Just stopped by on a whim this evening. It was well worth it. The staff was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you’re just beginning enjoying birds (like me) or a seasoned veteran this is the place to go. I was so happy when I left, it really made my day. I don’t know where to start! I absolutely love WBU Brighton and their amazing staff! Their passion for what they do in sharing the love of “birding” is abundantly apparent. My visits to the store are so enjoyable, and when I have to order online, I get my order within a day, with a personalized note from the team. I cannot say how important it is to shop local. When it comes to nature and all its creatures, nobody is better informed than Certified Wildlife Educator Laurel Zoet.Stop in to their shop or engage them via social media or email. If they don't answer the phone it means they are super busy helping customers face-to-face!

Ordered a hummingbird feeder for my mom as a birthday present and it was delivered the very next day! It was also wrapped like a present :) I live in Washington so when my mom texted me that she received a beautifully wrapped bird feeder this morning- I was shocked by the order fulfillment speed & customer service. I also purchased a feeder from the local store by me and enjoy it almost as much as my hummingbirds! Love wild birds unlimited!!!!

Really not the cheapest place to get these kinds of things by any means. But the sales staff was wonderfully helpful and educational without trying to up sell. I really appreciate the help I had picking out a Christmas gift here and while at first I was discouraged by some of the prices. I will definitely return because of the wonderful experience I had as a customer.

Not only do they offer top level customer service, they stock the best in New products as well as items you don't often come across. Owners are hands-on and really have and encourage customer involvement with fun Facebook contests, workshops hosted at the store. We always enjoy our visits. We drive from Saginaw because the store is just that good!

With all the bird supplies available in the big box stores, they don’t compare to this great small business. The staff is personable, helpful and low-pressure. They supply an abundance of wild life food and cool accessories.

I am very happy to have come across a local WBU in Michigan I can order online from.Free shipping over $75 and all those heavy bags of bird food delivered to my door!! I rec'd my items almost the next day & got some feeders at 20% off! Plus I had Mitch answer all my questions quickly & friendly via email. My new favorite online store!! I had stopped at the store a week or so earlier just to see what they had. I was nosey, I had built my own bird feeders, and I was lazy. A young lady took her time and walked me through what was available. Did not buy then.I returned about a week later. My wife and I had talked and she thought it might be fun to attracted the birds which congregate in the neighborhood. I bought the cylinder shaped feeder the two hanger pole with the Chickadee on top and a bag of shelled feed.She described how to keep the Grackles out of the feed and adjusted the spring on the inside. It works pretty well as the neighborhood bullies (Blue Jays ) showed up and it closed off the feeder ports.Finches, Chickadees, Sparrows, Cardinals, a Downy Woodpecker have been our guests to date.A nice little store with a helpful staff.

Got to be the 4-5th person to buy something from this store. The beauty of it is im not even into birds but the store makes you curious and interest to be.. bought my first birdhouse made from an 100yr old recycled barn. The amount of fun items in this store makes even the none bird crazed person want to buy something...

Mitch and Laurel Zoet have done a tremendous job opening this franchise in 2017. Something for everyone. Laurel is a professional nature educator and her enthusiasm comes through. Watch the live feed of birds, owls and other critters on the webcam. Bring the kiddies! Nature is very nuturing.
