Only place I get my medication without having to stand in a line for an hour. They are beyond helpful and the staff is so friendly. I was having a problem with my insurance and my medication was not covered, they gladly helped me by applying a coupon which dropped the cost of my meds by over 85%. They truly are people who care. Sad to see so many people giving poor reviews.

I love Rite-Aid on Houghton Avenue in West Branch. They provide excellent pharmacy services, done consistently and promptly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their Greeting card selection and natural products. And they have fabulous seasonal deals. Good things CAN come in smaller packages!!

Failed to provide medications on time routinely! Told me there is no delivery after I ordered and paid for medication and delivery 3 times in 2 days. Rude, uncaring, unprofessional and dangerous if you need your medication on time!

I have called the pharmacy 5 times within the last 4 days to speak with them regarding a refill that was supposed to be auto generated and I don't know if it's been filled, along with a couple other questions/concerns...either they don't answer period or if they did I was put on hold, I hung up after 25 minutes of waiting for them! I don't know what we as customers are supposed to do to get our medication. I was there 2 weeks ago and STOOD in line in the store for an hour! I understand they are short staffed, etc but maybe their corporate office needs to step in because this is serious, its not like we are shoe shopping!! Something needs to be done to help staff that pharmacy sooner than later!! Very concerning

Last month I waited 21 days for my daughter's medication. She ended up with a four day stay. This month the script was called in 12 days ago. I've waited in line for two hours still no medications. The staff is trying but there is no help. Bottom line this isn't ok for patients to wait weeks and go without.

I'm trying so hard to be understanding & patient, because I know they're short staffed like so many other establishments. But this isn't Walmart, where if I can't get a loaf of bread or some toilet paper, it's a life threatening situation. For 4 months now several of our medications have been unfilled promptly with excuses ranging from we have to wait for our shipment to arrive, to yesterday, where I called 6 times between 9:15a.m. to 11a.m. & not 1 person answered the phone. I finally got someone to answer at 7:15pm only to be told they're closing at 8pm now. My husband has been without 2 of his serious meds for nearly 2 days! Unacceptable!

If I could give them Negative stars, I would. I just spent 1/2 hour picking up an RX that was “ready” when my husband called this morning. When I picked it up, nobody came to the counter for 10 minutes and then told me that “..the Pharmacist is still counting them”. What??? Wasn’t it ready? Another lady next time said that’s the way it ways is. BE PREPARED TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES…….every time. I understand there is a shortage of help, but there were 3 people behind the counter. I don’t know about you, but when you go to pick something up that is supposed to be ready and nobody is in line ahead of you, it shouldn’t take this ridiculous amount of time. I’m never coming back. My time is more valuable than that.

West Branch Riteaid is the worst I have ever dealt with. I transfered my meds from the Saginaw store as I have relocated.I live 15 miles away from there. They are rude and slow.My Dr faxed a prescription over yesterday as I'm sick. Went there today..15miles away and they still haven't started to fill it. So I went back home.I just called and was on hold for 20mins. I hung up. The app is a joke to say the least.I will be transferring my prescriptions. Get it together Riteaid! And that little red head at the drive thru.Maybe you shouldn't be working around people or bet a job you like.

This place NEVER has my prescription in stock, and i understand sometimes its out of their control. But whats bad is that they lie about having it, when theyre getting it etc. Causing so far a 4 day delay. If pharmacies dont carry it, and know theyre out, why do they take the script? Why do they keep lying?

Wow if your retired and your collecting social security your probably on a tight budget and are trying to stretch your small government check then RITE AID might not be the best choice. I’m using a Good RX CARD to save money and am not having any luck having RITE AID honor the GOOD RX CARD’s posted prices that RITE AID agreed to honor with good rx. My wife warned me about this location and I didn’t listen to her DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !

I was in there last week to buy a few sale items and as I loaded my water in my car I cut the top of my hand, it was bleeding and I went back in to buy a bandage, by the time a got to them I was dripping blood and I was so lucky the drug store lady saw me and came out to help me, she cleaned my hand. and found me a bandage, I offered to clean the blood on the floor and she said no problem, she would clean it up. Thanks so much for her awesome help.

I just called to ask a question. The lady on the phone was very rude..no customer service at all. I have never had any problems before. I'm sorry to inconvenience you with a phone call and a quick question. I don't know if she was having a bad day... Kindess goes a long ways and if you don't like your job they are hiring everywhere. Very sad.

Great trained staff answered questions and meds filled in a timely manner I switched from Walgreens pharmacy across the street, I'll be staying with Rite Aid pharmacy for a very long time..Thank you Staff and Pharmacist aswell!!
