I take my long haired golden doodle here for grooming quite often and won’t take him anywhere else! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. My dog is pretty hyper and jumps sometimes but they’re so patient with him. Fast, effective, and reliable. Lastly, they’re very very affordable for the quality of work they do.

10/10 definitely recommend. I’ve been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy groomer for my Aussie mix Jessie, but Becky and Brett are absolutely amazing! They took my baby in last minute and helped relieve her of her mats. They treated her like she was their own and answered every single question I had. they are very genuine people and now a days that’s hard to come by. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

I have taken my Layla twice now for grooming. This couple are so caring takes care of my baby. She smiles when she is done with her spa treatments. My baby is a little old lady so it takes a little effort and patience to groom her since she doesn't always wants to stand up but they take the time to make sure she is comfortable. I didn't know about this shop till one day when I had my girl at the vet (Heritage on N Genesee) and Becky and I started chatting while we waited out turn. When I got home of course I checked for reviews and nothing but good to say about this wonderful family owned business. Try them I'm sure you will be delighted

Our 7 month old pup Ollie got his first haircut today at Borton’s! From the phone call to schedule, to the drop off, to the pickup they could not have been more friendly, accommodating, or kind. Becky was super sweet, Bret was very personable and Ollie looks and smells great! We are thankful to have found such a great place to take our little dude.

The owner/groomer were very friendly and very helpful. They asked all the questions as to how I wanted our bernedoodle groomed and made helpful suggestions!! Our fur baby looks great and they really genuinely seem to love all the dogs in their care!! We will definitely be using their grooming services again and their boarding services too!!

I would highly recommend for you to bring your pet here the people that work here are extremely friendly made my baby Gypsy Rose even feel comfortable when she got her nails done they listen to what you want they even recommend things they have a lot to offer you and you will definitely feel welcomed thank you so much

I always take my girl Zoey here! They provide excellent grooming for all different breeds and the boarding/daycare always makes sure Zoey is comfortable and has fun. She gets to play in a good group that match her energy level and she always comes back tuckered out. I highly recommend this place to any locals or passerby, it feels like family! Plus the update pictures are always so cute!

I love taking my American pitbull terrier Kris here. He is so happy. I know they take such loving care of him. He is a handful and loves Brett and Becky! I wouldn't take him anywhere else as they know his personality and are very loving towards him. They do great with cutting his nails and bathing him. His nails always look so nice. We are looking forward to starting individual training sessions next month.

Bortons Family owned businesses. It’s very impressive how they take an interest in every single dog. They consider dog personalities and traits and pair them up gradually until they have several puppy buddies to play with. We love it there almost as much as our dog Duke!

Our puppy Aria loves going to Bortons! We knew right away it was a good fit for her when we met Becky. We could tell she cares for every pet. Her and Bret pay close attention to each of the dogs to pair them according to their personalities & behavior, and address their needs as the day goes on. Becky has called me right away if there were any problems with Aria. They also have been very flexible with scheduling. We love Bortons and are grateful Becky & Bret have such a great daycare for Aria to play and stay!

I met the new groomer for this place and the love for animals she has is phenomenal I watched her shave a one eyed cat bare hands no help and it looked so easy, also I plan to use the facility for my dogs daycare soon, a friend of Amanda's is a friend of mine and she said first hand the Bottoms have a love for animals just like her, so we will be visiting soon!! Love the videos and pictures from Facebook to! Can't wait to watch this place grow and grow!!!

These folks are amazing!!! They love your pet just like you do. They encourage socializing, playing, outdoor times and quiet times!!!Our pups always come home tired!!! You know they are doing something right when you ask your pets if they wanna see “Mrs. Becky” and they are so excited to get in the car to go! We never worry when they are there in the facility!!! They take care of my dog, Chuck, everyday while I’m at work! It’s great for him cause he can play and burn all his energy during the day and then come home to get some cuddles! He loves going every morning and is howling as soon as we turn in the parking lot! This place is caring and great with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages!

Amazing people who truly love and care for the dogs as if they were their own. Our fur baby loves going to day care! He walks right in and takes off the minute they open the door. He comes home wore out from playing all day. He has stayed overnight for boarding. It’s nice to be able to get away and relax knowing Zeus was in great hands.
