Walked in about 2 minutes before closing time. I know, my bad. But knew what I wanted and was paying with a card. The girl working refused service to me and was rude as hell. I would ha e been out of there in less than a minute. Oh well, time to go elsewhere. They are a joke for actual vape supplies anyway.

Update:So today (9/6) the managers made things right on this issue, actually they went above and beyond what I would have expected & they have a customer backI bought a mod on Wednesday was told had 2 weeks that I could bring it back came in today Saturday which is only 3 days was told by the same person who sold it to me that he said only if something is wrong, no he said any reasonSaid needed to talk to his manager ok I will talk to him, well he's not here, well when he be. Answer I got was maybe tomorrow. really you don't know when you're manager will be thereWell you have just lost a good customer I'm now going to stop going to all wild bill

Went in looking 4 something specific and didn't find it. However I did find something comparable, so I didn't leave empty handed. They have a kool selection of lighters, as I've recently discovered. They usually have specials so check with them first. The parking is accommodating and well lit in the evening. So to summing it up....As always a nice selection, staff is for the most part knowledgeable about most items. Clean establishment. And decent parking. I will definitely go back to check 4 my specific item time to time and to possibly pick up any super buys on lighters.

My Aegis mod broke so I came in to buy a new one. I like Wild Bills so much, I go out of my way just to come here. My experience with the first employee wasn't very good this visit, but thankfully the manager Maddie was extremely helpful and it ended up being a good visit as usual. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

There's a turf war between this store and The Tobacco Shoppe. I don't care for how both speak about each other.This is the better one though. The people working here are much more knowledgeable in what they sell. That being said, if you don't know what you're going in there for, you're not going to have a good time.

Love this place. They are very helpful with whatever you need or whatever you want to learn. Prices are good. Staff is friendly. Wednesdays they have a sale. Just wish there was one closer to me that Battle Creek.

They have great attitudes and greet you as soon as you walk through the door and the selection of glasswares is immensely huge and top quality they have a range of different items from the cheap to the expensive go check them out to see for yourself!!

A bit pricey for their glass, but they have a huge selection. The workers are very helpful especially if you have an idea of what you want but are not sure exactly how to put the idea together. They also have a large selection of tobacco products along the back wall.

Typically treated well by staff in the morning. The afternoon folks seem preoccupied and too busy to be helpful. Took 3 trips to figure out how to even sign up for veteran discount! Thx to the crew this morning all is well.

Always feel like im interrupting something that to the employees, is more important than doing their job. No greeting, no verbal acknowledgement at all. Instead awkward silence and almost an eye roll when i ordered up my selection of tobacco products from behind the counter. Completely disgusted by my experience here almost every visit.

Very helpful people! I would give them five stars but their orders always came out on Tuesday and by The Weeknd their inventory is normally low so Wednesday is the best day to shop there!

This establishment treats its clients kindly and knows how to establish conversation, to make sure you get what you want. I keep coming back all the time for juice as their repertoire is wide and diverse. My vape has been working amazing and following the instructions he gave me I haven't had any issue. All my friends come here. I heard about this place but I was never interested in dropping by. That was when my friend recommended this location to get my vape and I decided to give it a try and I don't regret anything. Ten out of ten, I would highly recommend to anyone that's not sure of what to get.

DO NOT BUY KRATOM AT THIS PLACE! I normally by Kingdom Kratom across the street at the Tobacco Shoppe, however, after a storm that left the Tobacco Shoppe closed without power, I had no choice but to go to Wild Bill’s, who had no power as well but we’re doing cash sales. I ended up paying nearly $60 for a 300 capsule bottle of Terrakratom that literally had ZERO effect on me, no matter how many capsules I took! Absolute garbage of a product and waste of money! I have never had to take more than 7 or 8 capsules of the Kingdom Kratom. Lesson learned!!
