Very disappointed that even though there is a Bayshire Beauty Academy in the same town this goodwill does not honor the 15% student discount because my school does not provide student id's. I asked if a class schedule or student aid report would suffice as it does for AMAZON & DOOR DASH but was told no. What a great way to deceive & lure consumers in to spend more money than they would have!

Will never go to good will in caro to donate anything. Went yesterday to donate catseats baby rockers n bouncers n a stroller was told they can't accept them due to recent recalls. All the stuff we took wasn't on any re all list. So go to revive ministry in cass city if you want to donate baby items. Goodwill in bad axe sells baby items but cards store apparel doesn't. Their a thrift store like a second hand store. My aunt worked there a few years ago and told me they can accept all baby items cause they do sell them.

Great selection of items! They're always putting out new items and are consistent with sales. The front of the store is usually seasonal items. I always love going here and looking for different treasures! Friendly staff and great service!

I had such a great visit to the Caro Goodwill today. I found some awesome treasures, at great prices. Sometimes I think some items are way over priced but today I got lucky. I love looking at the books and digging through the shelves for great deals. Thanks Goodwill you did good today!!!!

My husband likes to shop here. He normally finds a lot of good cloths. I however rarely find pants for myself. It's hard to find them for my teenagers. Most non clothing items are really overpriced.

I like that they do color sticker half off days but a lot of prices are pretty expensive. These items are donated and this place is trying to make to much of a profit off donated goods. Some of the shelves are organized but then others its like the items are just thown in a pile for u to have to dig through.

I've never been so disappointed in goodwill as much as I am now i used to work at the caro store and I remember how important it was to color coordinate and hang on right size of rack which was taught first day. I go searching for clothes in my size and I search through 2x and 38 pants I find a shirt I like but its not 2x I honestly get tired of even looking for anything there because theirs no organization I hope caro reads this and just goes through and organizes everything u till then I'll take my business to bay city or bad axe

Over priced and goodwill is a profit organization owner makes millions a year off your donations.donate to a real non profit organization. Like salvation army or at least your local thrift shop. Not to these crooks!!!

Prices raised and no sale colors except on Sunday. Still less expensive than a regular priced store, but getting close to Walmart's prices!

Staff was friendly enough, the store is just small and hasn't had that great a selection in the few times I've been in. Some of the pricing is high for used products, too.

I have been to many goodwills and I find this goodwills prices to be unbelievable. It seriously makes me wonder how they feel right in putting such high prices on items that have been given to them?
