We have used State Farm for years and have always received the best customer care. Karla has been our "go to" person and has always been most helpful. Adding Nicole to the team has made our experiences even better. If any sort of insurance question is mentioned she is digging and eager to get us the information and taking care of our needs. They even go as far as making recommendations to other insurance companies if they do not offer what is necessary. Who does that??? If you haven't tried State Farm you should!

Vincent was all that you could ever expect from a insurance agent. We had a very limited amount of time to get insurance quote and to get coverage and he was so helpful knowledgeable and quick. All the way up to 5:00 pm and was willing to stay extra overall on his Friday to make sure we left happy and totally covered. Very satisfied with his whole sales and service. Was with State Farm for 6 years for homeowners insurance only. They kept trying to get us to bundle but even with bundling our auto it was still way more expensive than the auto insurance we had at the time. We wanted to make some changes to our policy so we made a few calls to State Farm to get things squared away. Often they would call while I was at work so I would have to call them back. On several occasions they were busy and would call me back later. Weeks would go by until they called back. I never called them a second time because I didn’t know what they even wanted. I again received a call while I was at work and I returned the call as usual and was told I would get a call back. I didn’t, until a month later. But it was while I was at work AGAIN. This time a voicemail was left saying the changes we wanted to make were not able to be made and our insurance would expire in 4 days. This is such an unprofessional, classless, and most of all way too expensive. They didn’t care to help me out for anything. They left us out to dry. When I tried to call them back one final time, nobody would answer during their working hours.

Worst insurance company ive ever dealt with. Local branch is awesome company as a whole sucks. Dealing with claims is worse than pullong teeth. Only concerned with taking your money and making you jump through hoops.
