Salvation Army is great. Mom and I came by for a chair and a space rug and a dog toy. We talked about waste size and the kitchen rug needs to be replaced and the crazy dog who is going to eat a toy. Passed two other shoppers with a smile. Enjoying the time with Mom we really had a good time. Staff was able and willing to answer questions with knowledge. Including how to apply for a job opening. Thank you.

I used to shop here regularly. Unfortunately they have raised the prices so much over the last few months that I only go once every other month or so now. The prices have gotten so high that when I didn't see the black marker on the black bottom of the shoe and the cashier said. Whoa $18 seems a little high for these I will give them to you for 8. I told him $18 is high !!!

Old lady employee hates children and hates mothers as well. She followed us around the whole time and then yelled at me after I tried on some clothes. It's hard enough clothes shopping with children, I don't need some old batty babysitting me.

Very few new items....store looks like it is going to close....I see numerous big boxes of clothing,dishes,books, small appliances come through the door but not on shelves...

Love going there but if the employees don't get a raise after the sale changes from 69 cents for color of the week to 50% off color of the week on Saturdays, I won't be donating anymore there and I won't shop there. I don't donate to line your CEO's pockets.

Staff friendly and courteous. Location is great with lots of parking. Bathrooms were spotless. Prices are great and color of the week is a fantastic bargain.I would like to see an online way to view upcoming sales (like 69c day etc) and Holiday opening hours as I can't get to the store as often as I would like.I was disappointed to hear country songs playing last time I visited.

Why even post your hours if you are going to close the store early? The sign posted on the door says 8pm I arrived almost 20 minutes before closing only wanted to check if you had 1 thing I've been looking for but the doors were already locked. If you don't want to be open until 8 then change the posted hours please.

I've had multiple occasions where they've sold me something broken. This last time they sold me a broken CD player that I had to tear into with my bare hands to get my CDs out when it bricked on me. Thank you so much salvation army now I have physical scars to remember you by. Worthless and they do not do their jobs

Store is good size and clean. I found two bookshelves I wanted to buy. I took them to the cashier to get the price and she informed me that the area I got them from was items just donated and she couldn't sell them until they were processed which wouldn't be until tomorrow at the earliest. I asked if I went to the back and asked a worker if it could get tagged for me to buy. She said no. I explained the two men had just picked up a matching pair of bookshelves from that same spot, asked a worker for the price, she tagged them and they bought them. Nope. I put the shelves back. There is NO SIGNAGE that this area was recent donations and the items cannot be bought yet. That would be simple helpful thing to have posted.

I do enjoy the sale prices on the weekends. However unless it is a sale item chances are it is quite over priced!If you get the wrong size they will only exchange for other items. Except they might fail to tell you, as their did me It is only exchangeable for 3 days! Really! There was no, oh I'm sorry. Just we only take things back for 3 days.I went in with 2 non sale items that did not fit and was then told from the second to the 16th is too late. So I asked could they keep the items back there while I shopped. They said yes and I handed them the bag while 3 employees just looked at me. So I had to take it back out to my car.Why 3 days. I had a receipt and the items were still tagged. Ok its policy, but why? I mean it is inconvenient enough that you can't return items and only exchange them. So make sure you want what you get!

The people are normally friendly. The prices are really high for goods that were donated and the "color of the week" is always impossible to find. I visit pretty often (2-3 times per week). My husband hates that they have a "spy" standing in the middle aisle. We assume they are watching for possiable stealing? He really feels uncomfortable when he visits with me. Ok selection but some items have been sitting for months it seems.

Thrift stores are normally terrific, but this "thrift store" was not a fun experience or environment. From walking in the door it was unfriendly, not clean and jam packed , not with treasures but it looked and felt like overpriced garbage. I believe this store sells anything given to them, regardless the shape it's in then charges high prices. If the prices we're better and someone took the time to inspect what they are receiving maybe it wouldn't be so crammed full of trash.

Name brand apparel slightly used. Affordable prices. Furniture is too expensive but, the upper management of the store asked why i put this review and i work there now so everything there is really really really cheap, anyone can afford. 😂😂😂BTW don't apply for a job here. I was fired with a medical problem, only called in the one time i was fired for. Jamie(the store supervisor not god), however you spell her name, has no manners and could give two 💩💩's as to how much you do for the company. I worked donations at least 3mos by myself, no help and no "ata boys". Very unappreciative cow she is.

Basically your average large-size Salvation Army. Big store, lots of clothing, employees were fairly nice but slow, not clean but not dirty. 80% clothing, 5% furniture, 5% electronics, 10% house items/scrapbooking/holiday. Clothing prices are higher than other Salvation Army stores. Electronics are “no returns” and almost guaranteed to be broken. Target market is female clothing shoppers.Salvation Army is so much better than those stores that claim to be full of “good will”!

As far as working here. Do NOT!They get mad at me because a customer ask me for corporate number when I’m off doing a job they put me on when I’m supposed to be a cashier anyways. Lie straight to my face and Say I did things to cause it! Which is not true. I’m in the same aisle as the lady and she approached me. They didn’t care they were just salty about it.

Saturday sales are the best. But they should have an express lane on Saturdays cause cart loads can take forever. Some of the items like the shoes being 14.99 is kind of high.

Worst experience I have ever witnessed from a salesperson. First if you want to purchase a large item their system leaves you wondering. I made the mistake of asking a salesperson about the purchase of a large item. The tag was gone so she said someone has it, so I asked how will I know rather someone has the tag and is sitting at home with it or if someone in the store has it. She got mad and made a big deal about it, so I told the manager I simply wanted to know if their was a way I would or could find out, their was not so I would just have to wait it out until almost closing time, which I was not willing to do since it was 9:30 am. I shop at the store all of the time and this particular time their were two pictures hanging together with one picture clearly marked with a price for almost 2 weeks. I asked if that was the price of both pictures since they had been marked like that for so long, they said no just one of the puctures is the price that's marked and the other cost the same. I asked if I could pay a certain amount wich was full price for 1 and half for the other since they both were not clearly marked for so long and that was specifically why I took the trip to rhe store. I was told no, I have to pay the price for each, right after they told me that the salesperson started clapping loud and clear in the store as if she was at a concert instead of a store working, and not one store manager or employee approached her to tell her how her action was out of order, smh. I have never experienced service like this in my life, it should not matter that it's a resale the staff should still be more, much more professional! From now on if it does not cost 69 cent it will stay in the store. I almost interviewed for an assistant managerposition last year, I am glad I changed my mind becausethat salespersonwould not have a job at the salvation army.

Everything is over priced and they act like they’re an antique store not a thrift shop. Plus anything worth a damn is shipped to a different store where they feel they can get more money for it. They need to humble themselves and give everyone a chance and having nice things even when we can’t afford much. So much for charity and helping the needy.

There prices are getting out of hand asking 6 to 7 dollars per tie, hats are like 5-9$ and used clothes are stupid highly priced too it's just crazy. For those prices you might as well buy brand new. I remember just a couple years ago buying ties and hats for a buck or two. The tie rack and hat racks are always filled up with none bought, I guess they got greedy and like to horde and not sell. Hope these places go out of business soon.

The color tags sale every week is awesome, but the high prices for brand names isn't right. All this stuff was donated to you for free, and to jack up the price is just wrong. Salvation Army is for the needy, why make them pay more

Everything is overpriced and dirty, they look everything up on the internet and copy ebay and amazon prices. Just buy it online because you get a way better return policy and your stuff will be cleaned and tested. I have even see them selling broken items.

This location works hard to keep their merchandise organized and nicely displayed. However, their inventory of used books is about half of what it was a few years ago.

Management sucks, they are very rude and short with employees Expecially new ones they do not train new employees at all. They are unorganized and the older employees do as they please while you're given dirty looks all day and management standing around with their arms crossed.... I was there almost 5 months yesterday i got fired for 2 missed days with doctors excuse forms and ther claim i was on 90 day probation after 5 mnths for what? They cant keep their employees because of poor management an u geT minimum wage never a raise.... If u DONATE ANYTHING BUT CLOTHES IF THEY CAN'T SELL IT AT THIER PRICE IT GOES IN THE TRASH THEY DO NOT DONATE TO PEOPLE THAT NEED IT.... YOU DONATE TO THEM FOR FREE THEY TRY TO SELL IF THEY CANT THEY TRASH IT IMMEDIATELY ....ITS WRONG PEOPLE COULD UDE THAT STUFF. Everything gets ragged ou in trash yhat you pull besides clothes and they even rag them stop telling lies that job is not worth anyones time your management is terrible ask your employees i think they need the rehab most r on drugs... not me!!! I wasn't allowed to say this stuff as an employee bit i saw behind the scenes

This store has some of the highest price in town on used stuff asking retail prices for donated Goods I would give 0 stars if I could I highly suggest you find another donation center that dont take advantage of people in need.

Good selection of items and stocking going on all day half price color tag weekly beats the local Goodwills here as they offer no discount and prices are a bit high for 2nd hand
