and cursing at each other. Then being very rude with the customer that where in line in front of me. To the point I put the stuff I was going to buy down on the counter and walked out. Very very unprofessional and very rude.

Worst costumer service ever, I asked cami the cashier if she was open, she told me no and proceeded to help 2 other costumers while I waited on first cashier, that's why I go to Walmart and target, I'm actually treated like a customer, u don't deserve your job cami and that's why I will make sure social media knows u well.

Family Dollar is an excellent store and they are restocking on all your favorite cleaning supplies. Like Clorox bleach , Clorox bathroom cleaner , bathroom tissue and Kleenex and other household cleaning supplies.

They are not answering there phone and i have a a complaint i bought a pair of bluetooth headset and they dont work they have been charging for 4 hours straight and they still dont work and i calling and no one wont pick up they need to pick up its there job to do that
