Update 9/23: Bout need for Homecoming and Swonks came through..again! Always gorgeous work and affordable. Hubby always surprises me with flowers and their roses always last me a week or longer with several water changes and cuts! Great place! Go!Older Review: Needed a wrist corsage at the last minute and Swonks came through! A little bit on the pricey side for what we purchased but was worth it since it was last minute and they stayed open for us to get it done!

They did an amazing job on the casket blanket for my grandma’s funeral. Everything looked as we expected and delivered two days later to the funeral home for us. They helped us to customize our floral arrangements and helped it become a little more affordable. The girls were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend ordering flowers from swonks for any occasion.

I went there last min I didnt know what I wanted I gave them a general idea and a price range and they whipped up this very nice arrangement within an hour or so in time for the viewing I was very impressed with their attitudes as they weren't upset at the short notice and they were friendly and they just rolled up thir sleeves and got to work the outcome was timely and the arrangement was beautiful thank you Heather Powell and staff you are wonderful and I am so glad I stopped you reallly stepped up I am 100% satisfied. Giving only hours notice, we made the request for a very unique funeral arrangement to be made, using personal items we brought into Swonk’s Flowers and Gifts in order to commemorate a dearly beloved friend, family member and local business owner. I have used Swonk's multiple times and am never disappointed. They have the prettiest plants and the most beautiful flower arrangements. Their florist, Megan and Avari, are very talented and kind. Received an arrangement ordered by my veterinarian after my dog's death. It was a small plant still in the small green plastic grow container thrown in a small ceramic pot. Minimal effort and honestly ugly. More of an insult than a comfort. Felt sorry that my vet sent this in good faith.

I ordered a flower arrangement not long before the holiday and even in this difficult time Swonk's was able to provide a beautiful bouquet. I expected that due to the lateness of my order it would not be delivered until after the holiday, but instead (and much to my delight) it was delivered early! The flowers were very well received and although substitutions had to be made the end result was gorgeous - perhaps even better than what I ordered in the first place. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Swonk's for doing such an amazing job in spite of such difficult circumstances!

I ordered flowers for my grandmother who was getting home from the hospital as I live out of state and John was amazingly helpful! She hadn’t made it home yet and he kindly gave me the option to deliver later today and called to follow up and make sure she was home so he could deliver them. Thank you so much for a hassle-free experience. My Aunt received a lovely floral arrangement today. I had a really bad experiences with 800-flowers that has driven me to seek out local florists for my flower deliveries. I am ordering from San Francisco, CA. Swonk's did a fantastic job and the flowers made my Aunt's day. She sent me a photo of the flowers and I was very pleased with the arrangement based on what I had chosen off the website. Thank you! A smile was delivered to two people today - me and my Aunt. :)

Swonk’s did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. I worked primarily with Jeanette and she has such a great vision. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my bridal bouquet to look like and we built the flowers from there. The flowers were more beautiful than I imagined. Beautiful flower arrangements! I purchased a flower arrangement here for my mom for Mother’s Day. I told them what my price point was and the colors she likes and went with DESIGNERS CHOICE. They hit it out of the park with a stunning and creative arrangement. The arrangement was full and lasted for a long time. DESIGNERS CHOICE is the way to go!!

I live in Oklahoma and needed to send flowers to my mother-in-law in Battle Creek, MI, who is in a nursing facility. I Googled and found Swonk's flower shop.Upon delivery of the flowers, the employee was informed that glass vases were not allowed in the nursing facility. This employee went above and beyond to go find a plastic vase in which to deliver the flowers!I am so pleased with the customer service and the flowers that i will now be a repeat customer of Swonk's. I highly recommend them and i guarantee you will NOT be disappointed!

Patwolfie is my Google name. My actual name is Steve Spruill. I live in Virginia. Recently, I turned online to Swonk's flower shop to order a display on a stand, suitable for the graveside service of a dear family friend. I used them because I remembered how good they were when I was a high school kid growing up in Battle Creek, ordering corsages for my prom date. My memories of their excellent flowers and service were confirmed. From start to finish, Swonk's not only made it easy, they provided a beautiful display at a good price, and they went beyond the call of duty, researching the location of the burial plot (which I did not have in hand) and delivering the flowers at just the right moment to be set up before the service, even though the cemetery was several miles outside Battle Creek from their shop. The process of ordering and paying was easy, Swonk's stayed in touch in a way I found very reassuring, and this was all done from six hundred miles away. You can have total confidence in Swonk's.

Last week I had to come in to the shop to order flowers for my uncle's funeral. The lady who helped me was nice, and the flowers were gorgeous, good quality...8 days later and they still look fresh. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered flowers for a funeral online. The picture was beautiful and full of flowers. Someone who attended the funeral sent me a picture of them. The vase was sparely filled......I don't believe there were a dozen flowers total in the vase. When I contacted the owner through email and facebook with a picture of what I ordered and the picture of what was delivered and my disappointment.........I did not get a response of any kind to either message. I will not be ordering from Swonk's again.

I attended a funeral today . I saw 2 of the most awesome,beautiful arrangements that I have ever seen.Their were 3 bird of paradise with a Hawaii look,the colors were purple and orange with huge orange Gerber daisy's. My favorite was the all purple arrangement. It was breathe taking.The funeral director even mention they were the most beautiful they had ever seen. Whoever was the artist of these arrangements is very gifted indeed.

Used to use them all the time. Switched to Lakeside because all I got was a "I have a new girl and your order isn't here" when I called in to inquire about our order because they never called us back as they stated they would. An apology BEFORE I got angry at her response would have been nice and would have diffused the situation. Very poor customer service. Worked out for me, Lakeside's flowers are much fresher and better priced. So I guess I should thank them lol
