I had a short but very great experience. Everyone was pleasant but Christopher waited on me. His energy matched nines and his personality was warm and inviting. My first experience at Quality Roots was great!! I drove 2 hours to get here & I will definitely be doing it again. Every staff member was super nice. They have great discounts plus worked something out for me when I was a little short due to ATM fee. I’m all stocked up but I cannot wait to go back! All the products I purchased were just as great as the service.

It was my first time at Quality Roots and I got many things for a great price! I’m not from this area, so picking things out was difficult because I’ve never seen these brands before! This is my new favorite dispensary! All the items are laid out in glass cases in the store so you can actually see what items they have. And the employees come out and individually help you through your order. It’s a lot better experience than other dispensary’s where it’s all behind the counter. They also have new customer freebies and great deals.

Floor person rolled her eyes enough times to make me never want to be in public again. She kept confusing how much was allowed per order and making it tough to sort out what my partner and I were going to put on each order. It was clear she didn’t want to be helping me and it would’ve been easier to just read the signs and come up to the front when I was finished. The way she split it up had to be adjusted again at checkout, thankfully Alexander was kind and helpful with that. At least 4g’s of stems in one of the ounces, on top of being 2 grams short overall, wouldn’t stray from firecreek for this place again. They’re always happy to help and you see what you’re getting, clean trims. I don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but this was pretty discouraging.

Thank you so much you guys! We drove 2 hours from home to go to an event that turned out to be a bust. On the way home, I googled dispensaries near my location and your store was the soonest to open, so we decided to swing through. I am so glad we did! Your store made our entire trip worth it.This place should set the standard of what a dispensary should be.Upon pulling in, I saw the parking spots were reserved for curbside pickup. At the dispensaries we use, they’re curbside pickup only so I didn’t realize we could come inside. There’s only a couple around us that are recreational and will allow you in, obviously because of the pandemic. A very nice young man came out to greet us and told us we were welcome to enter and look around.When we walked in, we were blown away. The store is so clean and modern. There was music playing, good music, and it was loud enough to jam too while still being able to hear and talk to people. I have a hard time hearing, so that was a big plus for me, because if I can’t hear people, it gets frustrating!All their bud was on shelves, in tiers, top shelf and down. Each strain was labeled, with name, THC content, company, etc. and with each strain, there was a sample of the bud in a clear box. When you looked through the top, there was a magnifying glass so you could see all the hairs and crystals. And on the back, you could push a button that let you smell it too. Omg was that so sweet and so cool. All their concentrates, and edibles were in cases, each with a sample showing what it looked like, and the packaging it would come in. They had all kinds of amazing smoking accessories displayed, and more near the registers.Both workers were so sweet and friendly. Marketing girl, you killed it. Your store is gorgeous. And for the price? Let me tell you, for the same things we would have gotten at our dispensaries, we paid half here! They gave us a discount for our first time in, coupons for next time and a free lighter.My husband and I have talked it over, and we’re thinking of making weekly trips to your store from now on, instead of shopping at home. And you’re an hour and 36 minutes away! I was treated so well, the store was so awesome, and your products do NOT disappoint ;). Thank you, SO much. Keep up the good work. Natalie and Alex, you two are so good at your jobs. You made us feel valued as a customer and appreciated. And if you are reading this, and haven’t been there yet, please, please stop in. These guys deserve your business.

This has been one of my absolute favorite dispensaries in the whole state. In fact, I've regularly been driving multiple hours in from elsewhere in Michigan when visiting family specifically to go here and stock up for my stay. They have phenomenal deals and really great quality stuff. However, one of my last visits a couple days ago, i had gotten one of the 4 for deals, as well as a 3 for deal and ended up not getting some of my items, making the price higher per item than what i was expecting. I didn't notice until I'd left the area (because the price was nearly the same for what I'd gotten vs what i was supposed to get) and noticed i didn't have everything i thought i would and called up there to see what i could do, as money is money and i wouldn't have purchased them if i hadn't been getting them for the price listed. They basically said there was nothing they could do, even when i offered to pay the difference for the things i was missing vs a refund/return, as it really was more about getting what I'd mostly already paid for. I'm honestly just disappointed more than anything as I've been a regular like clockwork for a while and felt that it was worth the drive time to shop here, but this experience has shown me that it most likely is not worth it the way i thought it was. 😕 if i ever come back, I'll make sure to be fully present when checking out, since they typically just let you know when you're all set to pay.
