Terrible customer service! My family and I will never return, we will stick with Dollar General. Manager , Becca , seems to carry a a huge chip on her shoulders. Perhaps she has something to prove? I’ve witnessed this before with members of her crew. However, this was the first time she lashed out at us. I simply had a question about an item in the back and she replied “ what is it!? “ I repeated myself and she stated “I’m on the computer right now” I offered to wait. She proceeded to roll her eyes and never bothered to comment further. After 5 minutes we decided to leave as our money is better spent else where, and her lack of personal hygiene was starting to bother my nose. Becca needs to be replaced. She is rude, short tempered, and has a hard time listening. Family Dollar is a dying chain, she’ll be unemployed or knocking on Dollar generals door next. What goes around comes around.

Cashier didn't point me in the correct direction for what I needed.My car wouldn't start in the parking lot. They didn't offer the least assistance and I'm disabled. I was stranded there several hours and returned inside to purchase snacks and drinks. When I went in and asked to use the restroom was told it's not for public, I could cross to the gas station, so I asked if I could use a shopping cart to aid me in walking so far, they informed me that they couldn't leave the premises. After standing there a minute a manager came out and told me she couldn't allow anyone in back because they were counting a drawer, she did permit to take a cart over to the station on grounds that I return it.... The people there have changed, they offer the mandatory greeting when you enter, otherwise not at all friendly or helpful.They've lost my business!!

The room was nice size, the bed was clean and comfortable. To access the room was quick and convenient. The hotel was virtually empty which made for quiet night. The staff was courteous and helpful. Lots of parking

Family Dollar really has a huge selection of just about anything you would ever want . I was going in today to buy a new showed rod and curten , and the selection they had was great I ended up getting the whole story plus rings for $ 15.00 , what a great deal . & The girl that was working was very friendly , good job Family Dollar , I'm giving you a thumbs up today ! 👍

I love the frozen food section.Ice cream and white castles and friendly service always makes me smile more and more. Also, the shoelaces always makes old shoes look new. And, paper plates make me happy because they are affordable and doing dishes sometimes brings me down.Further, buying toilet paper in mass quantities is ideal as one stocks up for long drudging winters.Finally, trash bags,that actually fit into my kitchen garbage can is very nice.Moreover, the sandwich bags are nice for storing leftover food items.And, I'm grateful for the breathmints that are available, in particular, the Altiods brand.In addition, it is located near Mcdonalds where Mcdonalds sells really nice tasting sundaes.What is more, is that it is close by near Rite- Aid across the street where friendly service likewise is also demonstrated.In summary, it has a small town friendly atmosphere where the employees treat the customers like neighbors and not strangers.Hence, in turn, I offer a smile to all the employees for their diligent effort to maintain a caring atmosphere for those who shop wisely.

We won't be shopping at Family Dollar anymore. They are not enforcing the face mask order in their stores. The employees are wearing their masks down under their noses. Very unprofessional. If the management is so weak they can't stand up for people during this pandemic they don't get my family's business

The manger Becca was very rude and disrespectful I dont appreciate her service at all, I asked about candy if she had any in the back and she said what is it im kinda doing something at the computer right now, she didn't even wanna hear what I was saying she was more concerned about her computer then her customer she was very rude will never return.
