Best place in a 30 minute radius for flower selection. Allison was very nice, and helpful. I definitely recommended this place. It can get pretty full on the weekends, so you might want to come earlier around then.

My story is a good one. I had thought I had been there before but after walking in, nothing looked familiar. The Clerk noticed right away and got my confused self to the right area right away. (pleasant and clear instructions). Once at the counter, I knew what I liked and the effect I needed but no idea of the product I needed. I told them what I wanted to spend and they spent the time at got me hooked up. (with compassion and understanding)I then preceded to break a few rules while in the store which I was not aware of. 😳But still….. They seemed to laugh it off.Great work to your crew.This is my life, I live with dementia.Wish everyone could experience this all the time.🙏💙🙏P.s. I noticed youRobby Kline

Visited last weekend. Shopped for rec. The location is so cute! The front desk people are kind and quick. Budtender was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. 10 out of 10 experience. Product wise they have a lot of options for people wanting to spend a lot or a little and it seems fresh and well regulated. Will return!

Been here many times, and their staff is always professional, courteous and friendly. A lot of times you need cash to pay, but there’s an ATM next door, and their location in downtown Buchanan is also close to stores that sell pipes and stuff, so very convenient. I’ve gone to other stores who are closer to me, but I keep going to Zen because they advertise when the customer seems receptive, get to the point when they don’t, and the wait is never very long. Very highly recommended!

Deli style dispensary that has an incredibly friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommended to anyone looking for their new favorite dispensary. Patient and kind staff. Only knock is you'll have to come with some time, as transactions take a little bit of time with how they're set up.

Today was great, didn’t have to wait at all really, enjoyed your wisdom discount. It’s a bit of a drive, but I believe it’s worth it, and I actually enjoy getting out of the house, and when the weather warms up the drive will be much more enjoyable. I’m good for at least one visit a month. ✌🏼❤️

I come here about once a week. In my opinion the nicest store on the block.awesome service.ththere $110 and$170 daily deals are always worry the price. There very knowledgeable and super helpful. If there's any problems they have no problem fixing it and fixing it correctly. One thing I wish they did is giving more points.you can only save to $60 before you have to use it.other places you can save up to $200. Much appreciated

She gave us honest recommendations ❤️ definitely making monthly trips the store overall was great atmosphere and smelled even better . I love the way the package .

Alyse was friendly and helpful from the get-go and I was very pleased with the customer service she provided. I was in and out the store quickly and she was able to make sure my discount code was able to be used on my order today. I'll hopefully be back sooner than later to Zen Leaf next time I make a trip to Michigan for the ganj.

EDITsold me a dud and customer service didn't actually read my email, just sent me an automated response that in no way helped. Gonna have to call their help center whenever I have time and hope and pray that they actually help instead of just telling me it’s been too long. Don’t really see how it’s my fault for using my other two carts first and then immediately emailing them when I realized the cart didn’t work. Michigan needs to do better checking their products because I NEVER had this problem in Washington.First time going, and I loved it! Super sweet staff :)

Wasn't very impressed with the quality. Bought from the top shelf and was very expensive and the quality didn't match the price. The gummies were good but the flower left a lot to be desired. Being it was my first time there, I'm not likely to repeat.

This place was pretty cool. I was taken care of fast and there was no long wait for a Sunday morning. The person that did my order was very patient and super nice. Prices are on point as well. The parking is a little hairy since it is on street but that's not the end of the world just be prepared to walk maybe a block or you can do an online order and make your life even easier. I would most definitely come back!

Different since Urb opened in New Buffalo. Stiizy carts were $10 more per cart at Zen. Then zen didn’t have any Stiizy carts. Element carts all higher priced too. Alyssa did the best she could for us Saturday. What I’ve learned is go on a week day to Urb and save a ton of money for same products. We dove the extra 1/2 hour to go to Zen and pay considerably more money. Hate to say the super store Urb will do that till ya all are out out of business it seems. That place was mobbed like a full mall parking lot. I see why. Next time I’ll go there on a week day to see if it’s easier to get in. We have been loyal to Zen since we started buying legally. Showed a list of there prices. You can see them too as well. We spend a good $400 average every time. So it really added up for less. Hope to see a better price list for my next trip. Or won’t be one. Sorry. Service 5 stars, prices 1 star, products on hand, 1 star.

I told Sebastian that I wanted something that would give me energy but make me feel blissful. Major satisfaction on both; the disposable -‘Green Crack’ is Fab and the Blood Orange gummies are wonderful.
