They did not have enough carts, and one of the employees said that they had all been stolen. And when I did get a cart, there was no cleaning station with the wipes, and all so that you could clean the cart down. That was not there. And the other thing that bothered me is when I went through the checkout, the clerk that was doing the checking Was also eating a sandwich. I guess he was eating his lunch I don’t know but I thought that was very inappropriate so my last visit to your store in Battle Creek on Roosevelt Street was very disturbing and I’m not sure I’ll ever come back.

If you don't have a save a lot near you then you are being robbed. They are not as expensive as any of the big chain stores even though it's a big name in savings. Stock my pantry every month here.

Why is the Marshall location better than this one? They have fresher produce as well, and a wider selection. All your stores should have the same quality of products and services. This location sells a lot of junk food, and it frustrating, because I would like to see more healthier foods, and less junk foods. This location is close to my home, so it would be nice to get fresh produce, and healthier foods without having to drive to a more expensive store.

They barely had anything I wanted and it was a scavenger hunt to try and locate anything. Worker was obviously not in the mood to work abd they don't have restrooms for the elderly or disabled.

The Battle Creek location could take a lesson from the Marshall location even at $4.00+ A gallon I would rather drive 12 miles to Marshall Michigan than the 2 miles to Battle Creek store. prices are the same in both locations but the Marshalls store is much cleaner and nicer and the employees seem to be a lot friendlier and helpful I am not the only one who feels this way according to other comments. There’s no need for you to give me your standard patent answer like a robot. You have been told by several customers it’s your corporation decision to act on it or not.

I love this store! Cashiers/stockers are always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are low, on their products especially! So glad it's close to me. We've cut our grocery bill in half!

The staff is pretty nice. Some of them have iffy attitudes but they are normally respectful. The store is pretty good and they sell just about everything at a discount price. They are normally very busy and you should expect to wait between 10 to 15 minutes here depending on your cart size.

This place is so great! Cookies, cupcakes, shakes, chocolate dipped fruit... There is something for everyone! The store is super clean, prices are great, and the staff is friendly. A true gem in this community.

I like to shop here when I'm looking to stock up on stuff to make chili like beans, diced tomatoes, broth and chili powder. The prices are great! I end up buying much more because there are many other items I need at low prices. I was a little bummed out that I could not find corn tortillas and there were no carts by the entrance.

The staff is really getting better and better with helping customers. Though in contrast sometimes you can find food that has gone bad like Milk and produce just sitting out on the shelves waiting to get someone sick! And sometimes the containers the food is stored in can have their seal compromised limiting safety. The onion dip in the cooler is an excellent example of a product your going to want to check closely. You can Consider yourself warned!

Love Save-A-Lot! They have awesome prices, they accept EBT, and the staff is very nice and helpful. They are similar to Aldi in the sense that you have to bag your own purchases as well ad purchase your own bags, bring your own bags, or you can do what a lot of people do and use empty boxes that they have sitting around. I dropped a jar of salsa the last time i was there when i was bagging up my food and they were nice enough to let me go get another jar at no extra charge so they are very nice there.

While Save A Lot used to have great pricing, over the years they are now the same pricing as stores like Walmart or Meijer. This Save A Lot is fairly run down.

I actually have been in the Save A lot store in Marshall. Good prices and selection of food. Nice people. Still prefer Aldi on Columbia Ave. Can't help it, but I am loyal to a great store, with good people and great deals!!

I give four and a half stars but I couldn't color the other in half way. Save a lot is a great neighborhood store that's in walking distance for most people without a car and it's got most everything you need for basic cooking needs.

I went grocery shopping for my grandpa there other day, was going to go to Aldi but missed the friendly faces here. Didn't recognize anyone at the checkout but they were nice. Then I proceeded to bag my groceries and two younger gentlemen were talking and VERY unprofessional about it. Bro this bro that and even cussing, I was going to say something but I just went on my way.... Every other word that was out of their mouth was a curse word. Won't be back for a while, sadly.

Hardly ever have shopping carts inside, after weathering the freezing cold and the icy parking lot, you have to go back outside and get a shopping cart early in the morning. Can't ever find a hand carry basket either. I feel their should be baskets inside at all times like other stores. I would purchase more items if I did not have to only purchase what I could carry in my hands n arms. Prices range about the same as other stores, just a name, lol.

Nice variation of foods. Never bought anything I was unsatisfied with. Store is old and could use a makeover. Also would be great to have another store at the hub of business. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great place if you live in the neighborhood since its very conveniently located....they dont have a huge selection to choose from but definitely can get your essential items here..... and omg the black lady cashier younger skinny woman has a very nasty attitude here... Yikes...!!!

What's to say about it it is a store and they sell food and other house hold goods they have empty shelf's just like everyone else thank you Joe Biden the brain dead jackass why people voted for their branded jackass is beyond me they knew he was incompetent but they put them in the white house anyhow but to get back to Save-A-Lot it's a store yeah a little bit of a ghetto store but it's a store they don't sell clothes there they sell groceries kitchen supplies what else do you need three and a half four stars their prices are just like all the other box stores out there through the room there again thank you to that brain dead jackass in the White House God bless
