Bryan is rude and presumptuous. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. He holds a negative personality and acts like he hates his job. A sentiment that he projects onto the customer and makes this store easy to stay away from. Not healthy for repeat business.

The store is clean, but management is not. My wife worked at the store and everything was going good until she got sick and had to go to doctor appointments. The scheduling manager (Mandy) took the opportunity to get my wife fired by says my wife had the time off, but didn't actually give it to her on paper. On top of that the store manager (Chad) is not responding to my wife's inquiries into the matter. So while my wife is trying to recover from being very ill she now has to find a new job. I truly hope that Mandy and Chad will feel the pain they have caused.

This is where I get my shots!!! They gave me $10 Walgreens rewards for each shot I received!! $20 for me!!! Love this Walgreens!!

If the blonde lady that wears glasses in the pharmacy doesn't like her job she should find a new one. The attitude isn't appreciated I'm just trying to get my meds and the whole time she had an attitude. Maybe this isn't the job for you ma'am.

I called three of the Walgreen's pharmacies in the city and this store had the best customer service over the phone. They were patient and polite, I felt invited. When I went in to the store they were even better. Me and my three children were getting Flu shots and it wasn't a quick process. However the pharmacy tech's and manager were so kind, friendly, and patient! John, Sylvia, and I don't remember the young man's name who took my call - starts with "G" THANK YOU!

Incompetence beyond comparison. I visited the pharmacy to receive a COVID-19 booster and seasonal flu vaccine. The employees are braindead who could not pull up my scheduled appointment. A total waste of my time. This is a disservice to the Battle Creek and Calhoun County community. I feel disappointed as I'm an instructor at KCC and an essential worker; such a lack of care in the pharmacy is setting barriers against herd immunity; the opposite of what we want to protect our family and loved ones. Continued poor service will keep Battle Creek at only 50% vaccination rate. I would not recommend this location, as the employees only count down the minutes until they leave for their lunch break and to end of their shift.

I would leave a 0 star review if possible. USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. These people have no idea how to do their job, checking their texts is Much more important to them than seeing customers. They tell you that your prescription will be ready at a designated time... it NEVER is. They laugh at the idea of customer service. Incompetence persinified. The people working at taco bell are more educated than these clowns. Just an absolute embarrassment. Try calling them as well. That will take about 2 hours of your day. But hey, I bet they get their breaks on time. Look at any customer's face leaving their pharmacy... That will tell you a lot. If you are going there simply because they comply with Grace Health's sliding pay scale, you can use Grace Health's pharmacy now. There is NO reason to give these "people" your business, as any other pharmacy will at least give you some respect as being a customer that is paying for their continued employment. Additionally, I have been given another customer's medication there/on three occasions during 4 years as a customer. Breaking EVERY H.I.P.P.A. law ever written.Official complaints for that are forthcoming. Garbage.

I just ran out of this Walgreens afraid of the sick cashier who couldn't stop coughing with her mask pulled down under her nose. She was coughing so hard you could hear her in the back of the store. Stores should check their employees for illness before their shift.

My experience at this Walgreens was excellent. Chianti Brooks is the go to person there. She’s a very good worker, next level of professionalism with tremendous customer service. I Recommend anyone to do business at this location and ask for Chianti in the Pharmacy department.

Why I no longer shop at Walgreens:1. their customer service sucks. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting because another customer had an issue. The other clerk finally came and opened another register and took people in line behind me first. I walked out.2. My bank card works everywhere but Walgreens. About half the time when I try to buy something at Wallgreens my card is declined. I've checked and my bank says there nothing wrong and I have plenty of money in the account.3. I absolutely hate that I am punished for not having a rewards card by having to pay a higher price.

I only use Walgreens as a last resort. You are always given the "that will take about an hour to 2 hour wait for meds" even when there is 4 people working and no customers. I go to sames club often now. With 4 customers they will still tell you 15 mins with only 2 employees working. Plus you get to eat samples while to wait lol.

Used the drive-thru just to be safe from the craziness going on the world. A young man helped me, I cannot spell his name but it started with a G. He took care of me quickly and even though he wore a mask, you can tell he is always smiling

Rx sent to wrong location, when I arrived at this location 3 hours after it was called in it still wasn't ready. They dudnt have yhe insursnce info!! At the drive through pick up they said it would be another hour, then another 1 1/2 hours if I left and came back, but if I come inside they could fo it in 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile my daughter is home alone sick waiting. What is the purpose of the drive through! And if my Rx wasn't ready why couldn't the first place I went to pull the Rx and fill it! It too was a walgreens. Not efficient way to run a business.

This Walgreens doesn't enforce the mask policy. They let anyone in - even though this pandemic isn't over.The person that was working the counter on 6/6/2020 at 2:00pm was not properly wearing a mask either.Their safety measures during this pandemic are a scam!!

Normally dont care for walgreens unless they have a sale cuz there stuff is outrageously more expensive but weird enough my ciggs (newport menthols) are actually cheaper there than anywhere else so i must say im impressed woth that only lbvs
