I enjoy Rite Aide because there's usually no lines if so maybe one to two people. Never, more. My prescriptions are always ready in a fashionable time. Must I say the cleanliness of the store was upstanding to say the least.

They don’t deserve a star. Every month is a huge hassle when trying to fill an important medication for seizures. Lied to multiple times that it will be ordered and in the next day. Another pharmacy contacted them to get the prescription to have filled elsewhere and no communication. (Second time this has happened) Not to mention all the wasted trips there thinking we would get the med. This is not “just” Tylenol we can get OTC…. It’s for seizures! I hope as a pharmacist or tech you would realize the importance. Or even fake that you care. Oh and don’t worry we know what to do when a seizure comes on.I would highly suggest going elsewhere for medications.

Carson Rite aid is the worse. Amy the manager thinks she's better than everyone. She told my son that he couldn't use my rewards card because I was not there with him, when in fact I was sitting in my car sick. I have seen her talk about other employees to people that know these people. I will NEVER step foot in there as long as Amy is manager there.Don't get me started on the pharmacy. Was told I can't pick up my husband's prescription anymore even though he's still working or just getting out of work in ionia and can't get there before they close. Even though the bottle says he had 1 more refill left they call me and tell there is no refill left and to call the Dr. I literally have to have the Dr call and chew them out. I took our scripts to Carson Apothecary.

Stores new management isn’t coming to par on keeping the store clean! People walking in with no shoes is disgusting how do you know they are keeping to themselves, items are everywhere they shouldn’t be, store just has no respect, the girls in there are stuck up and only select who they say hello to which on the door it says everyone is welcomed and the saying that it’s personal with us, oh yeah it’s personal with an attitude and remarks towards certain customers!

O stars, 2 employees outside smoking when I and another customer arrived, no help at the pharmacy, no help at the checkout either. Waited for the 2 employees to take their sweet slow time to get back to work and come inside and wait on us. I was ready to walk out and ask if my items were free. This is the second time this week this has happened.

I love going into this store it's well organized and can find things. Pharmacy are great people they know who you are and your prescription most of the time and everyone in this store is very helpful.

The store is often clean and the staff are nice.However you need to make sure you check your food before you buy it. I bought some of their magnum ice-cream on sale and brought them to the counter. I noticed that one of the tops were cracked and you could see through the top into the ice-cream. I told the cashier and asked him if I could get a new one. He agreed, I then asked what he wanted me to do with the smashed one, and instead of throwing it away he had me out it back on the freezer for sale!

I do not know what happened at this store. We were so pleased and happy coming here for our pharmaceutical needs but over the course of the last 12 months it has fell apart, and the staff has become rude, short and unprofessional. Rite Aid is about to lose a family of 5 due to poor customers service and NEVER having your script in stock. Truly, it is a waste of time.

For starters they lost my meds twice an no apologies just told me that I can pay cash for another script!!! WOW!!!!! An to top it off they truly don’t care about the patients an that’s a shame !!! So RiteAid in Carson City you get zero stars!!!!!! An you should bring Brad back at least he cares about the patients an there needs!!!!!!

Pharmacist was very rude and acted like a drama queen, just because we were there at 12:25 and he was supposed to be on lunch in 5min. He marched around to the outside and changed his lunch on the board and said guess I'll have to wait again, he said "I work 12/15 hrs a day don't get to eat, drink anything and can't get to the bathroom"when I checked the day before they told me anytime 9to5 is best they said nothing of a lunch time shut down, we didn't do it on purpose, we were just out and about what a jerk, should hire some mature people 🇺🇸😔

Shannon at front desk was rude and disrespectful. I will be speaking with Tim the manager at this location about an incident that happened today. I will be questioning store policy and how it applies to a child/minor. As a business owner myself, I would hope ones customer service is taken seriously.

This has to be one of the slowest pharmacies in the area. I messed up and told the dr to send my scripts here on accident instead of the Carson city apothecary, won’t make that mistake again!

Long waits at pharmacy. Scripts are not able to be filled, after they say they can fill them. Then they don't bother to call you and let you know that they can't fill your medication, they let you drive all the way there to find out. Thanks for your consideration. New Meijer pharmacy costumer.

Rude pharmacy team. I wouldn't recommend filling any prescriptions here. I have dreaded going into this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions and I'm not dealing with it anymore. I used this pharmacy because it's 5 minutes from our new home, but I would rather drive the 30 minutes to Greenville.
